The few times I had to pick up a load here; I've been able to get in and out fairly quickly. Sometimes the yard jocks will get your empty up front and when your load is ready, they'll bring the trailer to you.

Quick check-in at the gate for trailer drop outs, really good service from the employees there. Had a breakdown on my truck in the yard and one of the shunter drivers offered me to plug in my coffee maker so i could at least have coffee.

Took my 2000 Ford Ranger in because I noticed I had an antifreeze leak under my truck because I had my water pump,thermostat,and radiator replaced at a goodyear in Savanah 4 months ago and was hoping it was covered under warranty.I left my truck overnight and got a call in the morning saying my system was pressure tested with no leaks,and that a compression test was done and that I have a blown headgasket and that exhaust was blowing into my cooling system.I immediately doubted this diagnosis as I have some experience working with cars.They would not replace my headgasket due to the high mileage of my vehicle,but could get me a new engine installed for around $4,500.I decided to play dumb just to see how deep the b.s. would get.I noticed upon arrival to get my truck that my boil over tank was empty and checked the radiator it was half empty,a sure sign no pressure test was performed,the system must be full to properly pressure test it.I stopped at a gas station and filled my boilover tank and radiator,noticed that I was leaking coolant underneath (they told me pressure tested no leaks).I drove to my friends house who is an A.S.E. certified mechanic,took him less than 5 minutes to find the dry rotted hose where the coolant was seeping.Just for laughs we went ahead and did a compression test,we found no significant compression loss.We also tested the coolant for exhaust (not sure the technical term but did it with test kit bought from part store),no exhaust in the coolant,no coolant in the oil,no coolant coming out exhaust.We replaced the hose and refilled the system,drove around for an hour,then idled in driveway 1 hour,no leaks,no overheat,then again THE TRUCK NEVER OVERHEATED IN THE FIRST PLACE.Now my question is were they tring to scam me,were they lazy and just didnt want to deal with me,or are they stupid...............you be the judge.......... big difference between $4500 engine and a $8 hose

Purchased 2 new tires ($750) and 3 months later had a problem with 1. The manager told me I needed a new tire w/out LOOKING at the tire. Remember, you are not the only Goodyear, I took my money and business to the Goodyear in McDonough. I WILL NEVER go back to the Goodyear in Stockbridge poor customer service.

For drivers : Do not come here.Checked in 11:15 AMAppointment time at 01:00 PMNow it is 07:45 PM and still waiting.

Standard 3 to 4 hours to load. Tires loaded on the floor so it takes a little time.
