Awful experience. They Show me a car that required over $5,000 of repairs, including a new engine within the first two months. The warranty that he sold us was actually only for $500 max, but he insisted that it was supposed to cover more. He did not even demonstrate understanding of the warranty he was selling. The company had to explain it to us. We are now out of $12,000 because of our interactions with him and the terrible car that he sold us. We are so disappointed.

Amazing experience - I met with Mr Philip who greeted me well and made sure I felt welcome, he understood what I was looking for and took his time going through the available inventory to get me exactly what I was looking for. Got the car in amazing condition and paid less than market price! Amazing customer experience and 10/10 overall experience, definitely recommended and definitely coming back myself if I or anyone of my family need a car. Thanks again to Mr Philip!

Amazing experience. Ayman helped me out pick a car for my son. We chose the 2014 honda accord. The car runs great with no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a car.

Philip was a huge help and from my experience is a trustworthy car salesman, he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Bought a car from him earlier this year and the experience we had led us right back to them to purchase another. Always up front about condition of vehicles, very courteous and has a selection of high quality vehicles at extremely fair prices.If you are in the market for an affordable used vehicle at a fair price there s no one else I d recommend more. Two Acura MDX s in the family now thanks to Philip Motors. Thanks again!

I bought a truck from here March 2023 and it stop working August 2023 I will never buy another vehicle from here again. I ask for help to speak with one of there mechanics to get it fixed because I had already put 2000$ in it and nobody could tell me what's wrong with. Still haven't heard nothing back from them.

I love my vehicle I purchased but that s not the reason for the 2 stars. The salesperson I got (Amin) I believe is his name, was super unprofessional, can barely understand him, and he wasn t doing anything to sell me the vehicle he was only telling me how good the price was compared to everyone else s which I didn t care about. I liked the truck but brakes needed some work so I asked if he could do that for me before I purchased, he said yes he would take care of it. He changes the brakes for me and then tried to text me when it s done saying the price is going up $500 because they had to fix the brakes, which only cost 375$, (HE STRAIGHT UP TOLD ME THIS). Then when I come to buy the truck he has the audacity to ask me why I m giving him a hard time when all I asked was if the deal we made days ago was still the one I d be getting. I have now come to find out that my key fob is faulty and it isn t just the battery, and I brought this to their attention but they will not answer me now. I love my vehicle but will not buy from them again, super unprofessional and bad business all around. Only reason I still bought the truck is because it was in great condition.

Great experience. I waited several months before making this review to make sure there were no hidden issues. No sales pressure, had no issue with us taking the vehicle to be inspected at a nearby mechanic. Pricing was good, process was easy.

Came back to Philip for another car for my expanding family. He was very helpful. Listened to what I needed and gave some recommendations he felt would suit my family needs. He was understanding to my price range and I was able to get a good vehicle for a fair price. Will definitely deal with him again!

My experience purchasing a vehicle was the best with these guys. I tried different dealerships but didn t seem to work out for me like them. They answered all my questions professionally and they are very informative. They gave me and my daughter all the time we need to discuss and make a final decision and didn t try to sell us the car which other people tried to do. I really appreciate your help and definitely will be back.

