This has been the best customer service experience since I been in GA for 5 years from all businesses . All representatives duplicated consistency of perfection and level of service was definitely WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! Representative RAY went above and beyond. THANK YOU Discount Tire!!!!!!!

Intermittently very busy, recommend an appointmentThey want to rotate and balance every 5k which seems like easy too much to me. Is that 14 extra trips on a 80k tire?

I arrived 5 minutes before closing regarding a patchable puncture in my tire - and the staff here happily took my car back, fixed it, and didn't charge me a dime. Ryan was the gentleman who helped me, and his customer service is exceptional.

I had an awesome experience at Discount Tire in Stockbridge today. I had to get to work and was in a hurry, but my tire blew out and I was in a real bind. It was extremely crowded when I arrived and I was nervous that I would be there all day. I believe the manager was named Hakeem, but I might be spelling it wrong. He was excellent!!!! He got me a new tire at a good price and in less than the hour that he estimated it would take. I could not be happier!

What an amazing experience this morning! My appointment was for 12:15p, and dropped my car off at 9am because I needed to go to work. Was just going to leave my car and get it later. 15 mins after dropping my car off I get a text saying my car was complete. I called because I couldn t believe how fast it was. Called and they said it was ready. Went back to get my car and it was ready and was in the front waiting for me.Check them out! Amazing customer service.

If you need a sign to visit this establishment THIS IS IT!Amazing customer service at this location! Each person I encountered was extremely professional, patient, and informative, not only with myself but with every customer entering the establishment! The men working here are swift, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Mr. Ray assisted me on the phone setting up an appointment and answering the 100 questions I had willingly prior to coming in. Mr. Haikeem, the manager, was very welcoming and made sure everything was smooth from the time I stepped in the door until I left. Grant had me in and out! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication! I will refer all my friends, family, and colleagues to this location!

Ray was super helpful and kind! I was just coming to get some air in my runners, and come to find out I had a nail in there. Ray got me set up and I was out of there in less than an hour. All of the staff in there were super nice and had great customer service. Thank you Ray!

Grant in the Office is wonderful. Bought 4 tired for my daughter's car from a different Discount Tire less than a month ago. She hit a nail and had a flat. Grant said to bring it up and they will looks at it some day. Had to get the tire replaced completely as the hole was HUGE! Took less than an hour!!!

Great experience.. ... Matter of fact one of the BESTThe advisor (sales rep) was great. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to UPSELL or talk me out of what I wanted,As my case was get what was cheap due to the FACT that I truly was BROKE and I didn't even have the money in My budget for an unexpected EXPENSE.... But as always, I tapped into the savings to get this taken care of......They were pretty fast in my opinion. I was quoted 1 and a half and although I didn't keep count, I'm certain they got me done with in that promise timeI'll say this if you want speed in automotive, then think again and face reality.... Things TAKE TIME and I've learned to be patient... So should You...I know the post is long, but understand that if their are people in front of you, YOU ARE NOT GETTING OUT in an Hour....With that said, I HONESTLY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, and if your patient, you won't be disappointed.....They even text you when your car is ready. That's the wow factor!!!!

Very well organized and safe during the pandemic. You have contactless check in using the QR code at the front door. Very user friendly for the technical challenge. It helps to make an appointment and you can choose to drive your car into the bay yourself for safety. The whole process took less than 30 minutes start to finish. I was very impressed with my experience!

Good service. Make an online appointment to avoid long wait time. Some of the young men working there often get distracted by female customers. Stay focused and professional at all times.

Slow, very slow service .... I made a call and had an appointment for tires. They were suppose to call me and notify, when the tires had arrived ( you would think because they have knowledge of when/if the arrived). No call from them. I had to call twice because I was on hold so long, that I hung up the first time after 20 minutes of waiting. When I arrived, I still had to wait. I observed lazy behavior, people not moving with a purpose, phone ringing endlessly. Just plain sorry..... end of story...

I was a long time customer here but no more. A number of months ago, I was having tires removed from one set of wheels and installed on another and having tires purchased through tire rack (owned by Discount) installed on the first set of wheels. This is essentially installation for 2 sets of tires but only disposal of 4 tires. I was hassled for not buying the tires through the store although again Tire Rack is owned by Discount Tire and says Discount Tire is the preferred installer. I was then given an estimate of ~$600 for this service, but the service rep said he was going to be nice and drop it to ~$450, an absolutely ridiculous sum. They were trying to charge me extra for services included in a normal tire install, such as dismounting and balancing the tires. I wasn't asking for low profile tires to be stretched onto a too wide 24" rim, these were stock tires on stock 16" wheels for a 20 year old sedan. I left and took the tires to another shop who installed them for $120. Posting this review on the recommendation of a friend.

DO NOT USE this location for your Tire Rack purchases. Tire Rack bombarded my emails recommending this particular location to me. I tried for 3 days straight at various times of the day to set up an appointment to get the tires I purchased installed. I was put on hold with a loop message stating they want to "earn" my business. I was NEVER able to reach anyone. NEVER! The hold music/messages just stopped and the call disconnected.

