The man normally behind the counter is 10 stars out of 5 all day. Super helpful and always friendly.The lady in there has no clue however. Constantly looking up the wrong parts, if she even bothers to look it up at all.Today was my last visit though. I asked her for a 1/4" x 38" Gates belt. I bought a 1/4" x 36" yesterday and its short. I even gave her a part number Gates 1380. She told me they dont sell belts that small. Tried to look it up, couldn't find it. Never went to look or see what she had. The almighty computer couldn't do it so she was lost.... She stuck to "we don't sell that" couldn't even figure out how to order it.

It's a rare thing in this day and age to find people who run their business like the good people of Carquest Auto. They care about helping people more than the desire to make money. You don't see that much anymore. If you need auto repair you should check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Only parts store that doesn't except returns worst place to go will never buy from them again. I will walk to the next parts store over 10 miles away before they ever get my money again F this place

Very helpful people are nice don't always have what I need but I would rather go to the store then some other store in the big city where they just want to sell you a bunch of junk you don't need

An old school parts store with a staff that knows how to read a parts book and has parts books unlike the morons at the big box auto parts stores. A good selection of parts and if they don't have it they know where to send you to get it.
