My dad has used Sid as long as I can remember.I know he had many transmissions built for the cars he worked on as well as personal ones with no problems. A few years ago I had my trans for my 94 c1500 done and couldnt be happier with the results. Before this we also had my moms Tahoe done as well and it is well on it's way to over 220,000 after the factory one let go just shy of 120,000. I would highly recommend.

They built my th350 a few months ago. I brought them my cam card and all the details of my build. I bought their converter, their teams fluid (AMS oil) and let them rebuild my trans. The outcome was way better than expected. First the transmission does not leak. I have checked the fluid level at least 10 times to make sure it is full, I just thought leaking was part of owning a chevy. The converter I bought from him is within 100 rmp of my desired stall. The shifts arent as firm as I wanted but they are quick and deliver 100% positive engagement. Do not rush these guys, artists work at an artist pace. I will definitely return for future builds.Service: Transmission

I had a 400 with a trans brake built for a bolt on ls1 car. The trans didn't last 100 miles of casual driving. I called and called the builder for months before I got an answer. After I explained what happened and he told me to pull the trans and bring it back I never got a hold of him again. I literally called for three months with no answers. I WOULDN'T SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO TO THEM. I LOST TIME AND MONEY FOR A TRANS THAT FAILED UNDER 380HP.

HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SID NEAL SINCE 1991. OWNED 2 GOODYEAR AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOPS FOR 20 YEARS AND NOW HAVE A SMALL MOM AND POP SHOP IN BRASELTON. I HAVE PURCHASED OVER 300 TRANSMISSIONS FROM SID SINCE 1991 AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES TO SPEAK OF . THE QUALITY OF THE TRANSMISSIONS HE BUILDS IS AWESOME. CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE QUALITY.