Professional, Courteous, Fast, I highly recommend them, Although they were pretty busy..Being a multiple time repeat customer in their database might have helped with the fast part getting me in and out so quickly.. ( tire puncture, in tread pattern, patched, not plugged, spare tire placed back in trunk, keys/car at door/curb, smile/handshake,cost, $0.00 )I'm 60, all my vehicles over the years get new shoes from Discount Tire..

I've written a glowing review of Duluth/Lawrenceville Discount Tire related to patching nail holes (didn't even buy anything) & asked this store if they'd do the same (dismount, wash inside, rout out, reset TPMS, patch, rebalance, remount) & was told that's their corporate policy for patching repairable tires for free.In early February 2024, I needed a tire replaced & came here for a single tire (Costco was way more; I bet their tire was better though). They were friendly, fast (even though I was a walk-in), informative & professional. Similar to the reviewed store in Northeast Atlanta.They convinced me I ought to replace all 4 tires mentioning dry-rot & worn tread (both of which I already knew were true) & showed me an un-balancable dented rim which I already suspected was true. They replaced 4 & balanced 3 tires (1 wouldn't balance) for me for about $125 per including disposal, labor, fees & roadhazard. The car rides much better & I couldn't find anywhere (even TireRack) with lower priced tires.My TPMS light is still on so maybe they worked me in so fast they didn't take care of that. I'm not deducting any though.

Absolute excellent service! We purchased tires online and were offered and appointment for Monday at 830am. I called the store to see if they had any availability for an earlier date. They accommodated me for a Saturday appointment at 1pm. Thinking we would still be waiting a long while (it is a Saturday at a tire store after all) we arrived 15 mins early to check in. We were immediately helped and our vehicle taken in. They sent us a text for a vehicle progress tracker, which was very nice. Our vehicle was ready in 30 mins! Unreal! The staff was very accommodating, friendly, professional and super helpful! They were very prompt and hard working. This is the store of choice for sure! Thank you for great service! It s refreshing!

They need more employers or a bigger shop because I had to wait almost 4 hours and I couldn't go anywhere else cuz I had a flat tire. I had a warranty on my tires so I had to come to discount tire. They took my car back after waiting 4 hours. They completed what they had to do but when I got my car back and I had already got home they just threw my spare tire on top in my trunk they didn't put it where it's supposed to go tucked away in the bottom of my trunk.

Never coming back to this location. Got screw last time, and this time I had to come back four time just for them to get it fixed right. What's so hard about setting the tpms right. Make sure you watch these guys threw the window when fixing you car they could pretend to switch your tpms with a new one but they lazy to do it if the old one is still good and charge you for it. Better take your money somewhere else.

I received tire balance,2 new tires and more. Everyone was polite and genuine. I can tell they actually care about their customers. 10/10 definitely come here if you need tires, rotation , balance , etc . Thanks guys

I have been using Discount Tire in Stockbridge for years! They were Great but they have gone downhill recently. I have had my tires rotated twice recently and both times they have not changed the TPMS to reflect the placement of the tires, I.e. front tires show pressure on back and back shows pressure on front. The last time they also stripped one of the lug nut studs and I had to spend most of the day at the repair shop getting it repaired!!! This only happens because the technician doesn t tighten the lug nut by hand before using the air wrench!!!! Guess they think they are a pit crew changing tires in a NASCAR. The repair shop said he has gotten an abundance of these stripped lug nut studs from the Stockbridge Discount Tire Store!! This store seriously needs more technician training and management oversight training!

Had blowout. So I dropped off the rim and told them I'll pick it up tomorrow after they finish they mounting and balance the new tire. Yes I also purchased a new tire. Well when I returned the next day. They couldn't find the rim and tire. Found out they had lost my wheel. A week later I finally got a used rim which they say is new (possibly got from the junk yard). Also my car has been down for the remaining time. Which they didn't care about. Been going for yrs and now the service is I would give negative review if possible. Lost me as a customer

Some of the best customer service you can find. Both Alex and Jake were great to work with. Alex kept me abreast on the status of my truck. I had a lift with 24 inch rims and tires added. Was some issues with my control arm, but they got me squared away with new ones right away. I would suggest taking your car or truck to them for service. I have already suggested this location to a few of my family and friends.Keep up the great work guys!! Thank you to all staff involved.

This location needs to be supervised. A customer's vehicle just pulled away from the shop and was teturned to the customer with a flat tire. They are working hard and fast to get these cars service but need to be supervised.One of the tires was flat as she was getting ready to drive away.Another customer had to stop the lady from driving away and make sure they attended to the flat.Understand that they are in a time pressure environment and doing all possible to turn every job around and up to the next.Supervised the work should be top priority.Anything could have happened if this knew Custer took to the high way with this car
