Went in to get some batteries for my diesel truck they didn't have the exact ones but we found some that were acceptable..... helped me load them into my vehicle and I'm bringing back the cores today.... If you are a veteran please speak up when you're in there and let them know they will give you a 10% discount....

This was our first time to this location. We will definitely drop back by. Folks were so nice and encouraging to our son considering starting a detailing business. Great people!

Took lawn mower battery cause lawn mower wouldn't start. No one asked why I was bringing the battery in. They just sold me a new battery just like the old one. I had the old battery less than 1 year. I later learned that the old battery should have been checked to see if it just needed to be trickle charged. I ended up returning the newly purchased battery the next day but wasn't given my old battery back just the refund and core fee. Told me the old battery was packed up. Competitor advised they should have given the old battery back to me since it was still in the store. Probably realized the old battery was good and they could resell it. I now know what to do but I feel so taken advantage of. I am a female who didn't research the process before taking my battery in. I just wanted to cut my lawn!I wrote to O'Reilly's customer care and got an immediate response that the situation would be turned over to a district manager but I have not heard from that person.

Don t go anywhere else. I always make the mistake of trying to use one of the closer parts store and every single time they disappoint. These guys are always friendly, always have stock, and always willing to help.

Nice store, but I was turned off by the profanity laced music being played behind the counter clearly loud enough for customers to hear. Attendant never came out from behind the counter to help me find what i needed. No customer service.

Had a part that was supposed to be delivered there said they were going to be open the next day. When I got there the next day, no one was there. Store was closed and it was before seven when they were closed

I love this O Reilly s. Great staff. I called and AJ picked up the phone and was extremely helpful and found my part after a short hold and stated he would hold it. I came in and was greeted by AJ and as soon as I said I called in earlier he mentioned my name and car. Correct sir. He retrieved my part and helped me locate windshield wipers for two different cars and before I could ask he wrote the make of each car on the windshield wipers and what side they went on. What more can I ask for? Excellent customer service and who knew that they not only offer a discount to our military but to out law enforcement officers as well. I will be back. Thank you you AJ. The staff at the O'Reilly's on Hwy 78 in Snellville is exceptional. The guys treat you like family and are extremely helpful when shopping there. The prices are comparable but the service is what pushes them head and shoulders above the competition

They had my parts and I was back on the road in no time. Steering knuckles are a must when driving on the road. What else is going to connect steering and suspension to the road?? Keep them in stock.

Went to a wedding. The party hall is on the back of the Auto store with very limited parking. Because someone could have a sign posted in the front sing extra parking in the back of the party hall instead of everybody trying to crowd in the front of party hall and auto store, instesd of them looking at everyone like we were stupid. If you don't know something is best to have a sign out front! So that people would know that there's a free parking. This is the stupidest place to have a party hall!

I am a female and yes we know about cars too!! Everytime I go in this store I feel disrespected and looked down upon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I just moved here from cartersville Ga. You guys could learn some manners from CVILLE!!

Store does not close at 9. Been there a few times on weekdays, before 7:30 pm and have found store closed.

I have never visited this place before just happened to drive on my way home. If i am ever I. The area I will definitely return because this was the first time I have ever seen anybody at any parts actually open and check the part thoroughly before giving it to me. Jeffery A+ man!

Poor customer service!! Wyatt was very nasty with me and lazy. Worst service I have ever gotten for an O'Reilly's. Had the go the another O'Reilly's for better service.

I called to get a price quote. I got the ugliest attitude from an associate (Lee or Ree or whatever). He was just downright nasty for no reason. I wouldn't recommend.

People up there are racist ask could they put a battery in my car and replied "no we can't" so I travel to another store and they agree to change my battery no problem. I will report them to corporate.

Great service. Scowered the internet trying to find the part I needed that they didn't have and found it. Great effort. Very knowledgeable. A cut above Auto Zone and waay above Napa.
