Paid $60 to have car hooked up to Diagnostic Analyser but that didn't happen. Test drive & Speculation is what I got.???Totally Disappointed......I'll Never Go Back !!!

Oddly, I was at this location 34 minutes early. No one was present. When movement began, my vehicle was taken next door WITHOUT explanation, permission, etc. Clearly these 2 shops, Beto's X-Pert and Good Time Auto are co-owned. I stood and watched them service my vehicle from beginning to end, which unnerved them. I believe everything I asked for was completely done. The customer service is quite awful.Service: Oil change

Worse service ever. I took my car there rather than resolve the issue, they damaged my car and charged me. DO NOT TAKE your car here.

This place is very dishonest. The man diagnosed my car as needing a ballast for my headlight. A few weeks later I came back with one I had purchased myself, and the man tells me I don't need that. It was just some wiring that cost me $45 to fix. When I first went he told me that it was going to be $400 plus job. He just wanted to make that money off me. But because I went and got my own part he then changed his tune. He also charged me $90 just to give me that initial false diagnosis but told me I could use that $90 towards my work. That was just a complete lie. He tries to do a lot fast talking but he is a total liar.I also needed a tail light repaired and he tells me I need some part that cost $200 plus dollars. He then tells me I need to leave a deposit so he can order it. That was also a lie because when I said forget about it, he magically finds a way to fix the light. Such a a horrible experience with this place and the reason why I dislike Mechanics, because they are so dishonest. I will never go here again. Not in this life!

I took my pickup truck there leaking antifreeze in the passenger side of my truck. They replaced my heater coil. I drove it home and did not use it for about 17 months and when I started it I had a puddle of antifreeze on the passenger side. I spent nearly 1100 dollars for that work and they would not look at it. I would never go there or recommend there services.Service: Air conditioning

This place is horrible. I brought my car for brakes and they received the wrong brake pads twice after waiting for three hours they asked me to come back tomorrow.....They have terrible customer service and all of a sudden they don't understand english! I do not recommend them stay away!!!

I was previously told to get a alignment would be sixty nine dollars then on my service appointment when I arrived I then was informed I have to get a four wheel alignment which turned into $129. I wasn't prepared to hear that.

This place is the worst shop I've ever gone to,went in with check engine light on they called themselves fixing it drove to Walmart light back on,my truck is worse now than when I took it there they got the name Good Time from having a good time ripping people off I give yall a triple zero rating

horrible place they put too much oil in my car then they want to argue with me saying they didn t. i brought a 5 QT oil container because my car takes 4.5 QTS & they don t want to take responsibility if my car breaks. do not go here unless you want a briked engine.

Please don't take your car to this shop they are such a rip off it's not even funny. You will spend money at this shop then any where else , I took my car to this shop for a brake job, I bought new bake pads they put them on and my brakes started to have a burning smell,I took the car back to them they said I needed new brake pads and rotors I bought the new brake pads and rotors when they put them on I smelled the same burning smell took the car back they tell me I need brake calibers these people are a joke didn't say I didn't warn you.Service: Brakes

I received great service on 7/27/15. The manager as well as the two other employees I came in contact with exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at Good Time Auto Repair. The service has been consistent each time I've had work done. I really appreciate the honesty, quality service, and the excellent customer service.

This repair shop scammed and lied that they charged me $300 to replace a small solenoid connector, the first person they wrote told me it would cost $300 to replace the starter selenoid. . ... i agree... a few hours later they said that a connector is required To replace the non selenoid starter all they do is open the connection and replace it with a new, lost 5 min and kit for only 8$... I feel bad that they rip me off, stay away from this repair shop, After I read the review from this repair shop, I feel find themselves in the wrong place, they don't have enough experience to solve the problem, they scam all customers if they get a chance.

