I came in to get an inspection on my tires, and ended up needing 4 new tires due to wear and tear. The management team here is incredibly friendly and professional. They helped me get the best deal, and they had my car ready to go within an hour!Thank y all!

Incredible experience! Came in an hour before they closed to get my tire repaired and was expecting to get my car back sometime in the next day or so but instead they fixed it on the spot and they didn t charge me anything! Would recommend!!

My husband and I took our car in for brake service. The price was competitive. We received a brake special discount without asking for it (we forgot to mention the online discount). Joe was helpful, told us everything we needed to know. One small thing, we picked up the car and the brakes were squeaking terribly. Wasn't the brake job, new outside part did not fit as well as the original. They quickly changed it and apologized. My suggestion would be to test drive it a short distance, as it could be heard pretty quick. We will use them again, for our inconvenience, we will receive a discount on an oil change. Friendly staff, clean waiting area.

Had tires put on my car yesterday from another tire shop and they did not properly torque my lug nuts. One of them flew off and was missing, went in Mavis and the manager fit me in and was able to properly torque them and found a replacement lug nut to match. Amazing service would highly recommend!

Excellent price with a great turn out time on getting them installed, balanced, and aligned. Jay, store manager, was very courteous and assisted me quickly in choosing the best tires for my vehicle.

Store Mgr Robert and Asst Mgr Jay went above and beyond to ensure I received the proper tire along with rotation and balancing. I would highly Mavis Tires & Brakes. They are also very knowledgeable and professional.

Took 4 hours to do an oil change. Told me I needed a part asked how much part was going to be and they told me $8. When all was said and done they had to order another part because the first one was not the right one. An oil change that should have cost $80 they tried to charge me over $100 for. They did drop the price for it but I m not sure I will be back.
