Awesome service. Some people seem upset about them fixing things without prior approval. I have something to say about that. This is not a car mechanic. They are small engine repairs. If you don't want something fixed, then either fix it yourself or don't bring it in. Their prices are reasonable. The wait might be a few weeks, but it will get fixed.

Check return policy bere buying. That belt you ordered that turned out to be wrong cause you couldn't be bothered to measure the old belt should have been on you. For younro not take it back is an insult. That $38 cost you a customer of 20 years. I also found a carburator on Amazon in less than 5 minutes, that they said they couldn't find at all. I used the exact same information they were given. Maybe they should use the internet a little more broadly.

Friendly and helpful staff that seems to stock everything possible. I tried the larger stores in Savannah and left empty handed every time. I am glad to have found this small store, I won't have to go anywhere else now!

I was having trouble starting my riding lawnmower. I replaced the battery and still could not start it. I called Gnann's about 20 minutes before they closed on a Saturday thinking they might have a starter motor, which I thought I needed. The owner, or manager, I'm not sure which, was busy and the gentleman that answered the phone said he would call me back. He did return my call, even a few minutes after they closed, and explained that the problem most likely was not an expensive starter, but a minor adjustment to the valves. I followed his advice and got the mower running. They missed out on a sale of an expensive part I didn't need but gained years of my business. It's nice to come across a business who cares about customers. Thank you Gnann's!

What I like best is the personal attention that the customer gets. Very knowledgeable staff. I am blown away with the competitive pricing. The only place to go to have small engine service. Huge selection of equipment and accessories on the floor.

Dropped off mower to have blades sharpened.Blades were put back on backwards. (I even painted them so it was obvious)Called them back after realizing their error and all I got was an "oh". Followed by complete silence.Whoever answered the phone could have not cared less. After about 1 minute of silence I just hung up.

Be sure to get what they are going to fix in writing NOT VERBALLY.we where told VERBALLY what was going to get fix and how much then when they fix it,it was $175 more than what we where told they fix things that we didn't approve they told us that they fix things if it's under $300.I said but this what we agreed to and u need My approval before fixing things that wasn't discussed.SO GET IT IN WRITING BEFORE THEY WORK ON IT. ( CYA.)

Great place great people..walked in the door and mr gnann come right to me and asked what i needed amd had it on the counter in no time. I reccomend them to anyone. Plenty of mowers and lawn equipment and much more.
