I can't say enough about this company !!!From the owners to the mechanicsTOP NOTCH !!!!Especially the front desk/ office staff... they are so professional and cool at the same time !!!!!They explain everything and give you options. Been here to get my car diagnosed twice and both times the service was quick, they were able to see me within 24 hours so I didn't have to wait a week, and prices are reasonable. Why go to the dealer when you can get better service elsewhere. Knowledgeable team, communicate well, and great customer service.

Maintenance less pricey than the dealer. Great service too!I no longer go to the dealer, when I can save money$.And I consider them "trust worthy"In my opinion, they don't tell women that their car needs a service, that it doesn't, so they can make $$$...I am a senior citizen and I know absolutely nothing about maintenence on cars.I just drive them, and follow the service manual for oils changes, and vehicle maintenance.And I haven't spent an arm or leg for service at this place.

Nice people and the waiting area is relaxing.Two stars for that because those things won t keep my vehicle on the road. Disappointed with dropping the ball on repairs, especially when I paid for the diagnostic fee. When I initially complained about my vehicle after it was returned to me-they admitted to being busy, and rushed the job. I still haven t received a call back to get my issue repaired and it s been a month.The blessings in these situations is that I found a Mercedes/bmw mechanic closer to my home.Great people at kms, but getting too busy and dropping the ball.

KMS will be my go to shop from now on! I called around 8 am and a gentleman named Andre was very helpful and professional. On top of that I was able to get on the schedule the same day I dropped my car off around 9:30 am for front and rear brakes and got it back around 2:30 that same afternoon. Thank you KMS! I will be a returning customer!

Came here because Goodyear fumbled the ball with my oil change and my BMW was still leaking oil after a month removed from the oil change. I thought worst that they damaged my oil pan. KMS Euro quickly looked at my car and determined Goodyear put a knock off drain plug on that wasn t fitting properly on my oil plan. This was a blessing and now I have a new local BMW mechanic shop. Thanks KMS Euro you have gained all my business.

I needed my breaks done and called KMS EURO and got me in the same day. All I am going to say is the gentleman I had interactions with (Andre and Sam) were VERY professional and explained everything to me. I will definitely trust KMS with my vehicle, not to mention they aren t to far from my house. I was going way out to Peachtree Industrial to get Snowflake fixed (although I was happy with that company, I have a new home). Thank you for the professionalism and kindness KMS staff.

EDIT: I originally rated this place a 1, but have now changed my review to a 4/5 because they fixed what needed to be done to my car and they also even cleaned my car. The owner saw my concerns and even fixed my car himself. They definitely redeemed themself in my book (my original review is below)If I could give this place zero stars I would, so I m forced to give it a 1.I took my 2010 Audi to them and they did a terrible job fixing my car. The first time I took it to them for a coolant leak for $2,500 and they fixed it.Then while it was still there they said I had an oil leak and offered to fix it for $3,200 and I said okay. When I got it back my check engine light came on and now I have a lot of other problem are resurfacing that never happened before I took it to them.In addition someone else I know went there as well for their engine smoking because a Manifold Gasket was bad and they charged them $2,000 for that and that did not get fixed AT ALL. It s still smoking like before, nothing changed.

I Towed my car here for fixing. Steering was bad my turbo wasn t spooling and I had some electrical problems. 3 days and everything was fixed. Like a new car I d recommend them to everyone with a Euro Car

Always great service. Called in the morning about an issue with my coolant system. The team knew what was needed and ordered the part the same morning. Later that afternoon, the part arrived and they installed it within 1hr. I was able to work from the office using their WiFi and get my car the same day. Never an issue with the crew. Same day service!

