I experienced very poor service when I arrived at 6:30 for my tire service. The shop was closed, and when I inquired, one of the staff claimed their machine was down. It seems they were being dishonest and unwilling to work.

I came in at 4:30pm needing a flat tire repair. Josh was working and despite them closing at 5pm and having already taken in the last customer he took a look at my tire, determined that I needed a new one, and replaced it right away for me, no questions asked. Shout out to Josh and the crew working with him this evening for being so kind and accommodating.

Got my tires changed, all 4. Reasonably priced! Spent $430 + tax for namebrand wheels, plus got a 5th one free...although I'm not sure why. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Team was super friendly. Overall the service and experience was great and I'll be using this particular team for years to come.

I had a 7 AM appointment. Believe it or not, they will on time. The tires were there and they will put on right away. I had no problem, and they were very reasonable.

it's no way I have been here waiting on my vehicle more than an hour since it's been ready for pickup. I literally had to wait for a manager to come to the auto section to check me out. an hour later.

They should install tires you buy from then for free like every other company does. Go discount tire repair uis free the whole life of the tire and install is free and they are all over the country !

The service takes forever! This store has never been accommodating. My battery failed and I got it jumped so that could have it replaced but was told that they were unable to help me (at 12:50 pm in the day). How can you not help someone who needs a car battery to get around. Sometimes I wonder if it's a racist thing because the older woman is typically very curt and aggressive with me. I typically end up at the Centerville-Snellville location to get my car worked on with no issues. I've been to this Conyers store a couple times and each experience is worse than the previous.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I ve went to Walmart auto center for years, this is the worst one. They do not have good customer service. These men are lazy and do not want to work. All I needed was a new battery for my car. The young man first told me that I should just charge it but they couldn t do it. My car would not start without a new battery. So I told him I would just buy a new one it was an emergency. The shift lead and the other two workers were inside just talking and laughing. I said I really needed the battery. So the young man in training said they were busy and had appointments. I was so confused because a battery takes two seconds. Meanwhile laughing and standing around. I said I will go head and buy the battery, and also asked what time I should come back so they can put it on. Lol it s a two minute job. He said three I said ok and I purchased the battery. Then as I m getting into the car he then says they close at three. So I said can you please see if he can put the battery on real quick for me. I walk in behind him as he asking the shift lead manager is on the counter with the phone to his ear listening to music. The other heavy set light skin one is also on his phone. By this point I m pissed because I already purchased the battery. Not to mention the young man told me to go on YouTube it s not hard lol this place is a joke. I went to the Walmart auto on rock ridge up the street and the young men put it on in 2 minutes. Not to mention they were busy with a lot of cars. Told them what happened they laughed. TRASH WORKERS!!! Stay away!!

Don't get tires from them they do not want to warranty them and not only that if there was a fire in the tire shop area you can't get out because they keep the door luck and not only that there's tires all over the floors in the walking ounce

Walmart Auto Care does good work. However, they don't communicate the customer's wait time very well. The customer needs to know, right up front, how long the service will take. Then the customer needs to be immediately updated if the service starts going over time.Vern did a good job on my tires and I appreciate his professionalism.

I had to bring a battery back for them to charge. When I came back next day, sticker on batt said replace battery. So now for the next 15 minutes, here comes every lost employee trying to check the battery and explaining to me that they dont know why the computer is not working.... Then a girl asks If I want to replace the battery and if they have it in stock.... Thought I was getting Punked!!!One dude.looked like Wiily from Crank Yankers.. Should have sent it sooner!!!! Place is a joke.. Becareful....

Closed at 5. Window says 7. Couldn't get an oil change after being told to wait 30 mins. Left and came back in 25, still no.

Came in for tires, spent over 3hrs to get tires on my truck. Didn't get better help and information till almost 2 and 1/2hrs into this. Not fast, good price, but still not fast. Oh did I forget to mention their was only one of two cars ahead of me. Yeah chalk this up as a bad experience.

