The waiting room/lobby is so inviting and comfy! I especially appreciated sitting at the desk while waiting for the repair that took only about an hour to complete, despite how packed the parking lot was upon arrival! Plus, Brian, Charles, and the entire team I contacted was so hospitable and pleasant! Highly recommended Christian Brothers EVERY TIME.

I wanted a second opinion on a check engine light that came on after services at another shop. That shop said that my car needed both batteries replaced ($1100+). CBA found that a sensor was left unplugged from the first service. No other issues. Thank you CBA for your honesty. I will bring my Benz back to you for any scheduled services or issues. A+

Very professional and customer focused. The work was completed in 1 day which was a delight.I could not ride the shuttle and I was dropped off and picked up in my own car.

This is not your typical auto service establishment. Sometimes, it's the little things that can leave the best impression. Their facility has a pleasant and cozy waiting area, they offer ride services if you can't wait for repairs, and they communicate effectively and efficiently with technology. I believe that I've found a trustworthy establishment for my auto repair and maintenance needs.

Thankful that C.B. has multiple locations where we were able to take our car to the closest location and have the pre-purchase inspection done. During this car buying season, we were able to take all of the cars we were considering to the local C.B. locations. Thank you

I love that dodge dealership referred me to Christian brothers . They saved my car from having transmission problems, I was happy especially when they found out I was low and n transmission fluid. The price was reasonable and I m so happy I went to them thank god for them having a great team and fixing my car problem.

I had an awesome experience with this shop. Had my car towed here from another shop that was trying to overcharge me in hopes that I would trade my car in to them for another one. They had my car for an entire week told me I had about $4000 in repairs and should let it go. It didn't feel right to me because they contacted me 3 times about selling my or trading my car before they even looked at it. I had it towed here they assessed it, fixed it and was ready to go within 2 hours.Needless to say this is where my car will go for now on...Service: Electrical repair

My name is Samuel Andrews, and my experience was and always is very professional. They have a very thorough understanding of what customer service is, like in the old days. The environment is always positive, clean and inviting. Top notch business, and business model. This world would be a better place if all other businesses would model their business after Christian Brothers. John and his sons, his staff, and their technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. I would take my Audi A8L there everyday, if needed, because I know they will treat me right, and repair my car right each and every time.

Check engine light was on I explained wasn't anything wrong they reset the light took me home no charge. I m disappointed in Christian Brothers. I ve brought several of my car up here for service for years with no issues. I brought my ford ficus to the shop for service and the technician advised I needed front brakes and a transmission part. So I had that service completed. Two days later my brakes completely go out. I talk to the front desk guy about the situation and he seems to think that, the issue could have just accrued. My better judgment tells me to walk away and find another shop, but my loyalty to this company keeps me there. So once again, they advised I needed more work done on my brakes and I let them complete the service. It s been three days now and my engine light is on and my car will not go in reverse. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Christian Brothers.

Need people who can preform professional customer service over the phone. Just called to get an estimate/make an appt for a rear window regulator on my clk 350 end up hanging up because the guy (believed his name was Josh) was so rude and had poor customer service via the phone so I just hung! Won t receive no business from me!!! Do better!

My mom was traveling to South GA from Atlanta and was experiencing car trouble. I was able to assist her, but I didn't have the proper tools to complete the job. We drove to nearby Christian Brothers and asked for assistance. They were extremely busy, but they were kind enough to allow a technician to help us free of charge. Great customer service and I'll be sure to use them in the future even though they're 45 minutes away from my house.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very poor communication. Associates were very dismissive, did not want to engage or acknowledge me as a client, and did not even try to learn about my car issues from the moment of my arrival to me picking up my car. I felt like they did not want to work with me as a customer. The issue I came for was not addressed and I did not understand what I was charged/paid for when no service was done. I try to tell them what my problem was and they charged me for the explanation of the problem I already knew was the source issue..? That doesnt make any sense. They had my car for 4 days and even had me miss Thanksgiving with my family. Super disappointed, would not recommend.I was recommended by my dealership and will let them know to stop referring clients there.

They were friendly and niceHoweverThey had my car for 3 daysI had an appt for Tuethey told me to drop it off at 7so I thought they were going to begin working on it. But nope,I was hoping to hear something back by the end of the day and I didn't.They didn't work on my car at all on Tues because they were backed from the weekend.They worked on it Wed and Thur. I would have preferred they told me hey, we won't get to your car today. Bring it tomorrowOverall the experience was good but if my car was going to sit all day I could have kept it at home. I had no transportation for those 3 days they had my car.I may return because of the customer service I just hope the service will be faster

My experiences with Christian Brothers have been excellent. I don't see me taking any of my vehicles to any other shop. I'd say the workmanship is equal to or better than a dealership.
