Used their large recovery service . We had a lowboy, with excavator on trailer, drop right side tires in deep ditch. Suttons ,out of Dearing GA., was called. They were on the scene in no time. Recovery operator was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Lowboy was back on road, out of the ditch shortly after their arrival. Reasonably priced as well, competitive rates.Thank you SUTTON!

My son's car broke down in Thompson. They came from Dearing to Thompson and towed the car back to Harlem withing an hour on a Saturday evening. Mr. Sutton was super polite and nice as could be. I have a free towing service so I can't say anything about the prices, but I would definitely recommend their services.Service: Vehicle recyclingService: Vehicle recycling

These guys are 1.3 miles down the road from me in Stapleton and wanted more money to pull my truck out of the mud than the guys 20 miles away in Thompson. Well, I went with the other guys and they were done in 10 minutes once they got here.Two stars because technically I didn't receive service from them but their prices are outrageous. Beware.

One of the nicest men I have ever meet . Came out at 12AM to tow my motorhome from Wrens to Elberton . I'm sure he got home about 5AM. I would call him again if I needed a tow .

Very rude and they're ridiculously expensive .. Robert sent me to attach my Airlines when I came back around the truck I over heard him talking about me to his workers... When he saw me he quickly hushed.. very unprofessional

Had to get my big truck towed to Kenworth in Augusta. Was very friendly and came right away. Helped make a bad situation a little less stressful. Would recommend to any truck driver.

They have someone who works for them who is baldheaded I think he wears glasses and older man he is very rude and disrespectful and has a very nasty attitude I have worked with suttons in the past with robert and his das and love them idk if this is your uncle or brother or whoever but the way he spoke to me today over an opinion of me supposedly not slowing down when going past him and a tow was very unprofessional rude and unnecessary to say the least if I had been speeding by, I would admit that and apologize because I have much respect for suttons after today not so much the way I was spoken to was harsh and unnecessary and very very uncalled for

I ran out of gas and they came out of there way to help me. The followed me to the gas station to make sure we got there safely. Such a kind husband and wife team. Thank you.

Well I got pulled over by the policedriving a motorcycle which I did not have a driver's license for so I was 100% in the wrong this business was called to tow an impound my bike so when I got released from custodyobviously the first thing I wanted to do with retrieve my bike when I called Sutton's towing the man Robert was very rude and told me they were not openI stated to Robert since you told my bike I figured you were open and I can pick up my bike tonight because I didn't want any further charges he told me I could not and that if I called back again he was going to double my charges so the next day when I was busy at work I called him and he said it was $250 I couldn't get there that day so I went the next day which made it $50 more $300which at that time was less than 48 hours from the time he told my bike now if I would have been able to pick up my bike that night how much would it have been only a hundred hundred fifty that means that I would have saved some money so that is the reason why I rate the business very low rudenessthe threatening he did but he was going to raise the bill doublelike I stated earlier I know that I was 100% at fault for driving the bike without a license that doesn't give this man and his business any reason to treat me the way he did

I don t normally post anything but these guys are totally unreasonable with the price they charge. Make sure to get a price before you use them.
