I called to get a tire for my car. My car is manual. When on the phone I was told they had a technician who could drive manual. When I arrived at the shop for my scheduled appointment for said new tire, I was told they do not have a technician who can drive manual therefore they cannot change the tire. Very unprofessional in my opinion. You need to work on communication within the company. Will not be returning.

They have a nice showroom because they charge double the money as the man down the street at Wisdom tire for the same job. Mavis Discount tire is not all their name is cracked up to be. Let s support the little man!

Service was quick. They updated me on what I needed and informed me that I didn t need a service i requested. The assistant manager, Jay, was very helpful and very pleasant. Because of Jay, I will most definitely return and recommend Mavis to my friends and family!

Made an appointment for today at 11. I was on town a little early so I dropped off my car around 10:20 and they were perfectly accommodating!! My car was done around 11:45 so less than an hour after my original appointment time with 4 new tires, oil change, and everything in between! Wonderful customer service and they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary items! 10 out of 10 recommend!

this place blows the other mavis out the water. other mavis tried to get me to buy all new tires even though the problem was only a messed up valve stem on one tire. this mavis fixed my tire free of charge, would definitely recommend and will be coming back for anything else

I went to the Freedom way location. They were friendly and kept me company as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto service. I definitely will be going back.

The workers here are amazing and super helpful! Being new to town i was iffy about trying a new place to take my car, being that other shops were overpriced or had poor customer service/quality. That wasn t the case with Mavis! Shaun was very helpful through the process and had great customer service. I will be returning here with my car everytime!

These employees are incredible! I needed a flat repair done and they got me back on the road within the hour! The service and price was great, Shaun up front was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole process to me. I will forever come to mavis!

I called in and spoke to an extremely helpful man named Josh. I wasn t sure exactly what kind of tires I needed for my new vehicle but he was very thorough and asked me so many questions to make sure I was getting the right tires I needed! He helped me get an amazing deal on them and honestly I couldn t be happier! I ve called around to a lot of different tire places and they were either rude and tried to charge me more since I was a girl and didn t know better, or they just told me if I didn t know exactly what I needed then they couldn t help me. But Josh was the most helpful person I ve ever met! I hope all your employees are like him! 100% only ever buying tires from here for the rest of my life! Thank you so much Josh!!

Friendly staff. Got my truck in and out in a timely manner. Gave me a free inspection that was done well. The work they did was good, will continue to do business with them. If you have tire needs I would recommend them.

Looking for a new tire shop and came in today just for research purposes. I was Very pleased with the way I was treated by Amber when I came in to ask questions. She addressed everything I asked proficiently and when she didn t know the answer, she sought it out. Will definitely be using this place for my future tire needs.

What are the most amazing group of guys I've ever met. When in with an emergency where my tire literally popped off my truck. I thought I needed a lot more work done then what was needed these guys were 100% upfront and honest with me about what was needed to fix my problem, did not try to up-sell me or Swindle me in any way. Would 100% recommend and definitely will be returning as a future customer.

I came in for an oil change and was greeted and treated with excellent customer service. I observed how other customers were also treated and it was impeccable everyone left with confidence and smile on their face so that was my reassurance. Garett and the boys took care of me and my vehicle and I am satisfied with Mavis. I know where I will be getting my tires and brakes if need be. Thanks guys!

Amazing customer service and great people. I went there for a tire change which was done fairly quickly. An issue arose either the tire and the manager on duty help to fix the issue and get me back on the road with the hour. I will recommend this shop to my friends and family around this area and I will continue to frequent this shop for the rest of my stay in Statesboro.

This place is by far one of the best shops i've seen. I don't know much about cars but Josh walked me through each service that i needed to get done and even managed to get me a nice discount on one of my services. 10/10, would definitely recommend. I had a very pleasant/informative experience :)

Called them and made an appointment, got to the shop and was told we do not have an appointment and we can't help you our computer is down so we can't sell you any tires. Don't be open if you can't do anything, the entire staff was just standing around. as far as the call center goes that's what hurts them, they are not on the same page. I will never use them again. Got a better deal from another shop in town and didn't have to deal with a call center

Popped a tire getting ready to go back home to New York . They had my tire size in stock , wheel was off the car , all they had to do is take 15 mins to put it on but they were too busy . Meanwhile I saw a tire machine open and one guy pulling cars in and out. That s sad .

I am very disappointed with this Mavis location in Statesboro, Georgia. We made an appointment to have four tires put on our vehicle. Our appointment was at 11 AM, and I arrived at approximately 10:45 AM. I suspected it may take about an hour for the tires to be installed. Yet, at 12 (noon) the vehicle was sitting in the same place I parked it. It was only after I started questioning how long it was taking did someone finally start getting the tires on our vehicle.The only credit I'll give this place is that they did provide a discount to me for my extended wait time. For that, I was/am thankful. Yet, that still doesn't account for them not even acknowledging the appointment time. I don't know why this place offers appointments if they are not going to abide by them. So, if you do use this place plan on packing a lunch and making it a day visit because they do not get in any type of hurry.

I came in to have four tires installed and it took them two and a half hours to install four tires and did not put valve caps on my valve stems. It has been some of the slowest service I've ever received having tires put on. And the top it all off I was the only customer there for the first 45 minutes and the shop seemed like it was a party place with music playing and people hanging out.

I had a great experience!!! with them today on new years Eve everyone was friendly and everybody had teamwork I highly recommend this location they aired up my tires and even sealed them with bead sealer for free I asked what I owed them they said happy New Year I can't thank them enough happy New year Mavis tireI highly recommend to go here.

I would not recommend Mavis Tire in Statesboro. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I went in to the store and explained that the low pressure sensor for my tire had come on a couple of times and needed to have it checked to see if there was something in the tire and have it plugged. The associate explained that they could fix it if something was in the tire but if it was two fingers width from the edge of the tire they would have to replace it. He immediately asked me what kind of tire I would like to select as a replacement tire, gave me the price of the replacement and then the price of simply repairing it. As I walked to the customer waiting area I knew they had no intention of fixing my tire and that I was going to end up with a new tire. About an hour and a half later my car was finished and I had a new tire. I was never told what was in my old tire, or where exactly the object was is my old tire. Next time I will be going back to Southeast Tire and Brake in Brooklet.

This is my preferred location and car shop in general. The folks are very polite and knowledgeable. Robert is a great help and you can tell he genuinely cares about people s vehicles and their safety. Great experiences every time i go here

Horrible service, rude and they tell you a cheaper price only to up it by 50% at the end when they have your car already. I waited here for over two hours to get one overpriced tire put on. I would recommend going anywhere but here.

My appoint was made the morning of for 2:00. I needed 2 tires. That s it. I made it to my appointment at 2:00, there is no way I should be walking out the door 2 hours later. If the shortage of your staff is that bad by all means warn folks before they sit and wait. Ridiculous. Never again.

I was so lucky in my search to get my daughter's car tire fixed, to come across Mavis that apparently has only been open a few months. Everyone I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and just a great people. I'm relieved now that my daughter has a place to take her car when something's wrong, a place I trust seeing that we live seven hours away. I got 2 flat tires while in Statesboro with my kids on Sunday and went by there to try and get 2 tires and they informed me they wasn't taken ng anymore walk-ins even though the lady knew I had my kids with me
