As a female I was dumb founded & confused at the attitudes and treatment I received. Never returning.I usually come to this establishment for my daily oil changes. But once I brought my vehicle here after hitting an item on the highway thinking these individuals were able to repair my car they took hours just to tell me they can not repair it and it requires body work specifically. So after having my car towed here and sitting all day until they called , over the phone I could not quite understand their accents and the information presented to me since I don t know much about cars. I am a 20 year old female so I believed they could help and the idea of me questioning the owner or really just being confused made him quite irritated. He then proceeded to get loud and told me to leave after i arrived to inquire about the car, as he was unsuccessful at explaining in way where I would understand what was actually wrong. He kicked metal around and yelled causing embarrassment.I will never return, not even for my oil changes of if my tire goes flat! The situation was unnecessary as I was already frustrated about my vehicle.

I arrived at Beta car service at 8:30 am on 6/19/2023. The service that was provided was tire balance alignment. The female manger also stated that I needed a motor mount which was an additional $800.00. The auto workers put 2 tires on my car. I had a test drive with the mechanic before I paid for my services.. My car was shaking so bad the mechanic looked panicked! I informed them to put my original tires back on my car. The female manager tried to charge me an additional $60. 00 for putting tires my original tires back on my car. Beta auto services is does not do a good job of guaranteeing their work or services. The female manager rattles numbers off the top of her head with no proof of cost. Only take your car to Beta if you have money to burn

I often get used tires here to replace flats, unfortunately, their prices have shot up substantially in short periods of time. Originally i was paying $30-$35 per tire, then they wanted $40 just a month ago, now they want $45 per tire. I'll not be using them again.

I had brakes and rotors for me front and rear axles changed here for my Cadillac CTS Coupe and they did an amazing job! They have great prices also, I'd definitely recommend coming here. They also have great prices on used tires also.The service was quick too!

I am only giving this a one star because I can t give it a zero. I took my car in to get serviced for a oil leak. They charged me $1800 for all repairs and they had my car for over 3 months. After get my car back it stopped working and it smoke. Somehow someone stole everything out of my car.They had my car parked at there house and there dog was eating my front grill. Not only that but the car had ants in it bad. As my car broke down again they told me I had to find a way to get it there even though they messed up. Here my car is still sitting and $1800 down the drain.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Totally disappointed with the service they provided, if I called it service. I needed my shift gear replaced, we were told to buy the part and bring it to installed. We bought the part, set up an appointment, took it back and after waiting the service manager comes back and says we can't do the work, we don't have the tools, so take it elsewhere. I would not recommend this business to anyone. And I'm giving it a one Star because the business exists.

Had a diagnostic done on my car, quoted me $2200. Took it down to JAX to get it repaired/ rediagnosed and came they quoted me at $850. I called to get a copy of the diagnostic that I paid $60 for at this shop and the gentleman that spoke very broken English said no and that car has to be back at the shop to get a copy. Horrible, horrible customer service and this is coming from a customer service rep. Would not trust this shop to get an oil change. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Wow! This shop got me in and out and it was on a Saturday at that! Friendly staff and fast service. They didn't offer me anything I didn't need. Accuracy and efficiency is how I would describe my service. I will definitely go back to this shop again for any future oil changes and minor work. Moved to Ga from Mia and had not found a legit car doctor for my 4 wheeled baby. I did have an at-home mechanic who was fine, but did not have access to all that Beto's offers. From prices....to customer service....to waot time (which never exceeded the time to actually work on my car)...Beto's has been WONDERFUL. I got new tires...then an oil change...and my brakes serviced. He was honest and never tried to haggle me with prices or services I didn't need. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

There were 2 men (clearly not gentlemen) who I tried to gain clarification pertaining to a receipt. One man hung up me, and the other yelled at me. I m not sure if it s because I m a woman questioning a man or there was a communication barrier, but either way it s unacceptable. If you don t want to be disrespected, don t use this shop.Service: Engine repair

I went for a small and slow leak in a tire. Within 15 minutes I was leaving with my tire repaired, without any up sell hassle, and for a good price.

really I mean this , I have been to many mechanics , and I have been riped off as a matter of fact when I walked into there shop I was looking for the ex owners , I heard they were the new owner's and decided to try them out I have not been disappointed there prizes are great , there customer service is great, but above all there work is top notch , I promise I've been with them since about 8 or nine months and would not take my car any place else. THERE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always great service. Honest and trustworthy. They save me money when other places try to say I need something that I don t need. They re all about safety too. I ve been going for years. Roberto knows his stuff. All the guys are really nice too.

