Had an issue with my car breaking down and I had it towed to Vaden Nissan for diagnostics. Christopher in the service department was very prompt& helpful. Even though my car could not be repaired at their location Christopher was very helpful in directing me to another shop. He was so kind& courteous to me. This is by far the best customer service I've ever received.

I had a excellent experience. There was no hassle with purchasing. Josh (Financial Manager) does such a amazing job!!! By far my BEST EXPERIENCE with purchasing a car!!! Came in for my oil change and got to see my two favorites on the service team, Marty and JR. Always a good laugh & conversation. Love that they re both thorough with explanations, when it comes to my many questions about what s going on with my car. I always know next steps when I leave and when I need to be back. Big thanks to my technician Kaleb who did my oil change as well as recommended what I should do next regarding services.And most importantly, honorable mention to Marty s wife Cindy for any and everything baked. I m so grateful, I happen to be there whenever she sends her baked goods! So delightful, have been thinking of those caramel cupcakes for months! Can t wait to eat my cinnamon roll.

Jay was an amazing salesman and helped me out so much. My intention was just to get my oil change and see why my car was acting weird. It ended up being worse that I imagined, so I had to buy a new car. I ve never owned anything, but Jay was there consoling me while I cried because I had no clue what to do. I am now a proud owner of a 2021 Ford Escape Titanium. He helped pull me out of being upset and get a little excited about having a safe and nicer car. Thank you Jay and Vaden!!

I had a great experience, we went in close to closing time. I was able to quickly pick the car I want and everything moved very fast and smooth. My salesman was amazing and super helpful and sweet and everyone else did everything to make my first time buying a car more than i could dream of. I will definitely be back when I m in the market again!!

I bought my car from Vaden Nissan and have come back for various service calls. I may purchase another Nissan but it most certainly won't be from Vaden. I should have never been charged a diagnostic fee when the problem was clearly evident. I've had my vehicle almost 10 years which means a trade-in will probably be in my future. For $113 you ensured that I won't be conducting that transaction at Vaden Nissan.

Came in for an 8 a.m. oil change and tire rotation and was done and back home by 8:50. Perfect! But what was even more perfect was that I was told when I arrived that the appointment would be complimentary. Don't quite know why that was, but it was a tremendous gift this time of year.

Don't forget to present your coupons up front! I paid almost $100 for an oil change and service tech didn't inform me about a vaild coupon until after I paid for service My car is 4 years old. I'm accustomed to other dealerships automatically applying coupons (North GA). I read another customer's review and it stated that their visit/service was complimentary? However, I will say that my service was performed with a hour.

The first point of contact was with salesperson Pedro Castro. We meet in the most unlikely of places, but that didn t stop him from attempting to sell me a car. I promised him I would stop by and to my surprise, I drove away in a new Nissan Rogue.

I contacted Vaden Nissan of Statesboro twice about getting a newer vehicle but didn t get the deal I was seeking. Fortunately I was referred to Jeffrey who went over & beyond to help me. He was very nice, experienced, & professional. I didn t plan on purchasing a brand new vehicle but Jeffrey gave me a deal I couldn t refuse! Amber also helped this process go smoothly. Completely unhelpful in trying to resolve a tire issue on our Nissan Rogue. Also did not complete other work requested at the time of service. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service manager, never heard back. Went to an independent tire place and problem solved. Will not return and would not recommend this dealership!

I came in expecting to get something pre-owned. I've never purchased a vehicle brand new. I thought it was unobtainable given my current credit score. The wonderful employees at Vaden Nissan in Statesboro showed me that it was in fact possible and actually a much smarter decision financially to purchase a new Altima compared to a used maxima or rogue. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and very grateful to your hardworking team. Thanks so much! Now our family is riding in safety and in style!

11-21-2023I ended up buying a car here because I needed one. But I can honestly say I am very hesitant about ever coming back. After spending 1hr35 min on Friday and 4hr35 min on Saturday to purchase a car I definitely will not be recommending this dealership or poolers dealership to anyone.The Mazda I purchased sat on the poolers lot for 41 days before I decided to look at it.When I was told it could be delivered to Statesboro I said that would be fine.Pooler ended up giving the statesboro dealership the runaround and it did not come on Friday. I was told to be there at around 10:15 on Saturday to check it out. I got there at 10:20 and the car was not there(if they tell you this make sure that you call before you waste your time going up to this dump). I was told their valet had quit that day. The car finally arrived at 11:55 a.m.It had dog hair everywhere in the car. And had not been detailed as was reported in the Carfax by Pooler vaden. It only had the 50 extra miles it takes to get from Pooler to Statesboro on it so no one had been driving it. It took approximately 4 hours to get a detailed and it was the sales person who had to go out there and work on it and wash it because supposedly a detailer had quit as well.There was no paperwork for the brakes that were supposedly done or the transmission fluid and filter change that had supposedly been done when it was put up for sale by Pooler vaden. So I don't even know if that happened and after Saturday's fiasco I highly doubt it.Needless to say, it drove fine and everything seemed to be well with the car. And as I needed one around that price range we went ahead and purchased it.The only person who seemed concerned about this whole fiasco was the salesperson.The manager of the floor,the person who brought the car, and anybody else who might have had reason to apologize for this idiocy other than the sales person(Pedro Castro-5 stars for this guy) and the finance manager(Josh) didn't even bother to come by. Which tells me they don't care at all.The salesperson even tried to buy us lunch. Which is more than I can say for their manager who should have been the main person concerned about this.So now I have to finish getting the dog hair that is left out of the car. It's not a lot but I wasn't about to wait one minute longer at your facility.Once I get my oil change and free tire rotation I probably won't be back.I've sent an email to someone named Dusty parfait which is where the canned response comes from when you inquire about a car and have not gotten any kind of response (it has been 2 working days and 3 days since purchase)You may have had a better experience, but mine sucked. And this place doesn't give a rats sweet patoot.

We were shopping for a new car for my wife and the first dealership we went to did not even acknowledge us. When we arrived at Vaden, Josh met us outside, was not pushy and just asked what our needs were. He was very personable and attuned to my wife's needs and was also just an all around nice guy. He got her in the car she wanted, and kept us informed throughout the process, which was shorter than any other we have done. The associate in Finance ( I forgot her name) was super friendly and informative and also a Marine Veteran which as Veterans, is always a plus for us. She explained everything in detail and helped us through the process. I have purchased 10 new cars over the years and this is the smoothest buying experience I have had. After we were done Josh took the time to show my wife how to add her phone and explained the features. Go to Vaden Nissan the next time you need to buy a car. You will not be disappointed

Chris was fantastic from the get go. Polite, explained things well, and very responsive. He actually diagnosed the issue in 30 seconds! The mechanic that made the repair went above and beyond and pushed the dent in my bumper out when he changed the part. My car is running great now. I was very appreciative of his comprehensive check and finding the worn brakes as well. Great job to both fellas! Much appreciated.

We had the pleasure of working with Jeffery and Tyler at VBS. They both helped us amazingly! They answered any questions we had. We ended up purchasing a 2023 Nissan Frontier 4ProX. And we are loving it more and more. There is plenty of space for our little family! And it's SO COMFOTABLE!

Went in for a power steering issue on my Titan. The Techs went above and beyond what they had to do. The service advisor kept me in the know as well. It was excellent.
