Excellent experience.Everyone was very friendly and the pricing is very reasonable.I was able to walk around with an employee and pick out exactly what parts I needed for my work truck. He pulled them all while I waited and even loaded everything in my truck for me.It was worth the 1 hour drive to get there and I'll definitely be back.

Awesome place. Had the exact part I needed. I needed a drive shaft for a specific truck. They had the exact 1 j needed and walked me out to the truck let me inspect the drive shaft woth no pressure and pulled it for me. The price was great no haggle needed, the employees were friendly and helpful I will probably go here more instead of pull a part or any other yard.

Gave them the exact year make and model of my truck. And assured me that this the right part. Got the part and took it to my mechanic only to find that this isn t the right part. Like I said, gave them everything they needed to give me the correct part. Took it back and they did a so nothing to help me solve the situation. Didn t want to take it back or anything. Not even an apology for giving me the wrong part. Which clearly it was. Never using them again.

Unfortunately drove 6 hours round trip just to get there and find out the rear end I was picking up had a bent axle. After I was told on the phone and text "it's a good rear end, only 39k miles on it, you won't have any problems" within a 2 minute visual inspection I found one axle shaft was indeed bent. Owner said "I'm sorry man, this was my first time looking at it" why tell me over the phone it's good, if you haven't looked at it. Just my experience with this place.

They took forever pulling the part I came in for. The guy behind the counter was very nice, but a liar. I was told that the abs module I purchased worked, but it doesn't. 50 bucks down the drain, because someone wants to make a quick buck. Honestly, I'm not sure how certain businesses run without repeat customers . I'll never purchase anything from this place again. $50 lighter in the pocket, but lesson learned.

I just walked out of the location and had a poor customer service experience with the key holder of the building. I came to swap out a part that I had purchased and was told the business closed at 4pm when Google and the hours of operation posted at the front door clearly stated 5pm. I said maybe Google needs to be updated and the man behind the counter stated (with a nasty attitude) maybe I can't help you with that attitude. Mind you the main lobby was filled with his employees whom he thought he'd show off for by thinking I had an attitude. I merely offered a solution and he came back with an ugly response. I could have gotten even uglier but I said whatever and exited the building. I won't be returning to this business for the simple fact it's poor practices to be rude and ugly to a customer no matter how their attitude is or isn't. Given I had a decent experience the first time I visited and had pleasant conversations with the same man he should have been more professional. People hurt and do crazy things to others for less than what he did to me. Just letting you know the next person may not be as nice as I was. Future reference.

Purchased a steering column that should have been column shift, tilt with delay wipers... when it arrived it was a floor shift, fixed with 2spd wipers!!! We were told to return the part, at our cost (another $25.00) for a refund of $45.00!!! Eventually we may use it but seriously, could it have been much further from what was ordered?!Response to owners response: Yes, you get a bad review!!! You did indeed offer a full refund.... if I sent the product back AT MY COST?!! Why should I be out any money because of the ineptitude of your employee? And on the subject of "inventoried incorrectly", really?! I would liken it to buying an apple and getting an orange! Or maybe, buying a muffler and getting the tailpipe! Whomever "inventoried" this should be let go... but, then again, we both know it really had nothing to do with that :( How disappointing.

Ordered a Transmission from them and once I put it in we realized it did not have overdrive in it (transmission sold with 30 day warranty). I promptly called them to let them know within 7 days of us purchasing. I don't know who I spoke to but they told me that the boss would look at it and call me back. I called twice more and was told the same thing. Now its not that big of a deal but, business owner to business owner the way the so called owner treated me on the phone when i called the forth time was crap! He told me that i was 17 day out of warranty and that it didn't matter that I have been calling for over 3 weeks. He also suggested that I should have been calling him everyday. Stay away.........

First, I never write reviews, but read them religiously. We were at a family reunion in Stockbridge, GA and wasn't going to stop at Greenway Auto based on reviews . My husband and I found all of the parts we needed at good prices and good service. We asked the guy about the bad reviews and told us he is the new owner. The reviews were for the previous owner. None of the reviews apply anymore, but he can't remove them. We would definitely come back here when we need parts. Great prices! Great service!

I'm very disappointed to find poor reviews for A-1 Used Auto Parts located in Stockbridge Georgia. I have became the new owner of this business November 1.I have made many changes to the company. Bought a fender flare for a truck through Greenway. They said the part was in good shape, got the part in and had pits and was very wavy. They did not want to work with us at all on giving us enough money back to repair the part and we wanted to send the part back but its a 35% restocking fee which is very unreasonable. I would be careful doing business with them, I know we won't.

I read the poor reviews on google and I still decided to give this place a try because of the new owner. I wish I hadn't. In February 2015 ( after the new owner took over ) I called and asked for a power window switch specifically for a 2002 F-350 and they told me they had it. When I arrived to get it the guy started digging in a sketchy box of pieces. He eventually pulled out a piece that he said fit my vehicle. I went to the the parking lot and tried the piece and it made my door and underneath my dash start smoking. I immediately took the part back inside the store and told them that they gave me the wrong part but they blamed my truck for what happened and they wouldn't replace the part or refund me. Later I took the truck to a mechanic with the part Greenway Auto Parts gave me and the mechanic said they gave me the wrong part and it caused my wires in my vehicle to burn out. So what should have only cost me $35 to repair ended up costing $200 thanks to Greenway Auto Parts. I would not advise ANYONE to shop here.

Bought an OEM VW Jetta stereo under the condition that electronic parts are sold as is. Turned out radio is busted and Joe said he would give me a $50.00 credit towards a future purchase. As a business owner myself I know there is a risk in buying/selling used parts. The fact that they will honor my purchase with store credit shows good customer service, the most important part of any business.

Wow I I had a great experience at this auto shop. The owner was very professional and kind. I bought an alternator from this shop, it turns out that I didn't need it and they gladly refunded me.

They gave me the wrong alternator...instead of giving me a refund...they give me a plug...even though the plug on the alternator do different things...now I m forces to re-wire my car or go by another alternator...total waste of money