Absolutely awful service! Took my husbands car there to have the starter replaced and they didn't put all the parts back together and caused the engine to lock up!. Had my starter replaced back in December 2015 and after a week I continued having problems with my car cranking. I took it back to them several times, and because it wasn't malfunctioning while I was there they stated nothing was wrong. Here I am three months later having to get the starter replaced again at full cost because my warranty has expired.Please don't take your car to this business! The mechanics are bootleg and aren't knowledgable at all. Oh and might I add, this business had been changing my oil for a 2 years, mechanic broke my dip stick and didn't even bother to tell me. I didn't find out until I took my vehicle else where for an oil change and they let me know right away that my dip stick was broken, and half of it was stuck inside the oil compartment.

Do not under no circumstances take your car to this place. We took our car to them for sn alignment. The jackasses don't know what they are doing. Brand new tires are worn out. The wheels are not straight... Fighting with them about correcting it. They man lied that he would call for us to bring it in. Had to take it to another shop to find out the screws on the idol arm was never tightened properly. Had to pay again to correct problem. We could have had an accident or front end fall off. Called good times. Refuse to refund or stand behind their SHODDY WORK..DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY LIFE IN DANGER

If working for an airline for the past 10 years has taught me is that the first and foremost thing to remember is SAFETY. I have been taking my cars to this establishment for a couple of months and I hadn't had much trouble until two days ago. My mother (in her late 50's) brought her car to this place to have her tires changed. She paid for a used tire, which we know doesn't come with a warranty, but she was given a tire ONE size bigger! I took the car back and told the manager what happened. He didn't even apologize, just had one of his employees replace the tire. As I said before, I had been taking my cars here for a couple of months so I thought it was a simple mistake. A young man changed the tire (bigger size) for another tire. I had told him I needed 195/55 he said no problem. I'm thinking the car is good to go. I get home and I tell my mom the car is ready, while checking out the tire we realize this time the tire is a size SMALLER!! Perhaps I should've checked before driving off but as I said before I thought it was a simple mistake in the first place and since I had been taking my cars here with no other problems before I thought the tire should be fine this time. I drive back and ask them, what kind of service is given at this establishment?! I had never had a problem here but now TWICE I'm given the wrong size tire! The manager said I need to talk to the "white boy" that changed the tire (taking no ownership as the manager). The tire was changed by another employee, the right tire this time. I asked the young man that changed the tire for my mom in the first place why he would give her the wrong size tire and he told me "I was told to just switch it since we didn't have the right size", so he willingly gave my mother the wrong size tire because management told him to do so. This brings up the question, what else are they doing wrong because the employees are being told to just "fix" things when the right parts are not available? If giving the wrong size tire is "ok" for them, I don't want to find out what else is ok for them if something else in my cars needs fixing. I'm NEVER coming back to this establishment.

Terrible service! They replaced my tire, didn't rebalance it, and threw the dirty spare tire on top of $170.00 worth of merchandise in my trunk, getting permanent grease stains on everything. When I approached the manager, he told me it was my fault for having stuff in my trunk and refused to fix the problem. Discount Tires puts the tire in a bag before placing it into the car, so I expected the same from these guys. I was wrong to make that assumption, so I was going to take the loss and let it be a lesson learned. I wasn't even asking him to reimburse me for the damages- simply asking for the money back for the job that was not done correctly and it was refused. When I spoke to the employee about balancing my tire, he said he didn't do it because I didn't request it. Yet, when the manager asked him, he lied and said he did balance it. The manager was very rude and unprofessional and the employee acted like a child. Oh, that same employee almost backed someone's van into a passing car when pulling it around to the garage. This was my first experience with this establishment and it will certainly be the last. Go to Tires Plus or Discount Tires instead- you'll save yourself a big headache and a lot of money.

