Fantastic experience across the board!David made sure he checked all of the boxes in getting me exactly what I wanted, even with it not being on his lot! Jeffery sealed the deal without hesitation. Scott and Roger made every effort to ensure that I was getting the best deal and everything I deserved. I ve been bringing my Jeep here for service and repairs since moving to the area in 2015. The service staff are efficient and friendly. I know I m a paying customer, but to be made to feel like family is an aspect to customer service that is sorely lacking in business today. The repair I needed was reasonably priced and stayed fixed. Service techs are generally efficient and quick. I only had one issue over the last three years: a lost wheel lug lock. No one, not even the tech, tried to shirk responsibility. A new one was ordered the same day. As it happened, the original was found in the service bay and returned. As a customer service professional in a different industry, I recognize when the customer is the priority in the business. It s simple: say what you re going to do, competently do what you say you ll do, and do it at a competitive price. Thus far, those three principles are a reality in your establishment and the reason why I am a repeat customer. And no, I don t want to sell my Wrangler! Update: this is my fifth year using Southern Motors and I continue to receive consistent quality service both at the service desk and from services performed. For as long as I live in the area, Southern Motors will be my go-to for maintenance and repairs. If I were going to offer any suggestion, and it s minor, it would be to make a standard pass through vehicle wash an integral part of service. It s a value added component that really goes a long way.One key thing to mention is no one has ever tried to upsell anything to me at Southern Motors. They make suggestions when needed, but don t use sales tactics to sell unnecessary services. Every single time I take my F250 to the Ford dealership, I m bombarded with upsell tactics. It s annoying to say the least.Thanks folks. You can but advertisement slots in the market, but you can t buy customers word of mouth recommendations; ya gotta earn that. You do.Update: targeted for unneeded repairs. Was told the rotors and pads on my truck needed replacing as a safety item and had to sign a form indicating I d been told about them. Got the truck home and did a thorough inspection of the pads and rotors. The rotors looked brand new with absolutely no grooving. Pads had better than 50% remaining material. I brought this to the attention of the service manager and she set up a meeting with the tech that wrote the ticket. He insisted he was not saying the rotors were worn, but that the cooling fins between the surfaces were so rusted they would likely cause the rotor to overheat. Horse hockey! There was NO accumulated rust in those areas on any of the four discs. This was a scam from start to finish. Sad, because my first impression of this business was exceptional. Now they ve been relegated to the status of scheisters and an establishment to be avoided. Upselling is their, and any service department s, game. I get that and it s easy to ignore. But tying a recommended repair to safety when there is NO issue, then lying to my face about it when you re called to explain; nope.

We came from out of town and our jeep broke down. No one in the Savannah area would help us but was aware of the Springfield Jeep Dealer. They were amazing. Got us in and fix ASAP. The staff were so understanding and helpful.

Had a situation with my vehicle that honestly assumed was going to be long drawn out situation from experiences from other dealerships in the past. THIS SITUATION WAS THE DIRECT OPPOSITE!!! I called in and was blessed to receive a callback from Billie. She was amazing!! Had my situation admirably and ensure that she kept constant communication during the whole process. Southern Motors of Springfield is blessed to have a great person like her on staff. I highly recommend this dealership when looking to purchase a vehicle

This was my first time buying a car and they made it so easy. The first day I was interested I applied online and they called me that same day. I went up that same day for a test drive and they had the car ready when I got there. I would definitely come back for another car and recommend to all my friends and family.

Didn't have a pleasant experience here. First impressions matter. My wife was looking to trade in her vehicle ,so we are looking at their used car section. I found one that she liked, but when they got the keys to open it up, the inside of the vehicle was just filthy, and that was the beginning of the end for me then they tried to low ball me on my wife trade in I respect that part of the games that they play BUT I Ain't going for it I mean no disrespect I'm just speaking my truth I personally will not visit this car lot anymore. The vibes were not good, and the really sad part is that I live less than 3 miles from this dealership, and I love to shop locally

I'm very protective of my truck so having a dealership that see that is important to me...

I just purchased a 2023 dodge ram 1500. This was my 2nd vehicle purchase over the past few years with Jeffrey at Springfield Chrysler dodge ram in Springfield Georgia. Jeffrey and the team makes buying a vehicle so easy. They understand your wants and needs and finds the vehicle that suits you. Very friendly team with a small town vibe! Highly recommended!!

Whoa is all I can say, this guys are top notch.I came from Miami to get my first truck from them, flew in and they even took the time to get me at the airport. Seriously who does that? Well they did!Given the crazy car market situation we are experiencing, I had to go beyond Fl to find a truck spec the way I wanted it, 7 showed up on the entire east coast. Out of the 7, 5 dealers wanted $10k+ over MSRP for it. Only 2 dealers were being fair and Southern Motors Springfield was one of them.Not only they super fair, but they value my time. Their focus was to get me back on the road home as fast as possible while still showing me the truck features to make it safely home, I literally spent less than an hour at the dealer.Next time I m looking for one of their products, they will definitely be my first choice, no matter if I have to visit GA again.Thank you David, John, and Carrie for making my buying experience the best one ever; and being part of a dealer that is no looking to prey on consumers to take advantage of a current market situation.

We re from Jacksonville Fl, and found the perfect Grand Cherokee here at Springfield Jeep online. We negotiated over the internet, and took delivery Halloween night! The whole process from start to finish was awesome! Our sales representative, Jeffery is a true professional, and the management staff was excellent! They finished in an hour when another dealership in Savannah North said it would take all day to do my updates and recalls so I m not too fond of the expertise out of the Savannah Store but would highly recommend the Springfield location

I m really satisfied! I love my truck and a big thanks to the mechanic James and service manager Mrs. Brandy! Communication was on point! If I needed an important part for my truck to make my lift kit work they told me. They were awesome. Over all 12 out of 10! They both deserve a pay raise!!!!

Took my truck in cause it went into limp mode and they had to order the parts. Found out the part was back ordered and DJ called around til he found it and had it delivered and set me up to drop it off and it was done before lunch. Would definitely use them again!
