I was very much impressed with the front office Mrs. Gloria and the Gentleman who performed the work on my vehicle. They will continue to do work on my vehicle in the future when ever issues arise. And in addition to their professional services, there prices where reasonably competitive. I'm happy with their services

I am new here to Georgia and for my family it is very important to find an auto shop with honest people. There are just so many places that want you to fix things that aren t necessary or the charge ridiculous prices. These people here are HONEST people who know what is wrong. The work they do is excellent and I m glad I found my auto shop for the duration of my stay in Georgia. If you want a place you can trust with your car, come here I promise you will be satisfied.

I have to say this is one of the greatest services I've ever encountered! From Jos� @ Bernal s Towing Service. Towing my RV that lost one of its tires and rim while driving on I-75. HE WAS AMAZING with balancing my vehicle and getting it on the tow truck with only 3 tires! NO OTHER DAMAGE was done to my RV from towing! TOTAL PROFESSIONAL!! You can rely on his many years of experience. I am grateful he was on call that morning.Their professionalism and skills were top notch as well @ J&T Auto & Truck Service!Tino, their mechanic had me on the road after I had all the parts delivered to the shop the same day. What a stressful day due to my traveling and time frame.Miss Gloria was amazing helping me find all the parts while on 2 different phones and her computer. WOW! Again, time was of the essence! EVERYONE going above and beyond her responsibility. I can t thank them enough. Amazing what they did for me on this day!I highly recommend both Bernal s Towing and J&T Auto & Truck Service!! I m glad I stoped!Car repair shops, are normally difficult to evaluate as you need at least a couple of experiences in to validate the service.Fist time I was just in for an oil change and regular stuff, the has the car ready in just a few minutes, and where very attentive. But a few weeks ago I had an electric problem with the Toyota I have abd I had already been to 1 place, and they could not fixture it.. tonight I gave Alex a chance! And was I presently surprise!!

Ladies this is the real deal if you don't want to be ripped off by a mechanic. I am so happy that I found a trustworthy mechanic because integrity is everything to me. You guys definitely have a regular customer going forward. Thanks again and job well done

These guys are great, customer service is number 1. I'm new in Georgia and I went all over to find this kind of service,Ford could not assist me the way this team did.You have a client for life.Repairs to 2006 Mercury Mountaineer computer.
