When I went into the shop, I was very stressed out about getting my car fixed, and had doubts that I would have a great experience because in the past I have dealt with mechanics that took advantage of me. Today was one of the best experiences I have had going to a mechanic, starting with the fact that he quoted me a fair price And the work was done proficiently, and in a timely manner, the professionalism of everyone exceeded my expectation I was so pleased with the work that I immediately went home and gave their information to several of my friends. I fully intended on, going back and utilizing the services if I have any more need for my car The entire staff was friendly. The atmosphere was clean comfortable and very professional. I m very grateful that I had the great good sense to call them. They will be the mechanic I use moving forward.

Needed my AC Condenser replaced and transmission cooler lines replaced. Found this shop on Google. Decided to give them a try. So happy that I did. I didn't have to wait weeks like most shops to get the work done. Fast friendly service. The price was fair as well. Will use them again for sure. Thanks

I would like to first say thank you Taylor for attempting to fix my AC issue and your honesty regarding the issue. I took my 2014 Q50 to get the AC fixed as it started blowing hot. While Taylor was doing all the testing on the system he was telling me about the issues that Nissan's have with this particular part and he is hoping that this was not my issue but unfortunately it was and it is something that he was not able to fix. He they told me that he will provide me with referrals on shops that he believes would be able to fix my AC. Taylor was not even going to charge me for his time and diagnostic of the issue but I gave him $50.00 and he was extremely grateful. As I was leaving I let him know that he has gain another customer as I will bring all 3 of my vehicle's to him from now on. Thanks again Taylor for your honesty and great conversation.

I really enjoyed myself at this shop. Owner is so friendly and very knowledgeable about what was needed for my SUV. Definitely will be coming back for future work. Good looking out guys keep up the excellent work.

My truck is currently being serviced at this AMAZING shop. Kelly and Taylor are the real deal. They are honest, they are hard working, and they will do you right. The amount of professionalism and kindness that my husband and I have been shown so far is beyond words. They are down to earth and priced way above fair. They WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT. I went to have brake lights checked. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They fixed it on the spot took 10 minutes..i had a loose connection underneath bumper. I will definitely use them again for further auto services.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

This Shop is what mechanic shops should be like. They tell you the real price and do real work. They explain what's wrong and my options. I will only get my work done at this shop period. I recommend that you give these guys a shot. I was happy and pleased with Mr.Taylor & Ms.Kelly professionalism and hospitality. Ms. Kelly allowed me to bring my car and leave it with no problem with no appointment. It was so last minute for me but I needed someone to take my car. my car was cutting off at every stop . Me being a woman my small kids was in the car so of course I was worried about my kids safety and getting this vehicle somewhere so me and my kids can get out of it. My google search lead me to Ms. Kelly . She was so professional over the phone and In person. She kept me up to date and in the loop and sent all estimates quotes fast. Mr.Taylor called and told me everything that was wrong with my car and to my surprise it was the same thing that I paid for a few months back that wasn t done correctly at another auto shop. Mr. Taylor was very professional he told me all the things I needed and reassured me that my Vehicle would be taking care of . Him and Ms. Kelly did just that. My car runs good and isn t cutting off, no check engine light is on. So I must say I m extremely please with the work. I will be returning to get my axle replaced . Taylor and Kelly took really great care of me and my truck! I can t tell you how please I am. Taylor was able to locate my issues quickly and told me EXACTLY the sources of my oil leak. He was very precise and detailed and explained everything that he was doing, which I very much appreciated! Taylor also took care of the issues quickly and I was on my way! I had taken it to another mechanic previously and to them it was a guessing game and honestly I felt I was being worked over. Thanks to Taylor, My A/C is cooler than I can ever remember and he was able to find where the freon was leaking. I m very grateful to have found them, thanks to Kelly! So lucky we found this shop! Traveling from Nebraska to Florida and the potholes in Chattanooga recked our brakes. Taylor took care of us right away and replaced the brakes in record time. Final Touch is a gem!!

Mostly definitely would recommend, my car had some issue and people were telling me it s ur fuel pump, throttle etc and when final touch came to check my car all it was my key wasn t programmed to start my car correctly. Got my new key and my car was fine. Stopped me from spending a whole money. Y all will see me again when I have any issue.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my in vehicle in for some repairs not expecting a whole lot because I certainly didn t know what was wrong with it, but WOW did I get more than I bargained for. Not only did Taylor give me with the diagnosis and financial breakdown within a very short period of time. I was kept informed of everything that was being done and when it was expected to be completed . When I went to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Taylor, given the key and presented with a list of things that will need to be done in the future. Taylor is knowledgeable, professional, personable and prompt. His wife is a sweetheart and their business is in a safe location. I have nothing bad to say about this shop! Handled my issue with no problem got me in and out! Handle what I came in for, and told me what else I needed done! And did the extra work at a great price! Had a check engine light pop on the other day and brought my mommy wagon in to check the reason.Taylor quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and repaired a previous mechanics mistake in the process . I contacted Taylor off of a whim and a prayer on Easter Sunday. Part stores are closed so not sure which direction to go. Taylor answered at 9 at night letting me know he can help and that I can get the car to him so he can fix it. We got the car to him and he stored it overnight until we took the part to him. He did give us options for him to get the part. Labor was reasonable to say the least awesome fast service and will definitely be back with other vehicles and applaud Kelly for standing behind Taylor on there dreams of having their own business. Kudos to this couple to knowing their value and not allowing fear to stop them from stepping out on Faith. If I talk to you and ask if you re mobile and you say yes then I would expect for you to do job on scene. Paid for a diagnostic but was told I ll have to have it towed to him after doing the diagnostic. Ummm sir, I said something about being mobile from the start and that the car wouldn t crank. Easy $10 I guess

Found them through my Nextdoor app. They received very good reviews so I decided to give them a try. They were extremely nice, diagnosed the problem. Tried an option to fix the problem that was least expensive. My luck it didn't work. They researched the part and price to correct my problem. They explain everything that is happening and what they are doing along the way.
