My daughter lives 5 hours away and all her brake lights were out. She went to 3 places and all said they could not or would not help her. She went to O'Reilly's and Willie helped her get the correct bulbs, then even went above and beyond and replaced them for her. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.

They are very helpful and friendly. Been there a few times to have my battery checked out and on the last visit I ended up getting a new battery. I definitely will go back there.

Stop using this company my friends brought one starter carried to o mechanic didn't work Carrie it back got another one checked around talked to a few people having issues as well and I lost my core charge on a power steering pump because of the flex card I used will know better next time and by the way since I can't get a refund just wondering who ended up with the money?

I absolutely love this location on Northside Drive. Everyone here has been extremely helpful. Multiple times with multiple employees I've been shown personally how to do installs in my car to help me learn to maintain it myself as I go. It's allowed me to both save money and feel better about my own capability of changing out parts, and adding and changing out fluids, even some of the more complex ones. Any warranties have been honored and the one time a mistake on their part was made they did their absolute best to rectify the situation (brought a battery to be recharged after dying on me and it was picked up by another customer on accident. Was issued a brand new battery no problem.) Yall are great over here, please keep up the good work!

Costumer Service is fast and they usually have what I need in stock at that location. The costumer service representative was no as professional in manners as I expect from everyone. He made fun of me after I cleared my throat to speak to him. That was unprofessional of him.

I Give 1 STAR Due To The Fact Of Having Emergency Car Issues At 11:15PM With My Infiniti & As I Pull Up To O Reillys To Get Service For My Car, Because ALL Of The Lights Are On Inside This Business With The OPEN Sign BRIGHTLY LIT UP I Assume They Must Be OPEN,, RIGHT?? Ummm NO, WRONG, So As I Have Car Trouble With No Time To Be Making Pit Stops Just Because OReillys Thinks It s OK To Interpret FALSE ADVERTISING & The FREAKING Doors Are LOCKED CLOSED ..Ugggghhh, So I m SURE YOU UNDERSTAND The REASON Of MY FRUSTRATIONS!!! Knowledgeable courteous and friendly staff. Most of the employees have been at this store for years. They will remember you if you become a regular, and they will remember your projects.I've been to every auto parts store in town .I worked for Advance Auto for three years and I always go to O'Reilly Auto parts first, and I seldom have to go anywhere else.

They helped my granddaughter, a freshman at Georgia Southern, when her battery died at the residence hall. Her battery was still under warranty (just barely), and they not only replaced it but had her follow them to the store so that they could check to make sure that her alternator was working properly. O'Reilly's, in general, provides the best customer service of any auto place. That's true of the ones that I have used in Chattanooga, TN and Trenton, GA, as well as this one in Statesboro. Going the extra mile for the customer must be a company policy!

My first place I go to for parts. These guys seem to know what they are doing compared to some, and are more likely to assist with helping out when others may decline. Overall I would recommend it over the others as a first stop when looking for parts. It is also a lot faster to get in and out than wally world.

Salesman didn't have a certain part. It was gonna be 3 days before I could get it. He went to the back and removed it off a part that was in stock to get me going.

Always preferred over the other shops, has consistent great prices. Though on the rare occasion they can have a oddly priced part. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Looking for Castrol or Mobile 1 5W40 for my Audi A4. Wasn't available in there. They mid range of collection for auto parts and accessories.Sometimes they offer free car wash, free services. The also offer free OBD II scanning which is pretty good.