I honestly hate to leave a bad review, but i feel obligated after the amount of time I invested to try to make a purchase. They were very helpful over the phone and I was able to get everything I needed too so that my credit union could cut me a check for the car. The lady at my bank did say he was a bit rude, but he was respectful with me. The NADA was 8850 which is what my bank uses i made the deal at 8900 which I was satisfied with after reviewing the car online assuming the only issue I saw with the car was a damaged rim and some wear on the seats which was fine for the age of the car. Unfortunately after a 2.5 hour trip to the dealership with check in hand to make the purchase things were not as they appeared online. The car did have a clean Carfax. After a five minute inspection I noticed an large knot on the inside front tire. I also noticed that every tire was a different make on each wheel. He did offer to replace the tire which was nice, but the left me wondering how well the car was looked over before it was put on the lot after being purchased from an auction. Also the paint on the car had a lot of defects that were not visible in the add so that was disappointing and unexpected. However i decided to take the car for a test drive. My complaints after initial test drive.....-airbag light was on-Tire pressure sensor malfunction light on-brake very spongy, need to be put all the way to floor before they would workDuring the test drive I connected my code reader and went into the OEM diagnostics. I had for codes on the srs system and the first one was crash detected. Being as the Carfax was clean and i found no sign of a previous accident i decided to reset the srs system. Once done i had two codes come back. Low voltage and b2295 which could be several issues pictures are attached. Once I returned I discussed the issues I found. He did say he thought they had reset the light, but obviously it was still an issue. He claimed it could be from battery low voltage and told me to bring it by parts store to have battery tested. Obviously that may be a possibility but that is the obligation of the dealer to have solved before sale. At this point I was just not comfortable spending top dollar on a vehicle that had red flags and then putting my son in it with the safety issues already looked over. Really bummed out with the amount of time I invested and getting my hopes up gifting this car to my son today. I feel like a lot of this could have been solved before listing the car and or been put in the info about the car for buyers to see.Edit for response to owner: At the end of the day something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it, and you may find someone with inadequate knowledge to make the purchase. I have now attached the value used by a bank for the purchase which the bank used NADA to access the value. The value is not even close to $13500 even when using KBB which i can provide as well ran off Carfax. I already needed gap insurance for the car even at the $8900 purchase price with decent loan rate. Add the unknown cost of air bag problems which can be pricey. I bet if they deployed today in that car it would be considered a total loss. Add the other issues that need to be fixed and you cannot expect someone with any mechanical knowledge to think this is a fair deal or a safe vehicle, even when considering the age of the vehicle. I also do not think a reputable lender would lend on the vehicle knowing these things if it were brought to their place for inspection. I posted this review for folks that may not have knowledge of cars wanting to make a purchase. If I knew that these problems existed with the car I would have never been interested in the purchase. Again thank you for being professional with me. We will have to agree to disagree on this.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES! HEARTBROKEN TODAY!!! I've been saving money for a long while to buy a convertible. I was promised the 2010 Infinity G37 convertible was in great shape. I bought it. Drove immediately to a gas station and it wouldn't start! I didn't make it 1/4 before it broke down!The next day ,the top wouldn't work and the only window that now works is the driver's side. The owner looked me in the eye talking about being a Christian, SHAME ON HIM! These guys are really good and convincing!If you work hard for your money and have a dreamcar in mind, DONT GO TO PHILIP MOTOR AS THEY JUST DONT CARE WHO THEY HURT!!! Adding to my review! It's been a week since Philip Motors sold me a lemon. They told me they would fix the issue with the top not working. So I called and told them I would be there Monday to have top repaired. The owner said "did you give me bad review, I said no I gave you an HONEST REVIEW! He said "unless I remove my review, he will not fix the car! They also spray painted several big places on the car I could not see at night! SO EITHER REMOVE MY HONEST REVIEW OR SPEND $2,000.00 TO $3,000.00 TO FIX CAR MYSELF! THATS WHO THESE THIEVES ARE ...PLEASE BEWARE! They are not associated with the Better Business Bureau either! That tells you all you need to know! God Bless, Kimberly Caudle

They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Drove 9 hours to see a 2010 f150 that I saw on his web site. Called and spoke with Phillip he told me there were absolutely no mechanical issues. Well the motor had Diesel fuel all over the top of it, what s diesel doing on a gas truck? and the truck had dents all over it, he wouldn t let me start the vehicle. To top it all off he raised the price

I almost wrote a good review before everything went down hill. First off bought truck with cash said only thing wrong was ac needed charging no big deal well needs new compressor and clutch then charged. Check engine light came on after about 100 miles because the computer finally reset pretty sure dealer can t sale truck they doesn t pass emissions I called they said bring it up they will have mechanic look at it and yup they said it needs a cat converter and o2 sensor, also needs brakes and ac system wouldn t help with anything never even got a call back on the place they suggested to get cat converter that I was willing to pay for. It is what it is but if anyone ever buys from here definitely have mechanic look it over cause everything is straight from auction cleaned up with codes cleared to sale.

