Horrible experience. Not very friendly or helpful. Had my car for 9 days. They didn't fix it. Had to charge my battery to get it home(it hadn't been a battery issue). They aren't good about keeping you updated or calling you back. I was hoping to have found a local automotive shop to give our business. This sadly was not the one. Use at your own risk.

My vehicle broke down on their property and I had to wait for my insurance to tow it to their repair shop. They were very nice about the whole situation.

I should had done a review since last year, but better late than never!. Our family just moved to springfield last year, I called a few places to schedule an oil change appointment. Everyone I've called did not stand out to me for some reason to the point that I was willing to drive back home an hour for service. But then I called Bashlor's and spoke with Hunter she asked if I could come the next day and I said yes!. When I got there, everyone was so nice and polite!. They all made me feel like I mattered and I felt right at home!. Hunter from front desk was amazing!. I know she is not there anymore, I sure miss her a lot where ever she is now they are lucky to have her. I don't remember all the mechanic names so I won't start naming them I don't want to miss anyone! but I can honestly say that, they are all equality nice! and they work fast!. Bashlor's is where I take both of my vehicles for service now. I know it is not a big fancy place! but they have come a long way since I have been going there. They are small but mighty!. So give them a chance you won't regret it!. Team Bashlor's for as long they are in business!.

The guys here do great work. I would recommend to anyone in the area needing repairs. Stand up shop. Had a slight miscommunication on work that needed to be done and they handled it like true professionals. Thanks, guys! I d trust them with any vehicle of mine.

I brought my 87 Toyota Pickup to get diagnosed for not running. Was told it would be looked at within a week. Waited almost 3 weeks just to be told the vehicle is too old to worked on because its carbureted by Mark. Now this lot has many old vehicles from the 50-70s sitting on it that has been repaired at this location so this shop just refuses to work on the truck. Would not recommend this shop.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Very pleased with our auto repairs. Originally had my auto towed to another shop in Rincon to find out they didn't have the computer program to read codes. Then, I had my auto towed to Bashlor's due to a friends recommendation. With Covid Staffing shortages, EVERYONE is backed up. That is expected. I want to say thank you for getting my repairs done in a timely manner. Faster than I expected. Located the problems to my car and fixed. Starter and Brake Pedal Switch. I even called in to ask if ya'll could go ahead and charge my AC. THANK YOU! You saved me an extra trip. Pricing was fair and way lower than I had originally expected. Your location will be my new "go to" spot for all of my auto repairs and maintenance going forward. 10/10 recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Great!team at this garage, courteous friendly knowledgeable first garage that I've ever walked into that I actually felt comfortable and like they weren't out just to get my wallet speaking of that very affordable pricing and did I mention how friendly courteous and knowledgeable they were. Will definitely be sticking with this garage.

All around great service! I called 5 mins before they closed and they made sure to get my tires ordered with two mins to spare. I dropped my car off that night and received a call that my car was ready within just a few hours of them opening the next day. I highly recommend this company. I ll never take my car anywhere else! Great service but wish they would inform as to status of repairs when they have your vehicle for a month. It runs great now but I had to call each week for details. Ended up giving them another car to repair. Will do service with them with no hesitation

I took my f250 in for ac repair they fixed it. A couple of months later no ac. I took it back and fixed it no questions asked. They do quality work and most importantly stand behind their work. As the female owner of two fairly old vehicles, I am well taken care of at Bashlor's. They keep me in the loop and keep me on the road. They know who I am, and I trust their judgment. They take the time to answer my questions.

The guy that owns this shop is a stand up individual..he noticed my tags were from Florida and immediately fixted my truck so i could get home..his prices are hard to beat and his mechanics are top notch..i recommended him to all..very professional

This place is a rip off. Dumb hicks took 2 extra days and still didn't fix my alignment. Over priced, bunch of liars.
