Anitra was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She assured me with everything and took great care of me. I will be going back and asking for her every time. Auto parts needs more employees like her!!

I wasn t surprised when I seen other people saying they went to AutoZone and received better customer service. This has happened to me three times in past couple years. Every time I come to this advance auto no one is welcoming or helpful. Then, when I leave and go to another auto parts store, I m treated like a real customer. This was my last lesson to never go there again. I only left happy 1 time out of the 4-5 times I ve went. It s either mediocre or terrible. Not worth giving my money to.

I experienced great customer service from Mario Lambert. He greeted me when I walked in the store. He also came from behind the counter to help me find some spray to protect the dashboard of my car. He was very polite and helpful. These days good customer service is rare. I appreciate the great service. Thank you Mario for doing your job and taking pride in it.

Quick easy and convenient. But employee used his phone to connect to my car to see why my check engine light was on. He said he didn't have the usual equipment to check it so He can only give me the Code showing up. But nothing else

I went in to get the battery replaced in my car key and garage key. When I first came through the door, the gentleman that works there was having a personal phone call where he said "oh, now everyone wants to come in here now" and only 2 people were in front of me. Then the woman who worked there came to the register to help me. I told here what I needed help with and with an attitude she told me to open the key. I came there because I didn't know how and they have done it before. She kept saying she didn't want to do it because she don't want to break it with an attitude and the gentleman there chimed in with an attitude as well. I just took my key and said I will go down the street to auto zone because they were very rude and unprofessional and clearly didn't want to assist. I went to the auto zone and received excellent customer service. They found the correct batteries and replaced them in my car key and garage opener with no problem! I will now go to auto zone and never go back to advance auto parts in Stockbridge.

Needed an alternator replaced that was under warranty. Female manager was incredibly rude and not helpful. She told me to come back in an hour for help. Came back an hour later only to be made to wait another hour for a male employee to test alternator. Male employee was nice and helpful. She was rude and lazy. Wasted my time and treated me badly. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

I had a mix up with a package that somehow ended up at this store. I was worried I would be out of luck. However Anitra was so amazing and helpful! She was friendly and knew exactly what to do. She went above and beyond where most people wouldn't. SHE NEEDS A RAISE

Closest auto store and in need of brakes. Usually a few people in line when I come here before but they re attentive to getting to each customer. Not a bad wait. Had to return something I didn t need. Process was smooth. The person that assisted me was pleasant and knowledgeable. I ll return in the future.

Changed my battery quickly on 10/26/22 when I arrived right before they were closing following a jump start from AAA. none of the other autoparts stores in town had the battery I needed in stock. Fast and professional service. Thank you!

They don't have a clue about car repairs. Nice and friendly staff but a new face every time I go. Kinda feels like they will say anything for a sale. Hope it's not Commission based. I'll be sticking to O'Reilly's

My oil light was on and I stopped by to have them check my oil. Femeka the manager was AWESOME! She was not only helpful, personable and knowledgeable, she was God sent! I don't live in the area but had to drop off my dog near there, but moving forward I will definitely visit that location as oppose to the one down the street from my house!!!! Excellent service, I can not say it enough.

Went recently and received the best customer service. I needed a gas cap and wheel covers and the staff was knowledgeable and kind. Zachary even came out to my car to listen to the funny sound my car was making. Being a woman, they made my trip a lot more easy!

I literally came in and was only there for 20 mins. Eddie really helped me out with getting the best deal on my battery, and Changed my battery in under 10 mins. He was very helpful and very nice.

This is the closest your going to get to being like family. David the manager is the best. He has a great team of co-workers who are very customer service oriented and funny as h@!!. Sometimes I passed by just to say hello. These guys Rock!!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this store today. I ordered a battery offline to pick up in the store, which was awesome because I got a discount. However, once I got to the store I had to wait because there was only one cashier actually doing their job and the store was busy.Eventually, I was assisted by a woman who voluntarily wanted to install my battery. I let her attempt and it was the worst decision EVER! She unhooked everything from the battery, then realized she couldn t finish the installation because there is a rail that must be moved in order to install the battery. It is policy that they cannot touch certain things when installing batteries. My issue is that she should have looked and analyzed before touching anything. After showing a little frustration on my face, the employee decided to leave me outside with her equipment and ALL. SHE DID NOT RETURN and my car did not start. I seen another employee come back from somewhete and ask for assistance, he stated I m on lunch and continued to walk away. I had to wait until someone else came and gave me a jump.

Advanced Auto in Stockbridge GA rocks. We needed a battery on a Sunday at 7:15pm, they close at 8pm. I called and spoke with Jimmy who , even though its a 45 minute install, said he could do it for us if we could get there before closing. We ordered online, got a 25% discount, and got to store by 7:40pm. Jimmy installed it no questions asked plus he hooked up another battery charger so we didn't loose all the car settings. Had I installed it we would be spending a couple hours reprogramming our daughters setting. He showed us what he was doing so we could educate ourselves on swapping a battery, even our daughter. Knowledge is power. Thanks for a great experience and getting us up an running again. Definitely going back for all our automotive needs.

I usually always go to my local Advanced Auto Parts, but in this case they didn t have the part I needed available. So, they personally called this Advanced in Stockbridge to make sure they had my part. I paid for the item and had it made for pickup . I purchased the item at 10:55 am and I got there at 11:55 am for them to say they tried calling me 10 min before I got there that they did not have the part. They decided to try to call an HOUR later after verifying they did have it. Very upset, because it was a waste of gas and time just to be told to come back the next day for an item I had paid to be picked up the SAME day. Will stick to my local store.

I originally wanted a battery recharge for my car, but the representative tested my battery, and realized that my battery was dead. I immediately paid for a battery online to receive a discount that I had, and when I paid for it, the representative had my battery ready for me within minutes!!! I forgot the guys name that serviced me, but he was superb!!!

Store would not honor online price that was shown on THEIR website. I contacted corporate and was told the store was supposed to honor the online price. Bought product up the street from this location at Walmart and saved money over their online price by 20%. Lesson learned!

Came in to get some oil for my car. I asked the guy at the front desk if they assist with putting oil in the car and he lied to my face and said no ma'am we do not. I'm a single mom that was with my toddler. I ended up putting to much in my car. Luckily someone in the parking lot saw me struggling and assisted me. He mentioned he would also reach out to managment because the store wasnt even busy. I will never return or recommend anyone to come to this location.

3 people asked if I needed help. All 3 were nice yet one I believe was fighting with the other. That needs to be taken outside not in front of customers. It was clean as well

Went to today and did store pickup for my back windshield wiper. Checkout was easy and they put it on for me. Great Customer Service.
