These guys are great. Let me just say that the Owner is great. I came in with a cracked rim and bulged tire. Without hesitation the owner gave several options that were affordable and safe. They have plenty of payment options to help with fees. Let s just say the car had a brand new rim and 4 new tires. The rim was even spray painted. The Owner blessed me with a surprise at the end. Even if you decide to change anything last minute he will accommodate your needs. Also answer any question resulted to your car.Overall, definitely recommend this shop.

Advanced Wheel Specialists exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, their service was impeccable. The team, including the Shane at the front desk, were incredibly knowledgeable. What's more, they go above and beyond to assist women like myself, ensuring a comfortable experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of wheel services. Five stars without a doubt!

If you don't mind paying $100 to have your lug key removed and have to come out of pocket for body damage afterwards, be my guess. They scuffed up my beautiful black benz and would not take accountability for it. Instead, the owner Shane rudely told me he wasn't the cause of the scuff marks and to leave his property and called the police. They left the tire flat and didn't even offer to put the spare on before driving it to the front. I had to change my own tire on the property. How does that look? I give 2 stars only bcus they did take the lug key off. Just cost me more money in the end. If you choose to use this guy service, take pictures of your vehicle before and after. This is something they should implement in they're intake process. Shane will not take accountability whatsoever. He didn't even try to look at what I was trying to show him. That's how I knew he didn't have a care. Thank God I changed my ways and run a successful business with plenty to lose. I'll take another route. Ppl, do your homework.

Took my big rig here to get the wheels and fuel tanks polished. Dutch did a fantastic job, as they don't normally specialize in big rigs, so this was a huge job. I do have one critique, while Dutch did a fantastic job, he did have a helper that handled the other half of the truck, and that half didn't turn out as well as Dutch's half. Albiet, those wheels were more oxidized and pitted than the other side, I do think some lack of experience came into play as there was left over polish, etc... This is a very MINOR critique as the truck looks much better than before. As stated above, this was a very cumbersome job to complete, and for the reasonable price, they did a good job. Dutch did the driver's side, his helper did the passenger side. Thanks guys!

After waiting 2 hours and him joking around about how his guys are tired, he LIED about completing an alignment, he offered me a deal for having to wait so long but you didn t complete any work! Some people purposely leave things a certain way so we ll know what was & wasn t touched, you lied! If you want honesty take your money elsewhere. I also noticed someone replying to every review saying people were lying but I m telling the truth! I won t spend a dime here again.

I would recommend them for wheel repair. I had a flat and had to drive a few hundred feet on it to get somewhere safe to change it, which did some damage to the rim. I got new tires at a Pep Boys, and the wheel was letting out the air after about a day. I took it into AWS, where they attempted the fix for a reasonable price (only a bit more than an NOS Chrysler wheel that would have taken way too long to find and arrive), but it didn't fix the issue and it was still letting out the pressure after a day. I called, got the manager, and he told me to bring it in anytime. Even during a busy day, they made it right very quickly. I will always go to a business that stands behind their work and makes things right if they fail.

Ladies, If you are looking for a great and safe place to get your tires aligned wheel repair this is the place. Shan is the owner and he takes the stess out of a stressful situation. He has great customer service. His team did a great job on my car. I came last year because I had rim problems and his team did a great job on those also so I didn't have to buy new rims. Great asset to the community of Henry County.

Guy doesn't guarantee his work. Took a spoke wheel to him to be resealed, he remounted the tire, called me a week later and said it passed the leak down test. Got the wheel back on the car didn't stay inflated 24 hours. Reached back out to him and NOW he says; "repairs such as that don't come with a warranty" and says he told me that upfront which is B.S. and not stated anywhere on my invoice. Beware people and don't just give this individual money for lackluster work like I did.

I bought in my (4) rims that were bent and paid almost $1000.00 to get the rims repaired. They didn t start working on them until a week later and the day before I was scheduled to pick them up which I didn t have a problem with but they I didn t pay the extra fee to get next day service because I wasn t in a big rush and didn t want to rush them fixing the rims. I picked up the rims and they honestly barely repair them I mean bare repaired!! So disappointing after paying almost $1,000.00.

I was very disappointed with this company because I spent $2700.00 for repairs on my rims.They did good job but I noticed that my tire sensor wasn't working properly when they reinstall them back on my truck after waiting for 2 weeks of finishing on repairs. When I left they Business after reinstalling my rims and tires. I noticed that my tire sensor wasn't working properly. I call the boss 3 minutes after but no response. When I finally got in contact with him. No results...I told him that how can all of my tire sensor can go out at once. That sounds impossible because they was the only one working on them and my tire sensor was working fine before. I asked him what can you do and said nothing but I was very disappointed with the response but I feel that they need to treat customers with more respect and more compassion for their business.

