These people are so nice. We will be taking my wife's Cadillac 2017 back there for any service needs. Also my wife left here Debit card in the cup holder right where she left if very Honest people. The reception is very helpful and very very nice.

Highly recommend this place. Im not 1 for leaving reviews unless the service was that bad or unless the place really impressed me. Well this place went above my expectations. I am a 30 yr heavy duty tractor trailer mechanic and impressing me isnt easily done but the people here managed to do it. I wasnt just a number on there board they wanted to take care of the problem i had and did without trying to sell me things that i didnt need. They was very profetional and honest and i would trust them to work on any of my families cars. I will be using them for all my needs from now on

I was tired of the poor quality shoddy repair work from the auto shops near me. Went online to check 5-star reviewed auto repair shops and N.E.N. was the top of the list. Even though they were located half hour away, I had to try. My car needed quite a bit of work. The result? They fixed my car within a reasonable time, found the causes of all the squeaks and creaks.fixed my oil leak and I gave me a reasonable price. Now I can drive without embarrassment and I have my car running like I remember it. Thank you N.E.N! You re one of the good ones.

Was told my car would be ready Monday.. Monday comes no call so i call them I get a long story about how they had the wrong part and the cost of service ended up being more than what I was initially told!! On top of all that come to pick you my car to find it park upside the garage door. Of course, he(Nigel) denied he had it parked against the door SMH never will I ever recommend service at this place God awful!!

It took a week and a half to diagnose the car. Their fee for diagnostics 139 an hour. Storage is 25 a day so for nothing my fee was over 500. Please find another place!!!!

N.E.N has gained a new customer with me! Was referred by a coworker and by far best referral I could have gotten. Being new to the area and state as a whole i dreaded the thought of finding a honest trustworthy mechanic like the one I left back home in Virginia. Been here a couple times and can say everytime I've drove off their lot, I have a new gained confidence and safety feel in my vehicle. Was able to get me in last minute and had my vehicle back in no time!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Great prices! As a woman I didn't feel taken advantage of. I love the new location. My only issue was being given an 11am appointment for my tires to be installed, yet walking out of there almost 4 hours later. I would've expected the wait if I were a walk in. In retrospect, it would've been nice to be told the approximate amount of time the job will take so you can decide whether to stay out leave your vehicle. You better believe I will ask next time.

I had a great experience here. Wes called me within a few hours to let me know what was going on with my car, and gave me a recommendation and direction that saved me a lot of money.I appreciate how honest and professional these folks were(hard to find these days). Great place to carry your car for honest and profesional work. The whole team looked out for me which felt good. Being a female, sometimes places may try to take advantage of you, but I felt confident in Nigel and his team. Check him out!! Great service and trust you need when dealing with your car. Dropped off my vehicle to Nigel with a serious oil leak at noon. He diagnosed and correctly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I also appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain what the issue was without trying to oversell. I woke up the next day and checked my vehicle and it was bone dry. Not a drop of oil in sight. Great customer service, dependable repair and fair pricing. I ll definitely be supporting N.E.N. And trusting them with needed repairs in the future.

Professional service!New to the area and in search of a dependable mechanic.Was told by AutoZone that I needed a new alternator. Stopped in this morning to see if N.E.N. Auto Service could check the battery and replace the alternator if necessary. Thankful it turned out to only be the battery. They could have replaced the alternator as well. How would I know otherwise that it was just the battery.Thanks to the staff and their honesty and professionalism I will be back in the future and tell others of the outstanding service.

HONESTY! That's what you'll get when you take your car here. We are new to the area and needed a small but important fix to my car so I could start my new job. This shop was highly recommended by a new acquaintance, so, needing a repair asap, I took it there. He could've charged me almost anything since I was in new to the area or not known to them or because I needed it asap. But, he didn't. He fixed my car and didnt charge me anything! Granted, my car didn't need new parts or a labor intensive repair but the point is he was HONEST. I highly recommend them and will not be taking my cars anywhere else

