Great service, friendly staff, and very knowledgeable technicians. I had new rims, tires, and sensors installed on my truck somewhere else and the sensors weren't programmed correctly. I took it to express tune and they were able reprogram them correctly, quickly at a fair price & I have been returning for quality work every sense. Give them a try & you'll be glad you did.

I had to have a new timing belt put on and several other things. They were amazing from start to finish. Price was affordable, still expensive, but what I felt was very fair and reasonable. I had a price in mind and they were under that price by about$15. They were an answer to prayer when the car was about to be in a mess! Thank you.

Worst mechanic experience of my life. I took my car in for an oil leak and a coolant leak. They charged me $300 more than quoted. Within a day, my car wouldn't drive faster than 50 mph, an issue I'd never had before their service. Within a week, the car was dead. They charged more to look at the car, denied culpability, and were caught being dishonest about both their original service and the second look. I will never use them again.

These guys gave me the best experience I have had getting my car fixed in a long time. They were so nice and considerate of my needs, and the place where you wait had lots of toys for my young daughter to play with while we waited, as well as comfortable couches and even free coffee. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place that cares about the people who visit, as well as taking great care of your vehicle.

Brian and other staff members were great getting me the info I needed on my car repairs before performing the repairs and charging me. I needed to have my car back by the end of the day and I was able to pick it up 30 minutes before closing with all work completed. My car runs SO much better now! Thanks Express!! Extremely dissatisfied experience with Express Tune & Lube.I bought a car that had a severe oil leak and took directly to Express Tune to have the oil leak fixed. I wrote on the envelope AND told them when they called that the rear main seal was where the oil was leaking from. Later the afternoon they called me back and told me the oil was NOT leaking from the rear main seal it was leaking from the valve cover. I questioned them a few times because that s not where I saw the oil leaking from. They assured me that s where the oil leak was that it was just leaking down and it would be 460.00 to fix that and replace wore out belts I get the car back and drive it 15 minutes and smell oil burning. I stop at the gas station and notice a huge pile of oil under the car. I return the car to Express and leave it since it was after hours. This morning they called wanting to know why the car was back. I explained the oil was still leaking from the rear main seal like I originally told them. They say they will take another look.This afternoon they call me back and tell me that the car is leaking oil from the rear main seal and front main seal. The VERY place I told them it was leaking from originally. Ray Charles could see the oil leaking as it would dump all oil in the motor in a matter of minutes. It would have been different if the problem wasn t so oblivious. They proceeded to tell me it would be 1000.00 to fix the problem. I expected that the first time but not having to fix a problem that wasn t a problem then have to fix what I told them was the problem from the start. They refused to work with me in any type of way as far as a percentage off or applying cost of work that didn t need to be done to what I told them the problem was to begin with. I have thought very highly of these guys for many years and this was not something I ever thought would happen from such a reputable mechanic shop.Service: Engine repair

Came in for an oil change and waited in the lobby. I liked how they had coffee and pastries, nice touch. Service was reasonably fast and the staff seemed to know about cars, so that's good. I observed a lot of positive interactions with other customers who seemed to be regulars. However, one African American lady came and I don't know what was talked about - but after she left, I heard some of the older staff seemingly talking about her in an unprofessional, joking or mocking manner. I am not sure what happened there, and it could have been something totally unrelated but I wouldn't be writing this over nothing. In regards to my oil change, they gave me the full synthetic at $61+ without my knowledge or even asking me. I thought they would go with the cheapest and try to upsell to something else more expensive like most places. The car has never used synthetic in its life and isn't a performance vehicle by any means. I don't know - a quick oil change turned into the most expensive oil change of my life. I will not be coming back.Service: Oil change

Came in and told them my issue and they took it to the back in less than 5 minutes. Upon doing so they let me know of an issue I had no idea would happen and told me what it would be to fix it and have it driving straight once again. After all repairs were done and everything was sorted, my vehicle now drives straight as an arrow. Highly recommend these guys! Visiting my daughter in Statesboro and my car had a flat. They looked my car over and assisted me. We also took my daughters car there to get an oil change and set up an appointment for brakes. I thank you all for the assistance you provided! It is great to know I can trust them to repair my daughters car in the future when I am not around.

I've had my car in for service several times, and I've never had any problem. The staff is courteous, the waiting room is nicely appointed, and the repairs have always been quickly done and well-executed. I've never been overcharged or charged for repairs that I didn't need. I don't get what the other reviewers are talking about. That hasn't been my experience at all.

Lights on the dash came on. I was able to drop off my vehicle late that evening after work. Mid morning the next day, they called me with the diagnosis. Had it fixed shortly after lunch. No more problems with it. I would use them again. My wife and I are very happy with the service we received.

These guys took care of business with fair and honest prices. Before I went here to let them check my front brakes and rotars I had another shop charge me estimate the job as much for the same thing as these guys. They even offered to give me a ride back to campus. I don't want my tires or brakes to mess up for a while but if they do I'll be coming back.

Got my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced here. Went to get the pads replaced at a different shop and they were appalled at the work done. The hardware was not put back on the rear brakes (major safety issue) and they stated that the parts used were of poor quality and have already worn out. Have to get all new rotors with less than 20,000 miles on them.

I've been bringing three cars here for about two years now. Never any issues. They've always called before doing any additional work (if they noticed something was in need of repair) and are always friendly to greet you when you walk in.

I have been going to this shop for two years now. They always are very friendly and do their best to give me great auto mechanical advice and help. Everyone knows auto shops take advantage of their customers but I do not feel like they do. They recently put a refurbished engine im my truck and everything seems good. Unluckily my tire blew out after I left. I don't know if it was from their shop but, I had to put a spare on. I don't see them as people to intentionally have that happen but it did. Regardless they are nice people and seem to have the best interest of the customers need. Highly recommended from someone with bad vehicle luck.

DO NOT TRUST! They sold me defective tires that left me stranded & I couldn't be compensated for- Their attitudes stink! Tried to tell me there were several expensive repairs needed when they weren't- also had a few of my items stolen out of my carService: TiresService: Tires

I recently went to Express Tune and Lube because my car was over heating. I spoke with a Mr. Joey, about my issue and he was extremely helpful. I received great service and they really took the time to make sure i understood what was happening. They showed they cared and they insured i was not just another custom, but a person.