My car has been at this location 3 different times for the same thing. I am still not able to drive my vehicle. This situation is ridiculous. They have yet to take responsibility for their faulty repairs. I would not recommend this company to anyone repairs or anything else I wish I would have ran and fast. Please find someone else to do major repairs on your car.Service: Auto maintenance

KMS Auto repair has been taking care of my vehicle for a few years now and I must say that they have done a SUPERB job! They have gone above and beyond to repair my vehicle AND they've never charged me an outrageous price for service. That's rare these days. KMS repair shop does great quality work on my 740LI, prices much better & affordable than BMW dealer. I found this shop last year and any problems I ve encountered with my BMW they ve repaired & within a reasonable timeframe. Staff very professional. Will be the only shop I have doing work on my BMW. So I stopped to get an oil change. They were able to get me in and out within about 45 minutes. I didn't have an appointment. So it was nice to be able to get it done so quickly. The next service I had done was installation of new headlight bulbs (I have HID and they can be a pain to do). This time I made an appointment and I was in and out in about a half hour or so. And the third time I visited was to have my battery changed. This was also a quick and painless process. Everyone I have met and interacted with was kind and helpful. It was a good atmosphere to be in. It is nice to find a place that is like the shop that I had and used for years before I moved to the Atlanta area. Give these guys a call, make an appointment and get some good service done on your BMW.

I have a luxury vehicle and the recommendation is always take your car to the dealership because blah, blah, blah . 4 years ago I decided to trust KMS Auto with my luxury vehicle because they came highly recommended by a close friend. They have been my choice ever since to do anything on my car!!!! frombasic oil change to working on my engine!! that s how much trust and faith I have in their work!!! The experience was better than I expected. My appointment was at 3. I was greeted upon entering the facility and scheduled work began on-time. The manager came to greet me as a new customer. The waiting area was comfortable and clean as I was able to work while waiting. Lastly, I was in and out within an hour. KMS Auto is very professional from the time you give them a call to schedule an appointment as well as when you arrive. All of the guys are very informative with any information you may need about your car. Kenny the owner will personal come and talk with you to make sure you are satisfied and if you have any questions or concerns before leaving. I will be back for more maintenance service on my car. I have been coming to KMS for a couple of years and love the service and attention to detail with the care of my 428i. I was spazzing because my Drivetrain Malfunction light came on at 8:35pm at night. I emailed Kenneth and before 9:15 he had called me to make sure I was safe and also told me to bring it by the next day! The service and quality of the work is exceptional. I have plenty of stories. At first I was going to give this shop a 5 star rating and I had even told a few people about this shop but after my last encounter I will no longer use this shop. This decision is based on a chain of events. I brought my vehicle into them for a check engine light diagnostic, they told me the part that needed to be replaced and I told them I would bring the vehicle back in to get the work done on a later date, they said that s fine and I would just need to pay the diagnostic fee and I was fine with that. On the day of picking up my vehicle I check under the hood and notice my intake cover is missing and there is fuel leaking into my engine bay on both the passenger and driver side, so I go back inside and tell them the issue and they bring it back into the garage and tell me the tech didn t tighten it back down properly, I m like ok fine. They give me my vehicle back and I drive it home, then 2 days later I start the vehicle to move it and I get a notification saying drivetrain malfunction power is limited so I call them and explain what s going on and ask if I can just get a courtesy tow back to there shop because it could be related to the fuel that leaked into the engine bay because it was leaking where the coils are but they aren t trying to be reasonable and meet me on it halfway or anything just that they know for a fact it has nothing to do with what the tech did and it has to be related to the part that I didn t get installed at the time, I wasn t going to go back and forth and get disrespectful or anything like that so I decided to get the vehicle sent to another shop and found out that the tech pulled one of the coils out halfway, possibly by accident but that was the cause and they found that my intake box had not been reinstalled properly and my intake pipes had not been tightened back down so I was also loosing air, I m upset about the situation because all I wanted was for the shop to rectify what they had done but it seems like when I declined the work my vehicle was just thrown back together without any care. I m even more upset because of the fact that if I had not popped the hood on my vehicle before pulling off that it could have been a lot worse with fuel leaking in the engine bay on a hot summer day and I still didn t get upset I just wanted them to fix the issues that they created. My first visit with this shop I got pretty much everything that they said was an issue on my vehicle resolved, I wasn t looking for special treatment just respect for myself and my vehicle.
