Excellent work and service. I brought my truck, and David and his team fixed a major eletric problem with it. And I highly recommend coming here for any mechanical work. I recently called him for a problem with my truck, and he helped resolve the issue.

Hands down this is the Best place you can take your rig, truck, or semi to in north Ga! If it comes in broke it will leave fixed! Not only are the diagnostics correct the price will always be the correct too! The staff really cares about keeping your truck on the road. They are honest, professional, and reliable at this shop! I can t say enough about how many times it was game over for me and they came through when nobody else did. You can never go wrong with taking your vehicle here!

I needed the radiator replaced in my 95 F250. David was able to get me in quicker than I expected and his mechanics got the radiator replaced for me in no time. David was extremely responsive and helpful with getting my truck fixed and back to me. I will definitely use Oconee Diesel Center in the future.

I own a boat on Lake Lanier that has 2 large Cummins diesel engines. For 6 months I contacted every diesel mechanic around the lake and I could not find a single person that was willing or had the knowledge to resolve the problem I had with one of the engines. I decided to take a chance and look for someone in the Athens area and I found David. David came up to the boat the next day to assess the problem. Two days later he came with help and within 3 hours, the problem was resolved. David was both extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend them to assist others in need.

Had a trip planned out of town , and our truck showed an error and we took it to David at Oconee Diesel Center and he diagnosed the problem and got the parts and saved our trip by having our truck repaired in a timely and inexpensive manner. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and his work was impeccable.

This place had a friends vehicle for repairs since September 2023 and still not done. He is also not answering our phone calls. Went to see Mr David and he promised to have the vehicle motor replaced within a week. He made videos' of all the new parts he used and delivered the repaired vehicle all the way to Dahlonega. he definitely restored my faith in his services

We brought our company truck to Oconee Diesel Center and we are so grateful that we did. Repair and maintenance is everything when it comes to a carrier company, having your trucks repaired at the right shop is a blessing. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Overpriced, Unreliable, and unprofessional. This place does lousy service on trucks. He will fix your truck and create another issue that will cost you more money and even breakdown after taking your truck to this place. He has inexperienced mechanics working for him that have no understanding of diesel engines. Please don t make the mistake I did .STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

While traveling with my family from South Carolina, my diesel exhaust filter would not regenerate while driving. The exhaust filter became full so I looked up local diesel mechanics and through God s grace, I took my truck to David Martinez at October Diesel Center. I have to say David and his mechanics are the best diesel mechanics I've found in over 20 years. David is excellent with communication and his mechanics are actually polite, and enthusiastic to work. I felt like my own family was working on my truck. My original call to David he asked to facetime me to listen and look at various things via video. He accurately diagnosed my issue and sent a tow truck within an hr to retrieve my truck at a super reasonable rate. They rebuilt my motor in my international truck for me and it came back running excellent and looked like it just rolled off the factory floor. All the wiring, sleeving, connectors, clamps, and ties were in the proper place. They painted the motor to the original blue. I am absolutely pleased. I took another truck to them for service last week and got the same professional service. This one of the best guys in Atlanta area, he helped me find used fuel tanks, he replaced both fuel tanksTotal price 4 times cheaper then with the dealer.Plus his boys washed the truck.All done in a day and half.

Called Oconee Diesel late on a Friday afternoon and he came to my location within 30 minutes to try to figure out my no start issue. We didn t get it fixed Friday night but he came back at 6am on a SATURDAY to get me rolling! Wish I could give 10 stars. My box truck unexpectedly broke down on the highway. I called Oconee before business hours and got no answer. 15 minutes later I got a call back and they drove out to me within 30 minutes to help me. I needed a new water pump, serpentine belt and coolant. They brought the parts and fixed right on the spot. They gave me a rough estimate ,which was not far off from the invoice. They even honor military discounts. Their prices were far better than anyone else in the area. I highly recommend this company.

I was on the road and started having issues with turbocharger, David showed up, quickly did the diagnostic, he didn't try to rip me off and he was completely honest with me(it was simple wiring thing), gave me a couple of advices and helped me to keep rolling.I'm so thankful that there is still good mechanics and good people out there!Highly recommend David and his shop to everyone!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The guys here go above and beyond to get you back on the road. I got here late right before closing and they were able to diagnose my problem swiftly and accurately. Came back the next day for the service and they knocked it out in no time. Now I'm chilling, literally in the cold ac! Call David in transit, drop my load in different yard (around the corner ). They had the equipment to troubleshoot the truck with correct codes.
