I could not be happier with the recent service I received at Automotive Experts Sales & Collision Center. A deer hit my car which did some serious damage to it and it needed major repair. I trusted them to fix my car because I know with certainty that they take pride in their work. It s nice to have the peace of mind knowing everything is done correctly.

Family owned autoshop a bit far for me, but well worth. Bought an amazing vehicle in January that has not yet failed me, and upon a post purchase inspection I was told that there may be a rear oil leak. Upon further review, we discovered that the Great people of this establishment freshly changed the oil just before my purchase and had only left a small mark that could be simply wiped off, no leaks whatsoever. The job done on the vehicle was so well done that it was an absolue surprise not only to me, but to other professionals. Thank you!

I absolutely love coming to this shop! The family is so nice, professional, and, efficient. I would recommend having a deep cleaning, they did an amazing job on my car, as seen below. This establishment is efficient, trustworthy, and convenient. I can not put into words how amazing Zach and Cristina are, five stars isn t enough. From the moment I started talking with Zach I knew that my car was in very good hands. Used this business several times for my Volvo because our family mechanic doesn't work on Volvo's. They did good with the basic issues. When it came to needing something bigger done that involved electrical knowledge, they knew nothing. Even told me I would be overcharged if they continued to try to figure it out. Then when I told them to go ahead, they made it seem they did not want to do deal with it. And actually made it sound like I should trash the car instead of having it fixed. I ended up picking the car up & taking it somewhere else who had it fixed by the next day. This shop told me the cost would be in the thousands pretty much. The other shop fixed it for under $200. I then had more things taken care of on the car since they saved me so much money. So, this shop is good for basic car issues. But avoid if you're car has a bigger or more serious issue. Don't know if they didn't have the knowledge to fix my car, or if they just didn't want to deal with it.

Zach and his wife run an excellent shop. They are always fair with pricing. Typically cheaper than other places but I know from experience that they do your repairs correct the first time. I pretty much don't let anyone touch my car except for them. They were so helpful when I had repair issues in the past, that I purchased a vehicle from them at an excellent price with very low miles. I can't recommend them enough. Friendly people and fantastic service!

Such a good family owned shop. Christian family very polite and good service, good quality work. I been working with Florin, the owner, for several years. He fixed many cars for me personally and for my company. His level of professionalism and attention to details its been growing a lot over the years and after I tried many different shops where to fix and maintain my vehicles I decided to not take them anywhere else but to Automotive Experts.Hard to find a honest mechanic and when you find him you don't feel like you have to question all the extras the normal shops are trying to sell you if you need them or not. I am a client for life wish them all the best...

I purchased a van from Automotive in 2017. Very pleased with the vehicle. I've had repairs done here many times and the service is always excellent. I had an accident a month ago and took the van to Automotive for body work. Zack and his team did a great job, made the van look like new.

Honest and trustworthy mechanics are very hard to find and at this shop I never have to worry about the quality of work and price I am paying for the service. We have three cars in the household and I have to drive 40 miles one way to get to this shop; with AAA free 100 miles towing, for as long as I live within 100 miles radius from this shop, I will never take my car anywhere else. I have sent both my wife and my mom to this shop and I've never been disappointed.

My family loves Automotive Experts! They not only do a great job with repairs but have the costumers in mind! Amazing service and we are super satisfied with our car! They have both fixed my car after a crash and worked on technical repairs! 110% would recommend for all car needs!

I have been using Automotive Experts for the past 10+ years. From simple things like changing the oil, getting new tires, to more complicated issues involving the engine, the AC, or body damage from collisions. What I appreciate the most about Automotive Experts is that they were always transparent and honest about the work and the price. I was always presented with all the available and whichever I chose, they did it for the best price.The latest experience, which made me write this review saved me thousands. I had the Check Engine light on and the car would not pass emission testing because of that. After checking the internet for the code and the cost in solving the problem, it appeared it will cost between $4000 and $5000. The dealer would charge about $500 only to do an inspection. I took the car to AE, told them what the code was, what my concern were and I told them about my situation and about how much I am willing to spend. Soon they told me that according to their inspection they thought the problem is something else and, if I wanted, they said they could change the entire engine for less than $4000. I went with their initial suggestion of only changing a few parts. The car passed the emissions test, so far it has been running great, and I have no Check Engine light. The inspection, new parts, and the work to solve the problem cost me around $420.I am very happy with the whole process and I recommend Automotive Experts to anyone who needs work on their cars

This Shop Is Awesome!!We had an emergency happen with our car and we broke down on the way to Virginia near the Automotive Expert Collision Center. It just so happened to be ten minutes before closing time and Zack helped us and got us back on the road. Not only did he come out ,look at our car and add oil to it so that we could actually make it to their shop. His shop determined what was wrong with it and stayed almost an hour after closing helping us get back on the road. They are extremely helpful, nice, prices were very very reasonable and we would recommend this shop!!! If we could give ten stars we would!!

Unfortunately, I was involved in 2 car accidents in a short period of time. After much research, we decided to take both cars here for repair. Zac and his team were phenomenal. They made the cars look exactly as they had before the wrecks, and they went above and beyond in their customer service. I would definitely recommend and return here in the future!

Zac and the A&E Family is hands down the best at what they do, I have taken several of my cars to this wonderful group of people and they have exceeded my expectations every time They are the only auto mechanics I trust period with my cars, and that saying allot because I'm very particular! I can always count on them to due top notch work. After years of using A&E services I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. I can't say that for other auto mechanic shops. I consider them Family because they have always treated me as such from the very beginning. Thankyou! for your friendship, kindness and always professionalism! You guys Are the Best! A car mechanic you can trust. They work on our car and the parents' cars. After getting an estimate from other repair shops, they are doing it for less than the others and they are letting me know that "that repair is not that critical, if you're short on money, you can postpone it". I would even be fine with them not giving me an itemized bill, that much I trust them (but of course they do), I would be fine with them giving me a list of repairs, so that I can keep track of them.

Very pleased dealing with Zack and Cristina to purchase one of their cars, and sell them mine. These people are honest, capable, and credible. The transactions were handled perfectly, and promptly.. They are a rare, and refreshing change from typical dealerships.

Car buyers beware. I had several issues attempting to purchase this Honda from them. It was advertised as having a "Rebuilt" title. After my initial test drive, my family and I drove to their shop from Atlanta a second time to buy the van. Not until I handed over the certified check did they bother to mention that they did not actually have the title from the DMV. I was not comfortable with a 14k handshake deal for a car I couldn't legally drive for an unspecified amount of time. After 6 weeks of trying, it appears they found a buyer who was.The van was also listed as for sale "by owner", but they are most definitely a dealer.The van did appear to have been repaired well, but as of now it still has a salvage title and I'm not sure why there would be such a delay from the DMV if everything was proper. They were also distrustful at the test drive, and after expressing willingness to negotiate, they were only willing to lower the price by 3% after the van had been listed for weeks.Fair warning to anyone considering purchasing vehicles from them in the future.

Our family and relatives have been using Automotive Experts for many years - unparalleled service, quality, and pricing. I've had MANY cars repaired at AE - both for body work as well as mechanical and electrical issues. The fact that I drive from the Suwanee area to Statham ought to be an indicator of the level of service I get from Zack and Cristina. I just wish they would open up a location closer...

The owner and his wife are very reliable and trust worthy. Services are offered after a thorough diagnostic evaluation and you wil given different options depending on what you can afford. Best mechanics
