DON T BUY a car in this places. I bought a car and 3 days later it started to shake when I took it back he told me it was the rotters and change them but the car was still shaking. So I took it to a different mechanic and the told me the transmission was bad and to get it fix i would had to pay 4K when I told them about the transmission they told me I was the one who damage it I had a huge argument and I told them to come get their mess up car

My husband bought a car from this place, worked well and then two days later engine light came on and now it barely moves even when flooring it. Instead of taking the car back and fixing it which would seem the obvious and right thing to do, it s in their policy not to take it back and fix it but apparently there s a warranty that allows any auto shop to fix it for free. Makes absolutely no sense, and we feel pretty scammed and pretty angry. Not sure what their auto repair shop is like, but I DEFINITELY would not buy a car from this place. None of this was explained to us and now we are having to pay to get it towed. We are having to take off work, rearrange schedules, and had to wait for 4 days before we could get it to a mechanic. Terrible customer service.

I own a automotive shop in Eatonton Ga, This customer purchased a KIA Sorento ON 2/14/2023 brought it to me on 2/16/2023 for a run hot condition. This is what i found. JC Auto Sales did offer a 90 day warranty that ONLY covers internal failures! Not snake oils to cover up preexisting issues. This customer is completely out of pocket on this repair. Always have a pre purchase inspection done and not all used car lots operate as this.

I only gave them a 1 because they fooled me by being so nice so I am giving them the 1 for being nice but they are a scam. They sold me a nice looking 2010 Nissan Altima a couple of months ago. I paid 8k out the door. They tell you they get their cars from carmax well after spending about $750 for repairs and a new battery, I said I would get rid of it because I didnt trust the car. Went to carmax to get it appraised. They appraised it for 2k. Clearly there is something wrong with the car. This rip off dealership got 8k from me and now I'm trying to turn around and sell it. Scared the engine will go out any day. Shame on you!
