Coots is one of the most reliable and trustworthy mechanics in the area. If I were within 25 miles, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Just to let EVERYONE know these are the best and most TRUSTWORTHY A/C and automotive mechanics in Atlanta area.Will and Chris are a fabulous team. They get the job done but most importantly they get it done right. Very honest and knowledgeable mechanics u can trust them!

Will is very knowledgeable, and generally, I feel I've been given a good price for the work I've had done there. I've had them do about a half dozen repairs on 3 different cars, and every time, the issue has been resolved, and for the price quoted. If I have one complaint, it's that sometimes they don't have space to take a car when I call. However, in fairness, that's not unique to this shop right now (all the shops seem to be slammed recently), and it's probably a testament to their quality of work that they're popular enough to be full at times.

My african american finace called to make an appointment at Coots auto. And when she got there one of the mechanics was extremely rude to her, guess he didnt realize she was african american on the phone. Told her that he can shut his doors on here and want fix he car. After she waited for an hour to get here air conditioning looked at. After he was so rude to her she sat in her car and cried because our son can't be riding in a hot car. Im so disappointed because we was referred to this place by another business. And was treated like our business wasnt wanted Im so upset. I will never go there again.Service: Auto A/C recharge

I called this shop about a catalectic convertor for my daughters car. I was extremely impressed by the knowledge. The gentleman took time to explain what was needed and what was not. Will Coots has been honest, hard working, sharp and highly intelligent while remaining relatable and caring in every encounter for the 20+ years I've known him so I wasn't surprised when he had a great mechanic there named Eliyah check my car out this last time, since that name in Hebrew means "My God is Yahweh". HalleluYah for a good business that I really do trust!

I put my 67 Ford Galaxy in shop for an exhaust and power steering leak. They advised me that once they fix one side of the exhaust leak, the other was leaking. It was reasonable.After I was told the Power Steering hose was leaking, (it was a new hose, I had already changed myself), I returned the hose to Advance auto and received a new hose. I left the shop with a new hose and the same power steering leak. I was charged for changing a new hose to a "new hose". I ask the guy, why I'm being charged for a problem that is still there, he referred me to another guy. I left.I will not be returning to Coots. Although I was warned by a reputable entity not to deal with them, I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. - lessoned learned.

Called and got a quote to get my catalytic converters replaced last week and the guy quoted me $1204. Went in a week later to prepay for the parts to get shipped and the guys in there said it would be $1350+. He told me he had no idea how the other guy figured that price and would not match it. Do people not stand by their word anymore? Just bad business...

Not the same no more. Starting to see the true COLORS i was told about this place. I done spent well over 10k at this place and still get treated like a new customer.
