I have never been to a carwash with so much customer service. Top tier would not be enough to describe it. Joseph deserves more hours/raise to give out the kind of service and the gentleman that drives the motorcycle is above average. Super satisfied

The best car wash ever. Total package all the way with free vacuuming. The hoses are accessible and not bulky easy to manage everything. I love this place. Great prices also choose your price.

I visited this car wash and Kevin was phenomenal. I was just about to back up and leave when Kevin walked over and assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely continue to patronize and tell others about my great experience.

Great place, better than the other car washes in the area for sure.Especially if you have a newer car where barcodes or badges don t work for entry; their system is flawless.Alvin was a true professional in helping me get set up. Thanks chief!

Service was excellent. Machines worked perfectly. Vacuum cleaner had plenty of suction. Employees extremely polite and helpful. Loved the experience. Definitely signing up for the monthly car wash program....Joseph Brinson

Phenomenal experience at this location! My car came out cleaner than it has ever been. The staff also were very helpful & kind. They asked multiple times if I needed any assistance & were full of smiles. I have payed for a single wash several times. People there are friendly and helpful.I always have to wash the side windows on my SUV when I get home. They don't seem to rinse the windows well and they are spotted when I get home.

It s always a pleasure to visit this location . Kevin and the entire staff is always professional, attentive and caring . I feel good when I leave and my car looks good as well. Great customer service .

First an foremost let me say as a customer for quite some time atleast a year if not 2 depending on opening of various locations, I have been a customer of this company with a membership. I frequent more to the riverdale location. This stockbridge location is close to me also but not the 1st choice. I came to get a wash today and during the cycle I heard a pop and my windshield wiper blade flew off a few seconds later. Mind you I had just gotten a wash a day ago no issue in riverdale. Once I was able to exit the wash tunnel I alerted the attendant that my wiper flew off and stated well did you have one going in. I repiled of course i did also thats something you look for when you flag me in so in the instance i dodmt you wouldnt be at fault right . Well She said she would check and see if she seen it . She came back and said she did not. I asked her what is there next step in this instance. Her 1st words to me were you going to have to replace it. I said I'm pretty sure that's not how that goes. She said we'll I'll get my manager. She went to get him and she and him came out snickering and smirking. His 1st remark was did you know to run the wipers in the wash. I said sir respectfully being a member here I'm well aware and that and its more so common sense. I felt very insulted. No one seemed to have genuine concern just simply wanted to wave me off while they get back to sitting and being on their phones. The manager then went with the lady attendant and found my wiper. I put it on but said it was missing a piece. (Obviously it broke when it flew off.) He swore to me my wipers were installed incorrectly and missing pieces. Knowing ive had them less than 3 months with no issues. I informed the manager that I would got to the location I got them from and get it replaced but if I had to come out of pocket I would expect reimbursement. He said he was unaware how it worked and if it still was even their fault. I advised him to please look at the camera and he would see. He assured me he would. I went to my dealership and the employees there were so courteous to replace the blade at no cost to me and also informed me they blades are exactly how they come and it was a clean fresh break. I called the manager to update him.. the response I got was unconcerned and sarcastic. He obviously did not reach out to anyone nor did he check the camera. I'm just grateful I was able to get it rectified no thanks to the carwash. I really my cancel my membership and go elsewhere I don't feel like a valued customer anymore. And my concerns were brushed off.

This place was great to stop by and get a great wash after driving a total of 24 hours this weekend. The truck caught all types of bugs but this place helped get them off quickly.

I mean it's an in and out spot if your car is just in need of a typical wash off. Nothing stands out when you need a deeper clean... Not like the old spot use to. It's not the worst... But not yet the best

I have a Ford Escape and most car washes will not clean my back windshield the way that my car is shaped. Normally it s dirty or there is soap running down it. I let the worker know today about it and he made sure that my windshield was prepped and also came to check after I went through to see if the windshield was okay. Everything was clean and the vacuums work very good. I highly recommend checking them out!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

I have been using Foamworks car wash for several months and every one of the employees have always gone over and beyond to accommodate me especially the manager Kevin. He is an attribute to your business and a gentleman and a scholar.

The vacuum was not working, I spoke with a lady in a pink shirt and she said that's normal. This was a waste of time & money. Fayetteville location is better

Very disappointed in my car wash today. The carpet was really dirty and I knew it wouldnt be spotless. But the simple things like the cup holder , dash, inside door that not even including the stuff I washed going home. I probally should of went back, but the guy cleaning it appeared to be struggling a little( not sure if he was special needs or not) I did tip him but really was in a hurry I had been waiting over an hour. I just wasted 25.00 with tip. Look at the water spots

I was provided excellent service today! My car has been sitting in impound for a week so the outside was FILTHY and there were those painted letters on the outside. My friend with locs scraped the letters off for me, they used the brush to clean the front and back before going through, provided air fresheners and really took care of me. I m now a member of their Wash club!! Great service hands down.. THANK YOU
