Came in on a Thursday to purchase a vehicle 2017 (mini cooper) for my daughter that Mark directed me to and within moments Mark had her approved for her first car loan and after there was a slight hiccup the situation was take. Care of IMMEDIATELY and seamless. After which, I proceeded to inquire about a trade in on a vehicle (Audi A8l) that I purchased here as well in March of 2022, I proceeded to inquire about a 740i BMW and again the transaction went smoothly with the assistance of Mark. Bottom line: I purchased two vehicles in the span of 72 hours and on top of that the owner Akram was present and when I say this man was totally helpful and thorough would be an understatement. I ve never experienced the care of ANY car dealership owner as he showed to me and my family. Overall Great experience!! #5Stars

What an amazing deal! Moe & Akram were extremely helpful from beginning to the time i drove off the lot. They let me get the car inspected twice and fixed all small issues (plus some) before purchased! I felt confident driving off the lot! Thank You guys we will meet again!

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with over the years. Mark was straight forward with me he didn t hesitate in getting me approved. Mark let me take my time in deciding on a car, he didn t pressure me nor harassed me on purchasing a vehicle. Well, where to start. I reached out about a black Toyota Sequoia, and from the many many pictures online it looked mint. It looked even better in person. After the test drive I felt that the brakes could use just a little bleed to get better feel in the pedal, they proceeded to not just bleed the brakes but also just go ahead and change the pads to at no cost to me. This level of service is almost unheard of in today's market. Moe was not only responsive but exceedingly professional and never once tried to up sell, haggle, or cut corners. He gave me a very reasonable price for a fantastically optioned SUV, and delivered the product he said he would. Moe and the entire team made me feel like I was a VIP customer, like I was the only person buying a car that day. This is the bar that other dealerships should measure themselves to. Thanks Moe, this Sequoia is phenomenal, and I'm glad we could make this deal.

I bought a 3500 GMC DENALI from them. Said everything was fixed. We drive 500 miles from home with our camper. And the truck breaks down on the side of the road first day driving. We have been stranded here for 7 days. I feel like I was scammed !!! I contacted Mark, with pictures, text, and video. I didn't get one reply back. Which leads me too believe they knew of the issues. I'm heart broken. Ali didnt receive not even a text . oh and I payed for the extended warranty. So we call them company, they said they didnt hage a policy. So they pocketed the money for the added warranty we purchased. Which was about 5thousand. Update.... Ita been in the shop for a week and a half. So far we are into the repair cost 6,000. :,( The mechanic showed us the breather was attatched. by drywall screws. It just jewps getting worse :(

I recently purchased a 2015 BMW x6 from this company. The experience was overall phenomenal!! . Mr. Mark made the purchase process a priority because I lived in another state and he shipped it to me on schedule without any hassles. The mid size BMW x 6 is by far one of the best decisions ever. It is a BEAST on the highway of Memphis, Tennessee . I look forward to doing business with this company again and hopefully with Mr. Mark .. Kudos for excellent customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I got a 2013 Ram and within 2 weeks a control arm bolt was completely missing. I told them and I had to pay for half the cost. They never answer the phones and have excuses. It took forever to get a copy of my warranty and not only that it s been 2 month and my truck is in the shop. The assured me the vehicle had a detailed inspection but they lied. Simply issues that were not addressed and put my family on the road being unsafe. They just want your money that s it. All I wanted was help and all they wanted was a sale! Thank god I had the extended warranty.

My son purchased a vehicle and loves it. They shipped the car to Washington DC for us. We hadn t received his paperwork for his registration and when we called the dealership the owner, Akram, took care of us. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the day to get the issue resolved. He then sent me tracking information for the paperwork, and even explained the process of what to do to get vehicle registered. I really appreciate the customer service that was shown to us during this process. Thank You

Just bought a 2500 Silverado. With all the trim in A 1 condition for an unbeatable price. The best part of the experience was the CUSTOMER SERVICE (Much appreciated Mark). I don t need to shop elsewhere, ever. Best part, we got a premium warranty, so yes we are very pleased. If you stop in, chances are you ll be leaving the same kinda review. Peace and blessings.

Rude and Unprofessional.I called to ask about a vehicle they had listed to ask a few questions since they hadn t posted the VIN online.The guy who answered the phone immediately gave me a hard time about asking for the carfax information and huffed at me when I asked him to check it for any accidents reported before I drive over an hour to look at it.After telling me all the cars they have are clean, it has an accident reported and when I mentioned it s priced too high for an accident he told me to go to another dealership.I will happily go to another dealership and purchase the same vehicle with the same mileage with no accidents for 2,000 less.I m in sales myself, and even if the car was perfect and priced better than all the rest around, I still wouldn t have even gone to the dealer to take a look because of the way he was acting. Absolute loser.
