These guys really know their stuff (Napa know how) Chris, Kevin and Ricky have truck loads of knowledge about your car, my car and everyone s car or truck. If it s not in stock, they can pull it from another store and have it there the next morning for most cases. You re wasting your time anywhere else. Many thanks!

Always a friendly person at NAPA.Took a battery in to have it tested. Didn't buy it there, but no hesitation to help. Explained the process from start to finish and let me know that the battery was good!It's nice to not be scammed.

Very knowledgeable about automotive and some tractor parts pricing is very competitive with other local discounted auto parts..very friendly..they kinda make you feel like they have known you for years..

Worst service I have ever experienced. The staff is completely unknowledgeable about any of the products they carry and seem to be rather put out when asked a question about anything. I will not pay higher prices for lower services. One star is far too many.

Needed a headlight bulb and the associate came out to my car to confirm that it was indeed my low beams before purchasing just to make sure we got the right part. Friendly service

PRICES WERE A BIT HIGHER BUT THERES ALWAYS DEALS N SALES TO BENEFIT FROM. SALES MEN THERE ARE HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND GREAT.

They were the only ones that actually told me what was wrong with my truck so I went and bought a new battery everyone else tried to tell me I had a shortage in my truck and wanted me to spend a bunch of money but they were honest and I got a new batteries have not had any problems since
