We have used Cottons Tire for years and will never not recommend them!! Always stellar service, employees with great attitudes and never a dull moment while you're waiting for your service. They've fixed screws in our tires, mystery flats, rotated and balanced our tires, and most recently got us in same-day after we hit a mystery object on the highway and destroyed our tire. They had the tires in stock that we needed and they had us in and out in just over an hour. We can always rely on Cottons Tire!!

If you're looking for quick service and great customer service, Cotton's Tire is the place to go. If i could give 10 stars I would. They have friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure the job gets done right. Cotton's Tire is an honest shop, which is hard to find, and why they will always have my business.

Scheduled an alignment but was told had to do $1400 in repairs in order to align. Told me on the phone no charge but when arrived to pickup vehicle was charged $30.

I made an appointment at 10 am for 4 tires mounted and balance and alignment. Got a call at 415 that they were just getting started working on my vehicle. 445 I got a call saying the tires were mounted and balanced but the alignment was not gonna be done today. What was the point of making a 10am appointment if you were not going to be able to work on the vehicle until closing time. Poor time management and customer service.

I needed a small tire taken off one rim and put on anther one.Ms. Dakota was very helpful, Zackary did the job for me without hesitation. The owner also spoke to me.I appreciate so much they did the task for me right away and quickly, friendly folks.

This place is great!! They're kind and have excellent customer service. They're prices are fair, and they dont try trick you into getting more work done than you came in for. They explained everything to me with out talking down to me (i have no knowledge about cars). They're also very efficient and had my brakes changed within 2 hours although I walked in with no appointment!!

The prices were very reasonable and they even shuttled me back to my home while they worked on my car. The staff was very friendly and informative, without being pushy. They were fair and thorough and that is important when finding a facility to trust your car to. Transportation is life, trusting that to someone else's care is no small measure, but Cotton's definitely sealed the deal. I will be returning to Cotton's whenever I need my car serviced, and I recommend you do the same. Ciao.

Great family business that is looking out for their customers and not trying to over charge them. A part had an issue that they put in when they fixed itand took my truck back in and fixed it again under warranty and went above and beyond to help me. Brian is great to work with. Completely different car repair and tire experience than what you are used to. They care and their room is clean and modern and has something for the kids to do while you wait. Highly recommend Cottons Tire! It will be the only place I go

Ordered tire from tire rack to have installed . Called weeks before for a price to install tires and it matched price tire rack had listed . Dropped car off and they were very friendly. They called my wife when completed and the price was $211.00 to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and alignment checked . I called and questioned the pice and was told they had to use a special impact wrench to remove rims as the lug nuts were to tight for $5 more per rim/tire .. after all said and done they told me I was overcharged by $28 and refunded me .. it should have cost me $160.99 for the job .. below is the pricing for cottons on the check out for tire rack .. why was my wife overcharged but when I call I was told they made a mistake and over charge us ? None of the numbers I was told added up to the total I paid ..

The most honest and reliable source for our cars. Integrity and personal, professional service is what your experience will be. No fast talk or over selling. Statesboro has a gem . Our extended family trusts them. You will too. I think to know a good, honest business is so rare, Cotton s stands heads above the fancy chains and the prices are very reasonable! MORE THAN TIRES!!!! College mommas....if you are wondering where to send your kids when something is wrong with their car, send them here!!! They were so kind and worked with my daughter on her schedule. Not only that, they did NOT "rip her off" which is what we worry about when they are away from home. They fixed her car and it was not a small fortune. Thank you Cotton Tire. You have won our business!!

I came to Cottons Tire to get new tires put on my car. The staff inside is so nice and very helpful. They even guaranteed an appointment for me on a Friday just so I could get my tires done. I definitely will be going again for any other car needs! Overall, a great experience

They took forever to do nothing! Told us one thing on the phone and then lied about it when we got to the store. Charged my friend just to "look" at her tire and tell her they couldn't fix it then tried to sell her an overpriced tire. Customer service was terrible, they didn't seem to be concerned with customers time and even ignored me when I walked in the store. They have inexperienced techs (who forget to tighten lug nuts) and only one nice guy from the shop was upfront and honest about the whole deal. Definitely don't recommend going here.

THE BEST! Brian you were so helpful on the phone and took such great care of my son who is a student there at Georgia Southern when he came in with car/tire trouble. I thought he needed to buy a new tire, but you offered to look at it and fix it if it could be repaired. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO HONEST AND HELPFUL AND FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP HIM even though he got there close to closing time. We are recommending you to everyone we know in Statesboro and at Georgia Southern!

Very slow and unmotivated tire tech. Took 2 hours to change my tires and was distracted with music and chatting with the service writer who was coming in and out from the office. He knocked my tire of the rear hub by hitting the rim with a sledge hammer when it was stuck, on top of stopping to go inside To get a drink and talk some more when he was mounting my LAST tire on the car. Would not recommend if you want something done in a timely manner.EDIT*****their was one vehicle in front of me not 6, and I know how to remove a tire from a rusted hub, and hitting it on the tire WOULD have been the way to do it but I clearly saw and heard it hit the rim. I understand everyone is having trouble with staff and COVID but that s no excuse for someone walking around lackadaisical laughing about music and not paying attention to the task at hand, you do get to choose who you hire after all. Poor service and poor leadership obviously by the excuses riddled throughout your response.

I went here to get new tires and I was very satisfied with the service. The staff were friendly, the prices were affordable and the environment was inviting. There wasn't a long wait time, either. I'd recommend this gem to all my friends and family and I hope to be a long time customer!

This is service you can count on. Great technicians. They do exceptionally good wortgreat tire prices, reasonable place to get your car worked on plus they sell the best of tires with everything else they have to offer

I've bought tires from here on several occasions for several of my vehicle's. I've had them mount and balance after purchase on my 34 foot rv, my p/up, my van and my mustang. They've always treated me with honesty, fairness and respect.I've been referring their store to many friends, and family members. There are times you may have to wait a little bit because they do stay busy, but the attitude there and the price for product is very well worth the wait.I've tried calling other tire stores in and around the area, but either they've not had size I needed,or waiting on appointment, or they try to steer you into buying new. These guys are straight up, honest, and very fast to get you rolling. Their definitely a 5 star tire stop and more.

They always fixed our vehicles in a timely manner. They give their honest opinion and try to help you as much as possible. The only place I go to get my vehicle services. They are extremely friendly and funny also! Great work guys!!

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a tire repair shop. Each person at Cotton's Tire was very nice and the price of the repair was very affordable! Will go here again if I ever have another tire issue.

Had a tire on an '95 Honda go out, they were able to replace it within 20 minutes of arrival, within 1 hour of calling ahead of time. Good service, will use again if needed.

Very honest people..they saved us 400 dollars by telling us the truth that our tires were still in good shape and really didn't need replacing..they could have just lied,put new tires on even though we didint need them and got 400 dollars,but they were so honest and DIDN'T do that. Thanks guys!

Very expensive for simple jobs. Do not waste your time and money at this place.Update!I had to lower my review because of their bullsh!t response.