Don't take your tire here. I took my tire here to have the rim repaired. They kept it for over a week, told to pick up at 4 and still was not ready at 4:30. And last they put a Random Damage Tire on my rim. I asked for a credit was was told no by the owner. I do not trust this business.

Needed 1 rim repaired that I did on wife car. AWS Got it fixed before she got home thank you so much drove 30 minutes to get repair done, they also fixed a bent rim like 2 years ago. Very happy with work that was done to repair rim can't even tell anything was done. Look at pictures before and after thanks happy wife happy life.

2019 - Recently had the wheels repainted on both of my cars, and they look good as new! Ready in 24 hours. Reasonably priced.2023 - I had them power-coat the wheels on my other car, and they look brand new! They also didn't make me take the wheels off the car, and drop them off separately. (I was shocked how many wheel places think that's normal?)

Arrived to get new wheel on rim, and to have tons sensors. Dropped off one wheel that needed to be replace other three only needed sensors. Noticed they were busy so told EJ I could leave that rim and they could go ahead and finish that one, I would arrive next morning to have other three sensors programmed and wheels put on. Showed up next morning wheel hadn t been touched but other customers who arrived after me were done and gone. Explained my frustration which was ignored, asked for manager who apparently was listening the whole time but never jumped in until I asked for him. He explained since I was coming back today to program my wheels he told them to wait. Told him that s not what was discussed. He then advised me they could do it now or I could leave, I choose the later since he still couldn t give me an estimated time. Didn t help or offer to load my stuff back up and he was extremely rude. Luckily one of the young employees offered to help. Terrible business, as a car guy with many cars with rims lifts etc I will never go back and urge you to do the same. If you make an agreement with a customer honor it, don t do what you feel. Could ve easily had another company do the work yesterday but in stead I trusted the word of this company.

Came for a Rotor and Brake upgrade .. Took care of me and my Chally on 30 s real picky about who works on my car , being that it s on 30 s but they took care of me .. And come to find out they solid with my lift team .. so I was comfortable then .. Good Service, Great attitude.. Mr. Shane took care of my job well .. They did my alignment on my vehicle and didn't do it correctly for 119 bucks. Now I have to go pay someone else to do it right

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! I brought my rim to AWS to get repaired (custom 22 inch powder coated wheel) they repaired the crack but scratched up.the wheel, an cut the sidewall of the tire. The owner NVR took responsibility for the scratches on my rim nor the gash in the sidewallI WLD NVR RECOMMEND THEM FOR CUSTOM WHEELS

Took my truck in on 3/11/2022 (I know, I'm a little late posting) to AWS and had my tires mounted, balanced, and had a front-end alignment as well. These guys were personable and really helped to get the job done!

I went to AWS due a referral, and Google reviews. I am glad Idid.Shane informed me ofall that would be done to my rims step by step. He answered all of my questions, and assured me Not to worry.He was absolutely right!The rims are perfect! He and his team did an excellent job! Two thumbs up to you and the team AWS!

I came here for new tires and I was surprised on my first visit. Their service and prices were great! Very professional! For my tires, a lot of other places were giving me about $250 per tire and this place was a savior and gave me tires for less than half of that price. Also I am getting more service done by this place right now. They have won my loyalty and trust. I would recommend everyone to this place, they are awesome!

I really appreciated the service and respect and received from the whole staff especially Shane he is very knowledgeable and they do go the extra mile with out charging you in a way that displays dishonesty will be back for all my lift kit and tire needs!!!

I brought my Acura in to get all four rims repaired_ they were terribly scratched and scuffed! Within 24 hours AWS restored my rims! I am very impressed with their work and service! Shane also took the time to explain the process. I highly recommend AWS for rim repair!!

Manager didn't want to take responsibility for mistakes. Instead of taking responsibility, he attempted to incite an argument and fight. This was my first negative experience here over the years of giving AWS my business and sending business their way.. however this will definitely will be my last. They aren't worth the hassle.EDIT: I'm not going to allow you to lie and twist the truth. You're so dishonest you would rather lie in a review than acknowledge an error... even from a customer who has given you business over years. This man called the police and lied about aggressive behavior in an attempt to get the police to react violently. I point blank asked him if he was trying to incite violence... a literal "Karen" act. When the police showed up and I explained AWS mistake, they asked me if I wanted to file a report for their error so I can use it for a lawsuit for compensation. I declined because that wasn't worth it, but the truth actually is.The truth is you're the bully and you attempted to incite an incident. Maybe you have issue with your black customers, maybe you have prejudices.. regardless that is not okay and it's unacceptable behavior. In the end all you had to do was be accountable but you were too busy lashing out at a customer for an error on your end.You can't just intimidate and bully customers after mistakes and errors and if they ask for accountability, threaten them or call the police. The police (as witnessed today) won't buy your false claim.Advice to anyone dealing with this guy, don't allow him to anger or rile you up. Stay calm and keep on point because I can guarantee if the guy will treat a customer of years badly he will do it to anyone.
