Owner: Chris Johnson. Have been repeat customers. Love supporting local. Dropped vehicle off for a scheduled appointment on 12/22/23 at 8:00 am to have two rear tires replaced on my vehicle. I received a call at 9:33 am that same day to verify what work they were doing to the vehicle. I called back at 12:56 pm to check on the work. No answer. No call back. I never received a call to notify me that the work had been done. I called again just a few minutes before they were closed at 4:28 pm. No answer. I called and left numerous voicemails with both options and did not receive any calls back. I called every day throughout the holidays to try to get our vehicle back. When I went by the shop the work was completed and our vehicle was left unlocked for 96 hours out in front of your shop. Today is 12/26/23. I called 10:29 am to verify that you were open and a woman answered and stated that you were. When we came to ask why you had our vehicle for 4 days just to install 2 tires you said that it wasn t your fault, and the phones were down. That s a lie. (See above mentioned phone call from 10:29 am with working phone). You provided no sympathy for the situation and to be honest you were rude. Not to mention that you kept possession of our vehicle through the Christmas holidays, said it wasn t your fault, and then charged us full price for the tire installation. *note for the mechanics- you guys are awesome and the man you work for doesn t deserve you. Go find a less toxic work environment.

The truck had air in the cooling system and had overheated. Brought truck in to have coolent drained and refilled with correct portions of antifreeze. Do not trust thses mechanics. Turned into a 2 week hassle. Told antifreeze had jelled. Told pump and other parts needed changed. [Water pump, thermostat are newly installed by owner] Asked to retain parts for inspection. Later, told the truck had a blown head gasket. Told mechanics to ready truck for pickup. On the drive home truck made only one mile before it overheated. Managed to park vehicle. Serviced with 2 gallons of water to get the truck home. To me, this appears as if they never serviced my vehicle or incorrectly serviced it. Do not trust these mechanics.

Needed an ATV tire repaired a few days ago. They repaired it the next day after receiving a tube. Great price and good people.

Do not bring your vehicle to this auto shop. They did repairs on my mini van. Got it back and now I have new problems. When asked why my check engine light was on. They told me to bring it back in. They kept it 48 hours. The engine light wasn't on before it came to their shop. They wanted to charge me more money to put it on a computer. That's only one of the new problems. Shame on you Johnson Automotive for taking advantage of a purple heart Veteran and his family.

I absolutely love Johnson's. The service and staff are great. They always tell you what's wrong with your vehicle without the run around. The turn around time to get your car back isn't long. I will always take my car to them. Trusted service!

Today was my second visit, and I had a very upsetting encounter with the very unpleasant woman behind the counter. I asked her if they would turn rotors if I brought them in (I have 10 years dealership mechanic experience and do not like anyone touching my vehicle) she responded with "nobody turns rotors anymore they are just not made like they used to be" which is absolutely a LIE. I told her in a very non-confrontational way that was not true, and she called me (a customer with experience) a liar. And proved to me they were running a shop that can not be trusted. I will be taking my business elsewhere and so will my friend that recommended Johnson.

Still great customer service on the phone and in person. Dropped vehicle off and was done when I went back after working. Pricing for the tires and service was great as well. Oil change done and engine light taken care of. No complaints here!

I had a set of Nitto Ridge Grapplers put on my truck today, and I could not be happier. They found the issue that was causing my tire alarms fixed it and made sure everything was taken care of. I will be using this company for all of my auto repair needs from now on. By far the best customer service I have ever seen, the manager knows his customers by name and goes out of his way to keep them happy.Service: Tires

Bought one used tire, they Immediately put it on my spare rim & I was gone in 15 minutes and Very, Very Pleased with service & my tire also!! It was a Win-Win 4 me

I came to buy a tire for my sister , tire had a bad leak. So I go in there and tell them the tire size and say it s $55 out the door, well they try and up charge and say another tire is leaking . ( the tire needed air, it was holding.) And told them it was fine. Well I leave to get something to eat and they upcharged my sister to $205 for 2 brand new tires we didn t ask for. Mind we said we didn t want the other tire they said we needed changed . And so they told us how about we just put your tires back on and take your money else where. Most terrible service, unprofessional experience I ve had with a tire shop. I would not spend your money here other wise they will upcharge for things you don t need or hell maybe even break something to bring you back .

Some of the nicest people. However, after 2 visits, still having issues with tires and suspension. The second attempt was free of charge and it was better temporarily. Truck is back to shaking again. Biting the bullet and taking it to Honda. Wish I could rate higher because they were such nice people but I spent too much money to still be having problems.

My daughter took her SUV there and it has not been right since. She has taken it back there 6 or 7 times for simple adjustments and the shop will return it with no work performed. These guys obviously have no idea how to maintain a vehicle and just throw parts at it, at the expense of the owner. I have never seen work this bad. They already are suffering from one lawsuit and the owner is just negligent of whether or not the vehicles are safe to drive when they leave the shop.I will never use this place and beware to whoever does.

Shady business. Did an alignment on my truck took them 4 hours because they had problems with getting it right. After wasting my day waiting on something that should ve taken an hour and a half, they said it was within spec but was pulling to the right. They stated it was a common thing for radial tires. A month later, I have sever wear on the outer side of the front right tire. I went back to get them to look at it and they said with larger tires, they don t warranty the alignment but I could pay them for another alignment. I will never do business with them again. If you can t warranty your work then you don t know what you re doing.

Two years ago I went in and was told my alternator was bad so I let them replace it. They had my car a total of 4 days and I was charged $700 for a brand new alternator. I understand that those are expensive and my car is a little more difficult since it's foreign. Well two years later my so called new alternator is bad again. It just so happens that these people took my original alternator out, replaced an $8 part on it and put it back in my car, leaving me to believe I had a new one. For 2 years I thought I had an electrical problem and that I was going to have to get a new car but that turned out to not be the case. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone going here.

I took my vehicle here to get an oil leak fixed and even though it's been a little over a year, still leaking oil in the same place. Took it back to them and they want to charge about the same to fix it again cause it's been to long they said. Will not be going back to them ever again.

I took it in there for a power steering leak they said they would call back this was Monday morning well no call Monday afternoon from them finally got a hold them Tuesday was little tick they didn't call me like they said they would they got smart with me and of course I did also anyway said pump was bad they replaced it paid them 390 cash well icrank it up it was sqeauling bad ask them to come back out they put some dressing on Belt it stop for a little while but driving home it started again then the power steering quit wasn't happy had to take it back we exchange words they tried to tell me it was belt etc then I left called back which is Friday said it wasn't the pump it was a hose so I paid for pump I didn't even need exchange words again more heated then they said come get truck after that and said wasn't going to work on it then it got real bad this is after I just paid for pump and they wanted another 200 dollars I said no y'all r mechanics it's not my fault u messed up so more words passed band forth pick up hood but check under hood and the removed the whole housing for air filter they claimed they didn't do it then another guy come out threw they air filter at me and squared up and wanted to fight DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE
