These guys were so nice! I came down to visit family and during my drive down my wiper came apart in the rain. I went in to get new ones. The guys on the front desk awesome. They decided who was the best person to do the job. There were complications but my helper continued to smile and laugh as he worked. It was the most pleasant repair experience I can remember. They have a great team here.

I came to get the battery in my car key and garage opener replaced and assistance with putting them in. Darius was extremely helpful and did it with no problem. I previously went to advance auto parts and they were rude, unprofessional, and of no assistance at all. I know people don't normally give recognition when it's do, but Darius absolutely deserves it! I will from now on only come to this auto zone in the future. There was several other occasions I came and the staff was very helpful. Keep up the good work!

This place is one of the best parts stores in Stockbridge!! I call them they make sure to check other stores if my parts aren t available in their store. Always great customer service!!

I was immediately greeted by a guy who asked if I needed any assistance, which I did, and he happily helped. Found exactly what I needed. Then asked if I needed additional help, which I just wanted to look around at car stickers. Which he was great and helped when I needed it, then very respectful of when I didnt need help. When I went to checkout, he was checking out a gentleman in front of me, I was only the second person in line, so I wasn't really having to wait long.....but I guess another lady who worked there, seen that I was there, walked all the way from the back the back just to help and check me out so I was not waiting. Even though I was only the second person in line. VERY helpful and kind employees, who assisted without hesitation, and very professional. I'm not sure of their names. But it was at store 0941, on 6/1/23, the transaction number also (incase they do get some type of recognition from the company, to help identify them....), the transaction number is 138523 . They should get some type of recognition. I was so worried I'd get the wrong thing or not know what to do once I walked in the store. But was immediately put at ease, when the gentleman greeted me and asked if I needed help the second I walked in the door. Then when I went to checkout, didn't even need to wait in line(although i was only the 2nd person in line, so i wouldnt have had to wait long) because the other lady who worked there, stopped whatever she was doing to promptly help and checked me out at another register. They were wonderful and made my visit much more enjoyable.

If I could give them a piece of dirt I would . I came there today to get my car check because the engine light came on . I got off the exit (20 minutes ) from home .I went inside , the store had ZERO customers, and 3 employees DOING NOTHING. I asked them to check it , this Hispanic manager who hud his tag gave me the machine and said they changed the policy . I called two different Auto Zones and they said they re lazy and lying . Absolutely, unprofessional, I ve been waiting for two hours fir a tow because I m scared to drive it . I had my 3 small children in the hit car. They offer no assistance .

Darrion was a great help tonight. I came in late needing a battery replaced. My truck was a pain to replace but he patient and persistent with providing great and polite service. I was there 20 minutes after they closed and he thanked me for my business

Darius M. (Manager) and young lady team member provided Outstanding service today!! I presented my problem (weak battery) and Darius immediately took ownership of the problem as though it was his own. He replaced the battery with no hesitation and great customer service with courteous and friendly attitude! Definitely will be a returned customer when necessary!!

Today I was helped by Darius and he went over and beyond. I walk in the store aggravated and mad but walk out extremely grateful with a smile on my face and very appreciative for that young man and his help. I would truly like to Thank him again he showed me that respect, patience and professionalism works when you utilize it.Thank you..... Job Well Done!!

I made a purchase of a product to remove and replace some sensors. The product didn't work as well as I'd hoped due ro it being roo thick to be used ro it's fullest potential. The reason that I purchased the tool was because the actual tool wasn't there and they didn't know when they'd get any in. Although it wasn't exactly what I needed and didn't get the job done as needed ,the associates there were apologetic that it didn't work and made the return as simple as possible. Definitely rocks with them!

This is most definitely the ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service that I ve ever received in my entire life! I bought a battery last year and all of a sudden my now my battery is giving me issues. I go in and not one person greets me. Everyone is standing around ignoring me for at least 10 mins. There are 4 workers there and two were on the phone and once they got off the phone still ignored me. I overheard an older gentleman saying to a young lady Oh you came back from your lunch break then he proceeds to grab his lunch box and walks right past me. Then the young lady finally helps me after she s done checking out her friend who jumped the line. She is useless and so unprofessional. All of the men in there and they never came out to check my battery or to see if I needed any help! Needless to say that I left with my issue NOT being resolved and I will never come back here again!!! SMH

This was the worst customer service I have experienced in my life . I walked in no one greeted me it was 5 team members in the front talking among them selves as I waited over 10 minutes for help . I stood in front of the register and was ignored and had to almost beg the guy with dreads at the register to help me . I wouldn t recommend this place at. After my long wait I wasn t even able to have my issue resolved the team member didn t even try I had to try and fix my problem myself .

The manager that is a black female she s the definition of great management!! She s so knowledgeable and cares for every customer. The white guy with the long ponytail is the best employee up there! I love his personality!! Sorry that I didn t know your names

I have an excellent experience every time I walk in the door. Carlton ALWAYS goes above and beyond when I walk in this store. He always treats people with reapect and listens from the minute you step to the counter! He's very knowledgeable and even when I can only point to where something is because I can't think of words he takes the time to figure out what I was saying.I am often in the store because I have a van that EATS brakes. One time when I entered the store, Carlton asked me how I was doing. I had just completed chemotherapy for stage 4 cancer. He told he knew something had to have happened because he had not seen me in almost a year. I felt good to know that I was remembered and thought about. Excellent service when staff knows you on a person level and CARES!I always send people to this store because every experience here is EXCELLENT!Keep doing what you do!

The most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. I walked in to buy a battery. When its my turn to get to the counter the girl just looks at me, so I just stood there and looked at her. Then finally said can I help you, like she's doing me a favor. The guy that put my battery in had no idea what he was doing. He kept going back and forth inside with different size tools. And he never said a single word to me. Not even hello. No one looks over 30, just a group of young unprofessional people.

Sequoia was the most professional employee at the store. On two events she was professional, polite and knowledgeable. There were two employees (male and female) who had a back and forth about who would help me locate a part. They were not assisting another customer at the time I approached them. Sequoia was checking out another customer and they even tried to get her to do it as they continued to flirt with each other. There were no name tags so I couldn't get their names but the young lady had braids to her ankle.

I want to thank Carlton for helping me with my car, he is very polite and hard-working, and always greets everyone with a smile. I would recommend that people come to this place if they are in need of parts or anything else for their cars. The employees are excellent as well they are very friendly and helpful as well I know I will be back if I have anymore issuses in the near future. keep up the great work!!!!!

I had been having problems with my alternator and or battery. They have the service to check them both and they were fine, but I kept losing charge if I let car sit past 2-3 days. So it was suggested that I give it a really good charge and we took it for a ride around 285 and it back on track.

Darius was awesome! He went above and beyond to help me out. Found my battery warranty and just gave a pleasant experience all the way around! He gave top notch customer care. Everything in this pandemic has been a struggle but his attitude and thoughtfulness were amazing. If you need help go to the autozone on North Henry Blvd in Stockbridge and ask for him!

Excellent customer service, they help me with my car battery situation. The battery I brought in was under warranty but couldn't hold a charge and the management didn't waste my time with questions. He said bring him a new battery and sent me on my way. Thank you AutoZone
