I had such a pleasant towing experience with this company that I had to leave a review. I was in a ditch in the middle of nowhere (Clyo if y'all know where that is) at night. I called my roadside assistance and they told me it would be about 90 minutes for a tow. James called to let me know he was on his way, and he made it even sooner than the 90 minute estimate. He was so nice and I felt safe with him. Thank y'all for the help!

This is the best towing company in Statesboro. They are so friendly and the customer service is exceptional. They went above and beyond getting my vehicle to the dealership and then dropped me off at work. I can t say how much I appreciate their hard work.

Ashley and Pam have provided exceptional service on my 2004 Toyota Avalon and my 2999 Metcedes Benz. I live part time in Georgia and Las Vegas and no matter what the issue they get my vehicles serviced. They are very honest and fair. They don't try the typical scare tactics like most shops to get you to repair something unnecessary. By far the BEST auto service I've received in Georgia in years.They value you service and makes you feel appreciated.

I had to call Billy s today for a jump start. The man who came out to my place in Guyton was so kind, caring, and super efficient. He had me up and running in no time and here s the best part: HE WAS ON TIME! He arrived at the time I was told that he would down to the very minute. Since my husband passed away, little things like this tend to seem overwhelming and hard to deal with, but he made it easy. I m so grateful for the assistance of Billy s Imports and Tow Service. Thank you so much for driving all the way from Statesboro to help a lady out- I appreciate you!

I keep meaning to write this but keep forgetting 3 of my vehicles have been worked on/ checked on by Mr. Ashley. His prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and his work is truly RELIABLE. It may take me over an hour to drive to him now, but I trust him and only him when it comes to my vehicles. Try him out y all, I promise you won t regret it.Service: Auto maintenance

Disclaimer this transaction occurred in Feb. 2020. Diagnosed an over heating issue on my Jeep Wrangler as a water pump issue. Charged a little more than normal, that s fine. What s not fine is after I accepted every part they recommended to be replaced, the issue came back not even 3 days later. That s fine, mistakes happen. What s NOT fine is not honoring their service and part warranty, THREE DAYS LATER. What business can sit there and say that the issue they just fixed and is occurring again is not their fault. Had to audacity to offer a tow and then wanted to charge me for and and charge me again to look at their mess up. Had to take it to a more reliable mechanic that properly diagnosed the issue as a leaking heater core. They would have know that if they properly diagnosed the issue, or even offered to correct their mistake they were legally required to fix under parts and labor warranty. They get 2 stars because I guess they didn t mess up putting in the new pump but the whole ordeal cost me greatly and I should have went to a shop that will honor their warranty and correctly fix your vehicle.

I wish I could give 10 Stars. I had a disaster on my hands when I first took my car back in April for a fuel pump that was installed improperly elsewhere while also actually fleeing a domestic violence situation. It was rough. They repaired the mistakes made elsewhere and gave me a peace of mind too so I am very grateful. I thought my vehicle would never start again nor work properly if it did but they made it happen. I have moved to Florida but I actually planned a visit to Statesboro today to let them look at my air conditioner since it may be going out soon too. They are a group of patient, professional gentleman who I will probably always come back to. It s hard to find a auto shop you can trust. Especially after complete car care kept lying and being rude to me when I was nice and understanding even after they made careless mistakes. I m still glad I went to complete car care first because It made me respect Billy s import work even more. I learned to never choose a shopSimply because it s newer since complete car care almost ruined my car and turned out to be careless and unprofessional while this shop was 10X more: professional, detailed, careful and experienced. They know their cars! The other shop actually ended up giving me a refund.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

They are cheaper, but at a cost. If you have to deal with them to repair anything, you will be constantly reminded that you are on THEIR time. A minor repair will take 2 days when it should have taken an hour. They schedule appointments, but they are meaningless. You will still have to wait 2+ days for any service to be done. They don't answer the phone in the morning. The customer service is terrible. D & R is more expensive, but at least they will take the time to let you know what's going on with your car, etc. This place will treat you like garbage. Make sure they give you a receipt.

I came in to get work done on my '05 Pontiac Aztek. The staff is very friendly, and will work with your hands-on. They are far more affordable than any other mechanic. Sure there is a waiting period, but it's well worth it. You get what you pay for, and I got a smoother driving car, and much more! Make Billy's Imports an option when seeking a mechanic. You won't be disappointed.

These folks have it going on. My daughter is down here, 7 hours from home for college, came to see her, car stress was going to do me in, but they got to problem quick and precise.... And every darn person works there nice as can be and have amazing stories. Thanks again

Replaced radiator and other parts on our 2012 vw passat diesel. Very knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy shop. Very fair priced and highly recommended. 2 hr drive for us but well worth it.

It took them two weeks to diagnose an engine problem, and another 10 days to actually fix it. They got the job done but if you the simple convenience of having a car, go somewhere else.
