No one told me about the processing fee to use a card, people don't ride around with hundreds, thousands of dollars in cash, its basically a way to get MORE money out of people. Then on top of that THEY LEFT THE OLD PARTS in the backseat of the car! It was a mess! You look the the way you do business unprofessional, from the front to the back!

I at first gave these people a 5 star review because of how nice everyone was and how quick they got me in and out. After first meeting these people, I had nothing but issues. Upon coming to pick up my car for an insurance claim, Mike told me that I owed over $1500 to pick up my car, mind you that this was an insurance claim and my claim advisor from my insurance stated that I only needed to pay my deductible. Mike did not listen to me or my claim advisor and proceeded to yell at both of us on a 3 way call that that was not the way insurance worked and we were wrong. Finally, my claim advisor was tired of him talking to us the way he was, and she told me to pay it and that my insurance company would just reimburse me. I have heard from multiple people that Mike will take advantage of you if he can, and he saw me (not knowing a whole lot about insurance) and took his chance. If I could give Mike and Mike only NO stars then I would.

Taken care of my car twice & did such a great job. Everyone in the shop are the kindest people you could meet. Each time it was finished before estimated date, and my parts were high quality brands. Have had no issues after either visit & I will forever take my vehicle to them for any needs I have. The owner is so helpful & doesn t cut corners or do anything dishonest to increase your bill (I ve had several shops try before because I am a woman). Support your business, best in Statesboro!!!

I can honestly say this is the BEST customer service I've ever received. Mike and his team did a great job replacing my back glass, and they were very quick to finish it. They certainly care about their customers, and I would highly recommend this place for anyone having car troubles.

Very disappointed with not only the customer service I received but also the quality and timeliness of my repair. I took the check in from my insurance company a week before my actual appointment along with the estimate and had my car looked at to make sure all parts were available so that I could have my car for work the weekend after repair. (Monday drop off would give them until Friday at noon to repair) My car still took over a week to fix because the "parts weren't in". I had to bum rides for 4 days to get to my job. They were well aware I didn't have rental reimbursement as I made that clear when I scheduled my appt and paid them for the work before It was done. Upon inspection of my car, you can see where there are runs in the paint and on top of that my brake light has been out since getting my car fixed. It was a minor repair and my car is a 2016 model but I believe this repair job depreciates the h.e. double hockey sticks out of my car. Used to would recommend them for work but Definitely will not do again.

The customer service was the best I have ever had at a car shop! Very friendly, nice, and helpful! They put a lot of effort into making the customer happy, and they did a great job on fixing my car. 13/10 recommend!!

They are fast and the work they did was AMAZING! If they tell you your vehicle will be ready by a certain day it will be. They stand by their work and a super friendly staff!

I brought my Chevy Cruze here after hitting a deer, and they made sure to fix it with good quality parts. I have to give them credit for doing a good gob, and fixing my car as fast as they did.

If I could give them a negative I would. They sold my neighbor a lemon. And every time she Contacts them about it, it's a run around. They say they had her purchase a repair plan but the loan company has no record of it. Now she has to pay for a vehicle that doesn't run and hasn't for 75% of the time she has owned it.

wouldn't recommend , drove an hour to pick up a car and no one was here even though we told them an ETA before the car was even towed... called the number and was told by the man on call that the boss lived near by so he'd probably come help us because i had my 3 year old with me... we waited 3 hours in the parking lot because the "boss" said he wasn't coming and the man working was on another call.... thanks a lot (edited to 4 stars because the man was nice when he arrived)

our car is there being repaired I just hope they do a good job we don't know how long it's going to take them to fix the damage on it so right now we are using a car rental from interprize

The car had minor scratches on it. I went to two other places and they were asking $400+. Came to South 301 Auto Body and he wiped everything off with no problem. Highly recommend!!!

I was in an accident in Statesboro. I called South 301 Auto Body and they sent a wrecker out to pickup my car and gave me a ride back to their shop. While I was there I also looked at some of the cars they had for sale. My daughter needs a car and I found something there that I can afford. I rented a car from them while they repaired my car. They worked with my insurance company to get the repairs and the rental car paid for. You can't go wrong doing business with these folks.

BEWARE! I'm a victim of unfair services. I took my car to South 301 DBA Jett Lube in Statesboro for auto repair. My receipt is for a thermostat and a heating coil. They towed my car in on Nov 2, 2012 and I had to have it towed away from there on Dec. 27h because they still had not fixed it. I had it towed to the dealership where I was told the head was cracked and the motor was gone and it was going to cost me $5000 to fix it. I went several times to get my car from Jett Lube and got the run around (HE CALLED IT HELP). I checked my car and learned the radio no longer worked, they cracked the dashboard, the check engine light was on, & it was still running hot. Him and his repairman saw the vehicle overheating. The water in the side bottle was bubbling to a boil. In the mean time the guage inside the car wasn't registering the vehicle overheating. We said it shouldn't be driven but he continued to drive it, test drive it, and drive it to another shop. He had to send it out to another repair shop cause they couldn't give me answers and didn't know what they had done. He had an excuse for everything. Once I told them they blew my motor the owner got rude, defensive and said he's finish, it's not his fault and wouldn't discuss any means of fixing my vehicle. What happen to his Liability Insurance for his business to cover their screw ups or the credentials of the repairman cause he didn't know his job. He searched You Tube for answers.

Got a estimate for my truck after a wreck he said $1000 worth of damage but obviously he rushed threw it got a second estimate and turned out it has frame damage and ended up totaling it out smh.
