This place is hands-down, the best tire shop I ve ever been to in my life. I own a used car dealership in Sylvania Georgia. I have been using them since they have opened I send all of my customers and all of the vehicles I purchased to them. The staff is all amazing and very experienced. Ask for David he s the man but not only do they do tires. They also do mechanic work stereo systems, and much more on top of U-Haul rentals. It s literally your one stop shop.

We got a puncture on I-16 around 8:15am on Saturday Dec 23 so we mounted the spare and navigated ourselves toward Statesboro - Our first time visiting. Called a couple tire shops but got no answer. We saw The Tire King on the map and drove in just before 9am. We were rolling out with a plugged tire only about fifteen minutes later. Excellent, inexpensive and IMMEDIATE service got us back on our way. Thank you!

I highly recommend this place. Customer service is exceptional and prices are affordable. If you are in the Statesboro area...DO NOT HESITATE! THEY ARE WORTH IT!!!

I dropped my truck off for a mount and balance of 4 tires as well as to replace a leaking valve stem.When I received my truck back I removed my hub cap to check the lugs because they had left one off of a previous work vehicle of mine in the past. Low and behold I Find a lug nut missing and the valve stem still leaking as well as all 4 tires at different pressures from 70psi to 40psiWhen I took the vehicle back for them to make it right they told me the valve stem that is leaking is a different one and that they will take care of the missing lug nut.I told them to just put the lug nut back on and I'll take the valve stem elsewhere.They installed a lug nut but again when I arrived home to check it I find a completely different style lug nut from a separate vehicle.Last time I take any of my vehicles here

My husband went there this afternoon to have two tires put on. Mount and Balance. They were very professional and they got the job done. Very happy with the results. Will be using them again very soon.

Called multiple times and no answer. Drove there and saw someone working and asked him for some assistance. He said okay and walked off. I sat there for about 10 min after he walked off. I drive from my wheelchair and needed my lawn mower tire replaced. I had a new tire already and just needed him to get it out of my truck. I even tried calling the office again while I was there and no one answered so I just drove to another tire shop that assisted me right away. I only went there because they were referred by the place that I get my lawnmowers from. Needless to say if you need service done, go to Statesboro Tire and Brake.

Great experience all the time. I have utilized their service for tires in the past and I have had great experiences. I also use their services for U-Haul. The owner is always veryfriendly and helpful. I have never had a bad expert and I would recommend others try them out.

Had a blow out, got towed to Tire King 30 minutes before closing. They got me a decent used tire, and had me out of there in time to make it to an appointment. Total Cost? $60. Amazing.

They did amazing! I went in bc my tire was flat they fixed it within 20 minutes no issues. The tire looks brand new. $88 for a almost new tire love it

This concerns their Uhaul rental service: Issue: Rude and unhelpful. Story: We reserved online two days in advance and confirmed they had the truck there. Arrived at opening the day of the move and walked in. He asked for my name and rental and immediately said, "I don't think we have one of these so we might have to send you somewhere else." I responded with a smile and said, "Can you upgrade(larger) me to one of the ones you have out there?" He immediately said, "No, I can't do that. I will send you somewhere else first." So I waited around for 10 minutes while he checked in about 7 trucks dropped off on Sunday only for him to tell me to go to another Uhaul location. We went to True Value Hardware. Resolution: The True Value Hardware experience was the complete opposite. They were great! Friendly and helpful.

Has the best price on brand name tires in the area. I've had two different vehicles done. One I ordered tires late Thursday afternoon and had them the next day. The second I ordered tires late Friday afternoon and had them Monday before lunch.

The guys here really helped me out in a hard time, David helped me get the tires I needed and installed in a quick and efficient manner, I'm really grateful for their care, professionalism, and over all dedication to making sure folks vehicles are running smooth

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star.Me and my boyfriend stopped in today after calling to make sure if they had the tires (they did and gave us a price). When we walked in we had to wait 30 minutes until someone came in, after telling him what we needed he walked off and never saw him again. Another worker came in and he was on his phone without looking our way again we told him what we needed and he walked away saying something. Lastly one more person came in we told him what we needed and he never ever heard of the tire size we needed and was very rude.Aside from all of that the place is dirty and unorganized all the workers were very rude and unprofessional please don't go here and find somewhere else this place isn't worth your time.

Let's give a real HONEST review about this place. Looking for tire shops in the Statesboro area due to my kids attending college down there. First of all the tires they do have in stock are not very high quality and when you ask about their online inventory..they act like they didn't know they had a website. The man at the front seems to be too busy on his phone to either look up stock to order so they can get money rather than help a customer. Don't try the phone because they will keep you on hold without coming back. I see why they got bad reviews. Go to another tire center and avoid this unprofessional company. They probably act this way because they in a small town but remember people come from. All big areas and will expose your foolishness.

Saw me pull in, walked up and immediately asked me if I needed any help. I came in with a bad tire, I wanted to see if I could have it patched. They were extremely honest and told me straight up me that my rim was cracked, they didn t try to sell me on anything else I didn t need. They recommended me somewhere that I could get it fixed too! They were extremely friendly, and I would highly recommend them!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Makes sure that you get excellent customer service and answers all of your questions. I needed a tire for my 1997 Mustang Gt. I called several places and couldn't find one. I called Tire King and they had a used one for $35.00. The tire they gave me looks practically brand new. Overall happy with my experience and look forward to going back in the future.

I came in because I thought needed new brakes. Turns out it was another issue. They took care of me and sent me on my way and I didn't have to spend what I thought I would have. Knowledgeable people and they Wont make you spend your money on something you don't really need. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!!!

I purchased tires from tire king in Statesboro Georgia a few days ago and the balance was off on one of the tires, I've been trying to call them back about the problem for a couple of days being unable to contact them because they had phone issues I finally got someone on the phone just now that told me it sounds like something is wrong with the round of my tire and I need to bring it In I asked with whom am I speaking with so I would know with whom I could say I spoke with concerning the issue and obtain an appointment he hung up in my face so I immediately called back only to get no answer

Worst tire shop in town I went there to try and get 4 brand new tires I waited at the desk for almost 30 min before someone walked in to not even ask me what I needed when I told the man what tire size he then walks off and I don't see him again another guy walks in on his phone to not even notice me a customer needing help these people didn't even know what tire size I was talking about when I told them clearly what tire size. DONT GO HERE ITS SKETCHY. I recommend the southeast tire in brooklet !!

I have been going to tire king for 4 years now I have always went to other places for my oil change and tires but I found out that tire king is the cheapest doubt me try em out and best customer service ever they work there butts off here and I will never let anyone else touch my car ever again ... If you want a good quality tires and oil change etc then go to Tire king family oriented and won't break the bank..everyone so friendly here

Their tires are the cheapest in town! I called and asked for my tire size and they said they had them. Once we got there, the tires were sold. I went back the next day and they had more tires, but the wait time was a little long.They didn't have the worst customer service. It could of been better

The man at the counter was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Instead of helping me figure out the size of my tire he made me do it and then he would not suggest another tire shop. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend ever giving your money to this business.

Scheduled an appointment for 9 a.m. on Saturday morning. They even sent me an email to confirm the appointment. Was going to buy $500 worth of new tires. The place is closed. And they're not answering their phones.
