We recently had our truck repaired by the mechanic on March 3! Our truck has been damaged per other mechanics Now! It is now Thursday April 4 my truck Still is not fixed or working properly due to A error this Mechanic has done to Our truck. I have given them time to professionally Contact us to fix the problem on our Truck. On March the 29 at approximately 10 pm or later the mechanic was complete with repairs. The truck was not driven until April 1 at approximately 720 am the truck was still not operating properly. We contacted Erica to inform her that the truck was not running from the last Repair that was just completed on March 29,2024. She informed us that she will contact us back once she speaks with the tech which is her husband. About 30 minutes passed and we reached back out to Erica to see if she had contacted the tech, in the midst of the conversation the Mechanic her husband starts yelling and cursing saying he is not fixing on the D truck.Remind you he has fixed on the truck 5 times in a month times span. Due to The truck not operating After he Changed the transmission the beginning of March. Every since then the truck has been having a Electrical issue that it has never had before! We have the driver, other mechanics as well as our Warehouse employees that can vouch that the truck Only had One Issue to begin with. Erica has been Very unprofessional with Us in regards to this situation. When I Made my Truthful review she started contacting me with Nasty text messages and emails that are very unprofessional. As well as nasty invoices that I will let the everyone see how they Don t treat All customers Equally or Fairly. Please be advised that this company does not have Warranties or guarantee that the repairs will fix the problem. Beware if you contact him for one repair and it leads to 5 like ours and your vehicle is still not working properly. And you are treated like a customer who just did not spend over a thousand dollars in repairs with them! This Unprofessional Company has Still not reach out to us in regards to this matter. If you have money that needs to go down the drain contract this company!

They were great. From the sweet lady that answers the phone to the mechanic that came out to fix my vehicle. They were quick and efficient. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix my car. Thank you so much.

Friendly and efficient. Car had a busted clutch, they sent someone out to figure out the issue and although it took a few trips they got the job done and even saved me some cash when they finally managed to fix the problem. Highly recommended!

I recently acquired the service of this company to resolve an oil leak in my vehicle. It turns out that after supposedly solving the problem, my car continues to have the same leak or worse. I call them and explain to them that the leak continues and at first They tell me that they will come the next day at 9:00 am, I call my work to tell them that I will be late that day to receive them at 9:00 am. 10:30 am arrives and they don't arrive and they don't even call me to let me know that they are not going to arrive, when I call to tell them that I am still waiting they tell me that they are not going to arrive because their truck is damaged but they don't even call me to Let me know, that happened more than a week ago and I'm still waiting for them. They don't even bother to solve the problem for which they were paid and they don't return the money either. Everyone wants to have a company but few know about customer service

I ve used this business a few times already. They are honest, dependable , very knowledgeable and very fair. It s very hard finding honest people and I found that in this business. They are awesome!! Use them. You will not be disappointed!

Terrible !! RUN, RUN they came with no tools they messed up my car the Guy they sent was totally spaced out on something I would not recommend them keep looking! He did not know anything about a Thermostat which he removed and could not put a new one on ! My car is not driveable now!RUN RUN RUN DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!