World Class Service. That is how I would sum up my experience at NEN.I was very impressed with the knowledgeable and skilled auto technicians there. Nigel was very friendly, hospitable and was very straight forward with his diagnosis of the problem I had. He told me exactly the problem, showed me and advised exactly what needed to be replaced. I've been to other mechanics who would charge me for replacing a part that did not need to be changed. His honesty and vast knowledge, gave me the feeling that I was getting good value for the services rendered. Had a great experience with Nigel and the crew at NEN. Extremely professional and courteous and worked hard to get our car repaired same day as we were only in Atlanta for a weekend. They stayed a couple of hours past closing time in order to get the job done and kept us updated through the day. Would definitely recommend them!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They have been my car s doctor for about 10 years. I keep coming back because they are a full service auto shop, like the ones that use to be at the gas stations back in the days. Their customer service is awesome. They have always been honest about the issues of my car. That s a plus for me because a lot of auto shop take advantage of women who come alone to get their car serviced. As long as this shop is open. Came here as a recommendation from my brother for urgent brake service. The staff here quickly assessed my vehicle and got to work. Reasonable masks protocols (wear one) and lighthearted personalities to work with. This place is amazing!!! I was struggling to find a reliable, and affordable shop to fix my alignment and struts. All locations around either quoted me an arm, a leg, and my firstborn child as well as being extremely booked up, this location fixed my car in record time, and did it for a third of the cost that I was quoted from other locations. Everyone was kind and professional, thank you again!

Nigel is great with his work. He is very nice and knowledgeable. He doesn t rush jobs and takes his time to answer questions. I spoke to him over the phone a few times regarding a battery issue and he took care of us right away. Highly recommend him and shop.

As a new resident of Snellville, I needed to find a quality auto repair shop. I checked Yelp for some suggestions and decided on N.E.N. Auto Service. I was pleased to find that they were as good as advertised. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired at a competitive price. Though I lived in Snellville for 7 years, and Atlanta for 15 total, my wife and I recently moved out of state. We were visiting family for a couple days when my car broke down. On a Saturday afternoon, with nearly every other repair shop either closed or closing soon, I had no idea how I was going to get my car fixed. In a moment of desperation, we coasted into the N.E.N. parking lot, a place I had never heard of or seen before, just hoping for a miracle and a blessing...N.E.N. became both!Nigel, and his team, went above and beyond, despite being near closing time, to take on the repair and get me up and running. The pricing was fair and competitive, the work was great, and the customer service was outstanding!I cannot say enough great things about N.E.N and my experience with them. If I stilled lived in the area, they would be my first go-to repair shop for any need.Thank you so much, N.E.N.!As an added bonus, while you wait, there s an incredible dive bar just next door.

Moe and Nigel are a set of honest, dependable, hardworking guys that know how to properly pace troubleshooting for maximum quality of work. Their receptionist was top notch and kept me well informed of my repair progress/details. I'll be returning to them for routine maintenance~2004 Chevy CavalierShifter Cable and Drive Belt replaced, Coolant Temperature/Pressure issue troubleshot, PCM dealer reprogramed, and a Transmission Flush all at an incredible price. With a courtesy oil change thrown in for my patience with their work load, I am quite pleased with my experience. Five Stars, guys, you've earned it!

Mr. Nigel saved the day. We were ready to celebrate my son's birthday and immediately saw that I had a flat tire. I called my technician and he referred me to N.E.N. because his shop had closed earlier that day. Mr. Earl (Eakaan) called Mr. Nigel and they inspected and repaired my tire even though the shop was closed. I received excellent customer service and technicians were were thorough and professional. Best of all we were still able to celebrate and have a great day!!

My car is 8 years old with over 148,000 miles. Since NEN repaired my car, it has been "purring like a kitten". I can't rate their repair skills. However, the fact that the lack of response and follow up on there behalf was ridiculous so I never took my vehicle to them. I was just trying to get a quote a rough estimate and I had every intention on using them to service my QX56. Being told we will call you back over and over and over and did I say over again and never hearing from them on at least 3 or 4 occasions was enough for me to steer clear.

Nigel and his Team are beyond 5-stars. Took my RAM 2500 to have o2 sensors replaced thinking it was going to be a few days before it's completion but they completed the task SAMEDAY. Their efficiency in getting the work finished without issues are spot-on everytime

Thanks to Nigel and his team at NEN Auto Service. Nigel is responsive and listens not only to our description of the vehicle problem but as a seasoned professional he test the vehicle to ensure the actual problem is repaired and in a timely manner. Thank you Nigel for also keeping me informed as to the status of my car during the repair process, awesome as always. No one wants to pay for those expense services relates to auto care but when it's required NEN Auto Service, snellville is definitely the location for your vehicle and your auto maintenance needs.