Micheal was an amazing salesman. He made the process so fast & simple. He made sure that we got in the vehicle that best fit us physically & affordable. I highly recommend him & this dealership if you need a nice reliable car for cheap. Awesome service ! They accepted us when no one else did.

DO NOT!!! buy a car from this dealership! I brought a car from here a few months ago in December and since then the car is in the shop for a second time. The car is a lemon and the dealership knew it and they fix it up enough to drive away with it. So I tried calling to the dealership and telling them about the car and I was told by jimmy , if that s even his real name. That once I drive off the lot the car is mine and I should ve had a mechanic check it, it s not they problem and there done with the car in hung up in my face and was very nasty the way he spoke to me. So if u thinking about buying a car from here, Please Save yourself a Big Problem and go somewhere else

I'm a disabled combat war veteran with limited income and not the best credit . I had been looking for a truck for a little over six months ,so you can imagine some of the car dealers I've encountered....believe me some of the worst of the worst...My point these guys not only had what I was looking for,but at a prices that I could afford. Being that my credit wasn't the best these guys worked with me diligently to get me what I needed to purchase my vehicle..and believe me when I say I was a case.....The professionalism of these guys was impeccable. I had a few issues that I didn't agree with , but they arrested the issue with ease..with no hesitation not even a second thought. I recommend Philip motors. " THESE GUYS ARE OFFICIAL". PROFESSIONAL,COURTEOUS , AND,ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMER......A very nice selection of vehicles with very reasonable prices,,,5+ in my book. They also stand behind their sale.

I wrote a good review a few weeks ago when I thought the issues with the Lexus I bought was going to be fixed, there are several major issues with my car and now I am being told they are my problem?? When I brought the issues to their attention with in the 1st few days of having the car...I don't have money to put into a car I just bought for $8K cash from an insurance claim due to the fact my Toyota Camry was totaled in a wreck and I was given a check for $8K to purchase a new car, and went to Philip Motors, Inc. and found a Lexus I really love but did not realize until I bought it that it had so many issues and ALL I AM TRYING TO DO NOW IS GET THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND PUT ME IN ANOTHER CAR UP TO THE SAME VALUE THAT I CAN HAVE A MECHANIC LOOK OVER 1ST and not have to fix a bunch of issues with money I DO NOT have. The owner was so nice at 1st to step up and fix broke motor mount and put a new battery in but it needs a new CV Axle, Tire Rods, Bushings etc...and all I want is for Philip Motors, Inc. to simply trade my Lexus with a similar car that does not have all these issues and allow me to have a Merry Christmas....Cause this whole situation is STRESSING ME OUT!!

I had good experience with this dealership, put some money down and the rest they gave me 3 months same as cash which worked great for me. They changed the front rotors and brake pads for me. I bought 2002 BMW 330i, drives great, no problems with it so far, had it for 6 months.

Bought a Buick Enclave from them, had a few issues that wasn t important especially for the price I was getting it for.. then he offered to fix the problems.. picks up the phone every time I call an tells me to come get whatever I need fixed on the car.. these guys are very professional and helpful..

Major headaches! Just finished returning a car I purchased 2 days ago. Dealer turned off check engine light, gave false code, put wrong size tires, and was very deceptive. We lost 8% in "transaction fees". And many hours of our time. Wish they were more honest. I would not reccomend dealing with them.

lipstick on a pig. 2008 Lexus is, had many apparent issues that had been attempted to be covered up, beauty plastic parts under the hood were all unattached trunk had been repainted as overspray was all over the liner, significant water accumulation in the trunk, interior door panels appeared to be melted.

Recently bought a Saab 9-2x Aero from this dealership at a great price. Finalizing the purchase took an hour or so (on New Years day), but I have been driving it for several weeks now without any problems. The title was sent (clean, carfaxed before hand) once the money cleared, as promised.I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from. Test drive the cars, don't expect perfection from a used vehicle. Seats are a little worn, windshield is chipped, the car didn't come with floor mats - but it is a used car. All the important parts work well.
