Our RV broke down Memorial Day. He was the only shop to call me back the next day. He was able to get us camping again quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended Transformance.

They treat you right. I went planning on replacing my transmission they were able to fix my problem for a fraction of the cost. Car has been running great.

I have seen both positive and negative reviews, and I did not want to do this, but UNFORTUNATELY....I HAVE HAD HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A BUNCH OF LYING TO THIS TIME AROUND!!!!* * * *MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN HELD HOSTAGE!!! * * * *It has been paid for, for a very long time, and they are refusing to complete any work on it. I've seen MANY MANY VEHICLES COME IN AND GO OUT, YET MY VEHICLE HAS YET TO BE REPAIRED and DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AGAIN!!We have been told they are ordering parts, new pieces, some stuff came and had to be returned for other parts and that they have had all parts are there, and it just needs the go from the boss man, but he keeps refusing to allow his workers to repair THIS VEHICLE (MINE) IN PARTICULAR!!

Had my old squarebody for over a month. Simple transfer case seals and reverse was shifting hard. Finally went and picked it up. Half torn apart. Guys are on drugs. Do not take your vehicle here.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I have a 1978 Cutlass that has been sitting in this shop for about 7 months. They have moved my care once since I dropped it off. It was parked in the open now Im unable to see it. I called this morning asked for an update. I was told we ll get it in when we can . I dropped off all the needed parts to them with the car. I simply need my rear end rebuilt. I have heard every excuse as to why it is not completed. I honestly feel like because I m a black male they do not want to fix my car. I stay two minutes away from this shop. I ve seen the shop yard empty and fill back up with cars since dropping off my car. They have no real reason as to why they haven t fix my car in the seven months it s been there. If they did not want to fix my car they could have said that from the start so I could have found a different shop. The reason for choosing this shop was for convenience and their willingness to take on the job. My experience has been the exact opposite of my expectations. Total inconvenience, poor communication, incomplete work & countless excuses and no results.

Dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, got it back on Wednesday. Replaced a sensor and got me up and running. Very happy to find a transmission guy who doesn't just say that I need a whole rebuild

I own a 2012 Ram 3500 right at 400,000 miles I had my transmission rebuilt by Transformance, these guys are awesome. They knew this truck was for work and I needed it back quick. My parts were ordered and in overnight and my total down time was just over 2 days( Great job guys) This Ram has right around 850,000 miles now and still running great. Great staff , great service and Great prices. I Highly recommend these guys 450,000 + miles later I'm still bragging!!!Service: Transmission

If I could leave NO stars I would. My car was still moving when I brought it there to have it looked at. They didn't take the time to diagnose the problem, in fact I'm inclined to believe they went as far as to sabotage my vehicle in hopes of me paying their outrageous prices for the repair! When I went to pick it up it wasn't moving at all. The owners/workers were extremely nasty, rude and unknowledgeable. If you cherish your vehicle I suggest you skip this shop. Three thumbs down.

Great customer service and great product. They have rebuilt transmission and transfer case in multiple vehicles for me and built the turbo 400 in our drag race car

Oh man, I really hate that I am writing this bad review, but it's a must. I really like the guys up front. They are extremely professional and overall cool cats. The workers in the shop though...I had a transmission for my f350 rebuilt a couple of years ago. Price was affordable and they got it done in a week. 2 years later it needed rebuilt again. I'm tough on my truck, so no big deal. Asked them to build it tougher and the price reflected that was what they did. However, it wasn't the case.Ran well for almost a year, then began slipping. Took it in and they warranted a new torque converter. Was happy about that, but it didn't fix the issue. Took it back and it sat for 2 weeks before I called them to find out they couldn't find an issue, even though I told them what the codes were.I decided instead of messing around with any more automatic transmissions I would just put a manual transmission in. When doing the work myself I found that there is a bolt missing from the transfer case. There are only six bolts to begin with so they are all pretty important. I also found that the bolts holding in the carrier bearing on the drive shaft replaced with the wrong thread size so they would not tighten the whole way.If you have a normal whatever car, it's probably fine to use these guys. And like I said, I really like this shop and the owner and the guys up front. But the guys that are working in the back are doing the owner no favors.Service: Transmission

Went and got my full clutch replacement done and 4 months later got told I needed to get another clutch done. Now having to go to a dealership now cause of this. Got told theres no warranty work. Wish they could help me out with something due to it not working anymore I spent 2000 for the clutch wish I could work something out to get this fixed.Service: Transmission

Great service. Had my transmission for my truck rebuilt by these guys over a year ago and couldn't be happier. Pricing was better than any other shop I contacted while keeping quality service in a very timely manner. Great mechanics. I will be bringing my vehicles here for any future repairs.

Work was done on time and as quoted. Very happy with the knowledge shared and the helpfull staff.Would take any vehicle I have to them for transmission issues.Have put 1000 miles on my truck. 400 of them towing my 28ft camper. Trans ran flawlessly.

After spending my money at Monster transmission the first time, only to have my transmission break within 6 months... The guys at Transformance came to the rescue and got my 93 Ford Bronco back to work. Do yourself and your bank account a favor. Go see Kurt and the guys at Transformance. They are very awesome every step of the way. They work fast within reason and they understand how important your vehicle is to you. These guys stay busy for a reason and they are worth the wait.

Jim has rebuilt 2 transmission for my husband (Keith) and me. He is reasonable and does excellent work. I wouldn't go to anyone, but Jim for my transmission work.Thanks Jim, I will keep highly recommending you to anyone who needs transmission work.

These guys are awesome. I had my clutch changed and some issues arose that were unknown. They troubleshot the issue for two days and found a solution and charged me only parts. These guys really know how to keep customers.

To me this is the best trans shop around here, I have used almost all of them but transformance stands out for the best quality of all. I have dropped of around ten transmissions and all of them ran like a brand new factory trans. I will always send my transmission work to them.

I ve got a F2 50 that is built makes quite a bit of power and shredded my transmission took it to the guys it Transformance and wow I was blown away at the work they performed they went above and beyond on what they originally quoted me re-did almost all of the grounds on my truck at no extra charge and was very competitively priced with everyone else I got quoted from I definitely would recommend transformants for all your transmission repairs A+ service will definitely do business with them in the future

I have always been worried about having to take a vechicle in for any trasmission work to any place around savannah. So had a few friends point me to transformance and after I googled them and spoke with Jim and Kurt I felt like I was at the right place.... Let me tell you hands down they were on point and literally had me in an out in 2 days unbelievable customer service couldn't have went to a better place!!! Thanks guys
