I don't normally leave reviews, but these guys left me so impressed that I had to. Let me start by saying I'm not a mechanic, and I usually handle vehicle maintenance myself, but that's as far as my expertise goes. One day, I noticed the smell of burning oil and, upon a quick glance under the vehicle, it didn't take long for me to realize that I was leaking oil badly.After diagnosing the issue as the oil filter housing unit and doing some research, I found out it's a common problem that will eventually go bad. The only permanent fix was to replace the factory plastic one with an aluminum one, and that's the route I wanted to take. While watching YouTube videos on replacing that part, I realized I couldn't fix this issue myself, and it had to go to someone else.Having never experienced a vehicle problem beyond my own capabilities, I wasn't familiar with any shops in Statesboro. The only shop I trusted was over an hour and a half away, with no way to get my vehicle there other than a tow truck, which I wasn't willing to pay for. After calling countless shops and receiving different answers about how long it would take to fix, most of them outright refused to touch it without their own "diagnosis."Then, I called Brothers and asked four questions: "If I get the part, will you replace it?" "How long for the fix?" "How much will it cost?" and "When can you get it in?" I called them on a Friday, and they got me in on Tuesday, just as they said. They promised to have it done by the end of the day on Tuesday, and they kept their word. The price was exactly as quoted, and they even offered a cash discount, saving me $35. Everything they told me on the phone happened.These guys are very professional, not just in it for quick cash; you can tell they take pride in their morals. They work incredibly fast and gave me a call after the job was done. I honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough they have earned my trust and my business.

Brothers is the ONLY place in Statesboro that I take my car for service. The owners are great people and EVERYONE on staff is very hardworking, knowledgeable, and friendly! They always take great care of my car.

Great small business! Super friendly guys that own and work here. They keep their Facebook current in case they happen to close, especially on those weekends when family stuff is more important. Have sent all our girls for oil changes and tires here because we know they will be treated fair. They have grown a lot since they opened.

service was fast for tire replacement and brake pads. however, when i drove back home - the brakes were terribly spongy and braked even worse than the ones i was trying to replace. it turned out to be a safety issue where i had to drive like granny. called Brian same day about the issue and was told that it was probably due to the rust on my rotors or something, not sure. Didn't seem interested in entertaining looking at it again or suggesting there was even a chance something was not done right. It seemed like not taking any ownership which turned me off for any future business or recommendations. Eventually took it to Statesboro tire and brakes and they were even worse - said i needed a master cylinder and quoted me 600+ for that. i don't know why, but the brakes did improve but it took a whole week before it became usable. i don't know what level of quality brakes i had before or what these were, but they still clearly don't brake nearly as well as what i had before. no, i don't want an owner response. have a nice day.

I have used these guys 3 separate times over the past 2 years and they have been nothing short of awesome every time. They don t try to charge you like crazy, they actually have great prices for both tires and other services. On top of the great work they do for your car, they are also friendly. :) Go to Brothers Tire!!!

Purchased a set of 4 Falken wildpeak HT02 tires from Brian & Ronnie at Brothers Tire & Service. I wasn t quite sure what tire I was going with when I walked in, or where I was buying it from, Ronnie helped me find a great fit on a well rated tire, at a competitive price. I also had a 2 leveling kit installed, the installation was done perfectly, and in a timely manner. I couldn t recommend Brother s Tire & Service anymore, if you re in the market for a shop, these are your guys.

Best service in the Boro!!! Owner/ operators Bryan Harper & Ronnie Johnson give absolute effort with an infectious positive attitude. You will not find another competitor who will out perform them.

I was in need of a new tire last week so I figured I'd give these guys a try and I'm glad I did! I called ahead to make sure they had the tire I needed in stock, which they did thankfully. I ended up getting off of work a tad later than I wanted but even with me getting there around 4:30 they got me taken care of very quickly! The gentleman who changed out my tire even made sure the rest were topped off with air! I didn't catch his name but I believe he is one of the owners along with the other gentleman who was behind the counter. Both super nice! I'll definitely come back here from now on for service!

After reading all the excellent reviews for this establishment, I decided to try them for myself . I was not disappointed ! Both Ronnie and Bryan as well as the other young man who worked there , treated me with professionalism and kindness . I highly recommend this car service shop !!

I have had a fantastic experience with Brothers Tire & Services!! I highly recommend them! My model isn t as common, but they were able to get my tires in no time! They are personable, reliable, and trustworthy. This is the place to go in Statesboro!

Extremely fast and affordable service. My tire blew out on the way to Statesboro and after searching for a spot that could get me in instantly, this shop was the only one.Got a brand new tire installed, and the rest of my tires serviced and inspected in less than an hour.Highly suggest this spot for anyone who needs minor repair instantly and is on a minimum budget.

This is a great shop. Friendly service, thorough check up under the hood, and a great price. And remarkably fast too. I will certainly be back.Edit: I wish I could review this place with five stars every time I go in. Honest, helpful, taking the extra step to make sure everything is what I need. Don t know better guys in the business anywhere.

Found the perfect place! Got a great deal on all 4 tires in less than 2 hours and they were really busy Met both owners who were also the ones doing the work, Very friendly, and the golden girls being the choice of entertainment while I waited was the icing on the cake. This will be my permanent choice from now on

This is the place to go if you need your car serviced! I came in on a Friday evening and they had my car fixed and ready to go in an hour. They were friendly and had great service. I would 100% recommend them! I will be back, for sure!

Please update hours on google. I ve gone there two Saturday s in a row as this was one of the few tire shops listed as being open on Saturday s. They re clearly not open on Saturday s

Went in for a new tire because I was told the one I had was non-repairable. After a quick inspection of my original tire I was informed the object imbedded was not even causing a leak. The tire was put back on my car with no issue. Amazing service! Thanks so much!

I went to get an oil change. The service was fast and great. They were kind and explained to me what was best for my car. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone!

They did an excellent job taking care of my daughter's car while she is there in school at GSU! It's hard being a parent, 2 1/2 hours away and having your daughter call with a car issue, but comforting to know that there's a reliable and trustworthy team like this! They took care of my daughter's car problem in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Could not ask for more!

My son is a student at Ga Southern. He was having car trouble and on the advice of a friend, sent him to Brothers Tire. I was 4 hours away and believed the problem was possibly a major repair. They quickly found the problem that turned out to be something very minor, fixed the problem, and were very reasonable on their fee. We are very grateful for their assistance and I ve advise my son to return there in the future for vehicle service.