Yes they did fix my car. But every since they fix my car my alarms go off in my car, and my car shuts down. About a month ago is when I got my car done by them my car has shut down four times since then. The mechanic broke my oil stick they tried to tell me I brought my car in that way when I know that was wrong, plus they tried to charge me for the oil stick and I refuse to pay, plus I brought my car in before the place open but when I arrive unannounced to them they hadn't even finished my car when I first brought my car and they told me that it would only take two two possibly three hours I hadn't received my car back and it had been 5 hours. And the representative of the shop seemed like she was really irritated with me because she kept trying to tell me that the mechanic spend three hours on my car and she was upset because I was only going to pay her $170 for labor but I told her that was not my fault because that was the price that was given to me and I was not going to pay any more than what I was told. So this is my experience that I've had with the shop

Got up one morning not sure where to take my truck but I knew there was something wrong with my vehicle called a couple of service shops choose this one never been there before... extremely satisfied, staff is very, service was great, my truck runs fantastic. I will definitely go back and I recommend this company.

My experience was below disappointing! This is the last place you should get service at. First when I pull up I see he was servicing a Hispanic guy and after 15 minutes of waiting he tells me that it s 6:00 on the dot and he can t help me. When I complain he walks outside with his $20 tire sign advertised and looks at my Lexus then tells me the cheapest tire he has is $50 or I can go somewhere else. The service he offered was racist, condescending, false advertising nonsense!!!! Save yourself the time and the trouble and go down the street.... smh

Took my vehicle here for a simple catalytic converter replacement and literally barely made it home after they "repaired" it! Prior to going here my car drove smooth and great! After leaving my car now has to be towed to the dealership for diagnostics. I am so heartbroken that these people did not even attempt to acknowledge or help with these issues they caused! I now have SEVERAL lights on on my dash and these people are refusing to acknowledge they did something wrong! Well I'll be taking this to court and I pray these people are NEVER able to do this to anyone else! This is wrong on so many levels!

Only place I go to in my neighborhood. They have the best customer service from the clerk in the office to the mechanics outside. If your tire pressure is low pull up and a mechanic will service you right on the spot for no fee, whereas other shops nearby charge a fee.

You have to watch the lady in the front...She will add to what you are requesting and charge differently from what you were quoted. The service to my vehicle is alway impeccable but always make note of the initial quote because it could possibly change.

they have rescued my car and me twice this year. they are very busy but they tell you the real deal and do the best they can to do the job right. i will keep on going back to this little shop in Stockbridge.

I went there on July 15 for a used tire so it was almost closing time and they put a tire On!The wrong size i had a friend look at the tire and he said it was wrong size so i had a death in family so i had to park til i got back so I took car on the 28 of July they saw their mistake and wanted me to pay for another tire,so why when you put the wrong tire on anyway! Never do business there!Ripoff and think you 3D! Checking out some other stuff I told dude thats Bad Business and they were wrong.

I moved to Stockbridge from NJ... this was the best auto body shop that I've found. Great prices, quick service etc...I now live in Douglasville, GA. But I still travel to Stockbridge to have my car fixed @ Beto's...

Horrible experience. My son took his car in to have the front end re-built and almost $1000 later the car drives worse than before these incompetent people worked on it. When we have tried to get them to actually fix the car they do not! I wouldn't give them 1 star but it doesn't allow me to give them nothing. I DO NOT recommend this auto care to anyone!

I brought tires for my Infiniti, good price and fast delivery, these were new tires, also my Nissan got some use tires like 3 years ago, the tires are still good, getting brakes and rotors, done now after going to just brakes and pep boys they gave me good price a d good service
