I recently took my Infiniti G35 here for repair, needless to say, the Staff here is very professional and polite from the moment you walk through the door. Also Mr. Tommy and his mechanics were very thorough in their dianostic as well as explaining the issue's I had with my car. All 'n All I highly recommend this Auto Repair Shop to anyone who prefer honesty, quality work, fair pricing & do not want to be taken advantage of

Had an issue with my wife's brakes. Tommy not only fixed the issue, but explained exactly what the issue we had was. Amazing customer service. It's hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, so we are very happy to know of one.

My S class couldn t pass emissions and I had taken it to 2 certified Mercedes specialists that couldn t find the issue. I called Eagles Landing Import Specialists on a Friday, I was able to drop the car off on Monday. Tommy s communication was unmatched. He kept me informed every step of the way and I was able to pick the car up on Wednesday, and it had passed emissions. I am 100% pleased with the price the service, the communication and the customer service. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you have a foreign car.

I can only give three stars but I will say this as far as the work they did on my vehicle is concerned it was top notch. Customer service was very poor in my opinion though.

It was the kindness for me. The owner is very genuine and will go above and beyond for his customers. He was knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. What seemed like a huge problem was made to be so simple at Eagles Landing Imports. The issue was resolved and my Land Rover passed an emissions test right away. It was all right on time. I finally found my mechanic in ATL. I moved from DC and its always hard to find a trusting genuine mechanic when you move and after a few years living in the area I found my guy Tommy. If you drive a BMW or Mercedes he is your guy. Thanks for everything Tommy truly appreciate the hospitality and the lovely girl working the front desk is amazing and friendly and a true pleasure to talk to while you are waiting. They are honest mechanics, which as a former mechanic, I'll tell you is rare. They don't work on everything and don't do everything, but I'm confident in their work, and I find their prices reasonable. They'll try to help with parts cost by shopping around for good parts, and will even install your parts but not warranty it.

I love Eagles Landing Imports. I took my Discovery Sport to 2 different mechanics to fix my squealing brakes and they couldn't fix it but thanks to Tommy and his staff they were able to fix my brakes to perfection. I drive over an hour to bring my vehicle here because they are honest, professional, and courteous. I have never had such an amazing experience before. Thank you Tommy so much.Service: Brakes

I had Eagles Landing Import Specialists perform some minor work to my BMW that I didn't feel like tackling myself. The pricing was fair, the work was done quickly, and they were very communicative with me throughout the process. This is not your typical repair experience where the shop is doing all they can to fabricate make-believe issues with your vehicle to extract more money from you. These guys are honest and straightforward and their reputation precedes them. I will certainly be back.

You ll give them your car on a Tuesday. Get no details for a week and then when you call for updates they seem to be annoyed by you checking on what your spending your money on. While your waiting for your vehicle to be fixed and unable to move they go days letting it sit in there garage or elsewhere. They can never give you an estimate of when things will be done but can always estimate how much something will cost. They do good work I will not lie. But professionalism is horrible . Hate to even leave this review but truth must be told. It takes them days to do things other shops do in hours. Not a horrible shop but you can find better with people who actually care.

Friendly and professional from first point of contact. Van got me in quickly for a check on the car, and the gentleman found exactly what was causing the problem. My new shop for no nonsense troubleshooting and repair! I couldn t ask for a nicer group of people to handle my car!

Don't take your BMW here! They told me to drop off my BMW on Tuesday and after 8 days they haven't done anything to my car! Just wanted to get the engine light check off to pass the emission. They claimed that they weren't able to get in touch with me so they decided move on with other vehicles. They never called or leave me a voicemail what so ever. The lady that works there is really unprofessional and I told them I will take my car to the other shops she said that's fine with me.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Brought my 2015 Mini Cooper S in with a brake light on. They let me know I only needed rear brakes. Got it done at a very reasonable price with OE parts. Couldn't be happier.

They have worked on my BMWs for years. I've had an X5 and a 5 series and they have been nothing but professional. I feel like I am not getting ripped off and the prices are fair and the work is of excellent quality!

My Good Friend trusted this shop to fix a simple problem, Passenger window stopped working. They replaced a switch which didn't fix the problem and they couldn't even put the door back together properly. Over priced and Unprofessional. Did I mention They had the car for 2 whole Days. Never Going Back.

Don t take your vehicle here. I paid 996.00 to have my valve cover repaired. My vehicle continued to leak oil and smoke. Today I found out it was NEVER REPAIRED!!!!!!!