Nothing was wrong with my car but brakes. Now I have all types of noise and won't stay on. I just gutted the car from alternator to alternator fuses fuel pumps and filters. Even the manager said it didn't have any problems yesterday but today it has all the problems in the world. But they can fix it after paying for a check. Come on. Watch em

My car was recently serviced, after which, the car ceased to operate. It was determined that it was a compression issue resulting in a new engine. My warranty company asked for my service records, so I went to carfax.com and ordered my report ( I moved and did not have all of the service records to prove that the car had been properly maintained. None of the services that I had done at Good Time Auto Care were listed on Carfax, ( All of the other services from every other company was listed). I reached out to Good Time to ask if they maintained the records for my service (they were the only place I used since moving to GA). On Monday July 6th, I spoke to the receptionist and she asked me for specific dates so she could pull the records. I thanked her and explained that I would have to look at my bank records to finds the actual days (which struck me odd that she could not use my phone number as she had in the past when I scheduled service) and I explained why I needed the receipts (to prove oil changes were completed there). I call back the next day and the receptionist is out, so I ask the person who answered the phone if he could help me. He was very rude and very dismissive and told me the only person that could help me was the receptionist. I finally reach her on Thursdayand give her the dates that she asked for. She said she would call me back when she had the records pulled. I waited and received no call. I drove over there the next day and she tells me she forgot to pull them and to come back in one hour. I leave and come back 45 mins later to find out that she left for the day, by the same ride mechanic that I spoke to one the phone. I once again tried to tell him the importance of the situations and reminded him that I was a loyal customer. He again dismissed me at one point stating it was not his problem. A couple of hours later after trying to reach their corp headquarters, I get a call from the resprionsist saying she found two of the dates that I needed, but could not find the third date, and that I should come back the next day when and talk to the manager Rob. Frustrated beyond belief, I come back the next day and the treatment I received from Rob the manager was deplorable. I explained the situation, and Rob laughed and said "You don't keep a copy of all your receipts?" After explaining I had moved and could not find them, he told me the only person who could help me was the woman who told me to see him and stated eh had no idea why she would say that. Meanwhile, he was in front of the computer and didn't lift a finger to even try to assist me. H too dismissed me and spoke to me like I was beneath him. I now have to wonder if the service that I paid for was even done as I have only owned this scar for a year and ALL of my oil changes were done at this facility and it appears my engine was damaged due to lack of service (oil changes) and none of the services were reported to Carfax and I had to wait a week for receipts that were not printed but handwritten. Please spare yourself the misery of utilizing this facility.

I have been a customer of the Stockbridge location for two years. I ve had services performed on both vehicles to which the service has been excellent! Mr. Ralph makes sure that I understand what the service(s) are that s being performed on my vehicles and the prices are very reasonable and fair. I especially like the fact that Goodtime Car Care offers military discounts...I feel like family each time I get my cars serviced.Nedra B.

Unclean facility and they knowingly sold us bad used tires. They pressured me to buy them constantly stressing how good they were etc and knowing they had a leak in the valve that had already previously been replaced. When we called and took the car back to them they informed us the tired had a leak in the valve but stated it as if it were our fault and as if we were to pay for them. We had proof of purchase and they remembered us because we were just there a few days before. However, they never offered to replace them. We went to another auto shop and that's when we were told that the tire could not be plugged because it had already been plugged previously. We will NEVER go back there. Be warned.

Great services they get you in and out, the entire staff is very friendly, they tell you the correct mechanical failures with your vehicle and if they can fix it they will and be very honest about but they do not work on foreign cars. I love this place and I will definitely continue my services with GOOD TIMES CAR CARE.

Came for an oil change they put too much oil and my engine blew the next day. They told me it was a starter so I had them replace it that s when they told me I needed a new engine so I was stuck paying for service I didn t need done.

Taken my cars to be work on and always have to come back next day cuz they didnt do correct work the first time. Wont be coming back. I gave them plenty of chances to impress me..Never happened..

Worked with me in prices so it was affordable however, they got my wires crossed doing a tune up and cost me more money so all in all 2 stars.
