Came in today and purchased an alternator for my vehicle ($350). The young lady working obviously did not want to be there- she was so extremely rude. If it wasn t for the fact that my car was stalling out I would ve left and took my business to O Reillys. I m actually debating on returning the one I bought from you all and taking my business elsewhere where they appreciate it. Honestly ridiculous.

The place is clean and organized. i love the place layout, was able to find what i needed easy, and employees/ managers are friendly. Will recommend it and will come back again.

Camille is heaven sent! Her and Britney ! They are so personable and so efficient. I love how they interact with customers. We need more people like Camille and Britney I m this world. My husband and my son called this auto zone. Date February 16th 2024 around 4:20 pm, and the young lady had a really nasty attitude. To the young lady who answered the phone, you are in the wrong field, customer service is not for you sweetie.

Previously went to the Covington highway store, Lithonia, near the Kroger, the manager there was awesome, and referred me to the Hudson bridge store in Stockbridge where I met a stone faced manager.

If I could give a zero, I would. Horrible communication, horrible customer service every time I go. Some of the staff are very friendly, but certainly not most. I was told I had to pre-pay for an item for it to be delivered that day, which is perfectly understandable. But now it's been a week and I still don't have my item. I can understand delayed shipments, but I've called several times for updated and they always give me a different story and a different delivery day that's further and further away. I'm done giving this location chance after chance.

Professional and clean! I have a corporate account and have been to most all locations south of Atlanta. This location is well stocked and very clean. Employees were quick and efficient. James is a winner with a take charge initiative. Wish I ran into someone like him at every place I do business with!

I went to this location to purchase a battery for a price tag upwards of $200. I was unable to install my own battery due to circumstances I couldnt control. I was under the impression that if you purchase one of their batteries they would install it for you. I was told at this location they do not install batteries for Mens .Im assuming the staff meant men . With that said , I d avoid any interaction with this establishment. Something dosent seem socially right.

Very knowledgeable staff. They always have the parts that you need. They are always busy but that's a good thing. It is just that the line was long with so many people getting the parts that they needed, but while I was in line get a bag of these it was worth the wait.. very tasty snack..

I have been doing business with this AutoZone for the past 2 years and they are best auto parts store in the business. The customer service and staff through out the whole store is impeccable. Brittany the commercial account manager will always go above and beyond to make sure that she finds the right parts and deals to suit your particular needs. This store is a part of my small business success story. Thank you all and I look forward to continuing our business together.

They have what you need. Always do, but staffing is the issue. Lot of having g to wait around as employees tlk about there weekend or conversations in the parking lot. Even if with a customer, you limit the talk to the business. Not about there car looking good or who installed your window tinted. Young and not yet in tune with how customer service works. Now to be honest this was a month ago. Maybe it's better, but I'll never know because I won't go back.

This is usually where we come for auto needs and typically some of the staff are very helpful and kind but our last few visits have been very disappointing. The lady with brownish blonde hair and a male with glasses usually wears a hat came off rude and snappy when asking for assistance with what we needed, made it a very uncomfortable visit. We have decided to take our business elsewhere due to lack of Customer service with some of the employees.

This is the best experience I have had with an Autozone. Usually the customer service is absolutely gross. However at this particular one .wow the Associate really helped me out and took pride in his work. I really appreciate Good customer service and Managers who hire people that actually come to work to work.

Allen is awesome! He was extremely helpful and explained what I ve been doing wrong with my tail lights and even solved a problem with a light I d given up on. Great customer service, you can tell he cares about what he does.

Good customer service. This is my preferred auto parts store. They even had the unusual power steering fluid for my Mercedes. I'm always surprised by what I can get, although some stuff may take a day or require I drive to another store nearby if I need it that day.

Tammy was fantastic at helping me find the appropriate bulbs and wiper blades, even helping me understand some info could be found in the vin. The additional help with Allen installing them was a GREAT way to ensure I was on the road safely. This is now my go-to for all car related questions.

I send my daughter with her Vin card & number to pick up an alternator; they give her the wrong part. When I go to replace & return the core. I believe the rude assistant manager, gives me attitude when I ask if they have the right part in stock. Questioning me with did I buy the part from this store? The associate I was working with initially called her up because she was the person that gave the wrong part to my daughter. Then instead of just exchanging the part, she says I have to credit your card & charge you for the new one. @AutoZone, what if I didn't have another $200, because the refund will not be instant like the transaction to buy the part. Trash experience.

Was sent from the N. Henry location to replace the battery because they was out of stock. The N. Henry location even called before we went over and checked to make sure it was still under warranty. We arrived and the workers acted like they had no clue what we was talking about and right away had attitudes.