Lady at front desk needs A LOT MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. I wanted to check the price of a battery. The lady rudely placed me on hold for over 20 minutes with no return. I went to the store only to find out that they didn t have the battery that I needed. When I mentioned that she kept me on hold she stated that she takes care of the people that are in front of her first then answers her phone calls. I clarified with her asking if the person on hole has been waiting and more and more customers are in front of her does she take them first. She said yes. So apparently the person on the phone call, no matter what time they called, will be left on hold until there is no one in front of her. This was Tuesday, March 19 at 11:20 AM. You know who you are lady!.

I was so dissatisfied with the service. If i could give 0 stars i would. I went to get my tire patched because I had a slow leak. The service member who worked there told me he was not able to take off the lug nuts. He got off 1 lug nut but the other 3 were too tight. He encouraged me to go back to the dealership where i bought the car or go to pep boys because their machine has better pressure. I, instead, went to walmart on Stone mountain highway. They were extremely helpful and had no problem taking off and replacing my tire.

Bad experience the tire and tube. There is a big guy there, was so rude to me I didn t know why even his colleague saw how he was rudely talking to me as if I was a trash. I came in to buy and change my tires but when I got home all the new tires was out of air. I don t know if they changed my tire or fix it. Really Walmart need to do better on some people that they hire though. I don t know what I did wrong all I need was some help with my tires and this happened on September 17,2020

Ok wait time 45 min or more depending on your arrival. I am sure the focus is not as l on your vehicle. As I had to ask for my next oil change sticker in order to know my next visit. If I do used them.

Told me they didn't have time to patch a tire when they were still open for another hour and a half. Watched them afterwards have casual conversations with any and everyone they could. Meanwhile, I was stuck in their parking lot searching for another tire shop. Leaving a customer stranded in your parking lot, WOW!

I'm only giving 1 star because you can't give less. I went in last week to get an oil change and the tech left oil stains in my SUV. I have a towel that I leave in my seat that had oil stains on it as well. Just a very bad experience with this location. There should be a management change or something to verify quality control. Unless Wal-Mart don't care. Last visit I will take elsewhere. Just terrible.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE CENTER. DAMAGED MY RIMS TIRES ARE BAD QUALITY. DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING I AM HERE TRYING TO FILE A CLAIM OK N THE DAMAGE AND HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER AN HOUR. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A TIRE SHOP THAT IS THIS POORLY RAN. I AM SO MAD I CAN'T TYPE ANY mORE THIS PLACE HAS FRUSTRATED ME TO THE POINT WHERE I CAN'T EVEN Complain

Went to get tire caught guy going though my things in my car they got everything on tape. Sent him home I got free tire His butt should be fired!!! Becareful don't leave things in your car. In that store 2-4 times aweek. Sad

I showed up at 8:23 it says they should be open. The tech said he is the only one there and they don t open till 10:30 but he s been at work since 8 am I m assuming. This is unprofessional and very misleading as to what s listed online. Even on the Walmart website

Over 2 hour wait for oil chamhe and the employees either on their cell phones or out in the parking lot hanging with biddies that stopped by ...not customers cause I heard them telling buddies to come by and later when my car wasn't done I seen him out hanging out laughing with his buddies instead of doing my oil change...never again!!

Wish I could give 0. This place is a joke...I was the first car in line and I only ask for an oil change. 2 hours later I am still asking how much longer and my car is still parked in the garage with my hood up, I walk out and look to see jo activity going on under my car in the pit or nobody under my hood.the guy who suppose to be doing my oil change walking around talking on his cell phone...woww.. I will NEVER be back here!!

H O R R I B L E customer service . The absolute worse ever . Waited 4 hours simply to get my tires changed out . Then EVERYONE went to break at the same exact time and didn't let anyone know . Will never come back here again . And as I'm writing this I'm still waiting ...... smh

This place has horrible customer service. I called today at 3:43 to see if I could get an oil change & they said sure as long as I'm here by 6. I get here at 5:20 and they tell me they're closed for the day they sent all their techs home for the day.
