The center engine splash shield from my Toyota Highlander broke off while I was driving it on the highway. It was hanging only by a bolt, so it was dragging on the ground. I was driving to Hilton Head for a girls weekend and was far from home and had no clue how I would fix the issue. I stopped by this service center and they are the most helpful, efficient mechanics I have ever met. I told them what happened and immediately, they knew how to help. They are the most sweetest and kind people. I would recommend this service center to everyone. Great service! They went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!

Kirk and his team came to our rescue after we had a blow out on the highway. AAA didn't come and we hobbled to Performance Tire and was back in the road in less than an hour.

We called ahead after a blowout on I16 and Grant waited for us and fixed us right up. Kind man, good service, and fair prices. The address shown on Google maps is a bit off though.

ALWAYS NICE AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP IN ANYWAY. ALSO NEVER HAD TO TAKE MY SUV BACK, AFTER THEY HAVE WORKED ON IT. HE HAS THE BEST PRICES AROUND FOR FOR AN OIL CHANGE.

We live in Huntsville, Al. We broke down near I-16. I-16 Towing picked us up and took my kids and I to Performance tire and atuo care. They fixed the issue and took care of us. Very friendly! Thank you for saving us!!

Wasn't satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. Advised the owner before leaving he told me to return at later date and when I did he said they did all they could do first time. Poor alignment job
