Wish I could give a review of the actual service but he never came out on the day we discussed. No communication afterwards either. I texted the number days later and didn t get a response. lol not sure what the beef is but communication is definitely lacking.

Horrible communication will start the job and not come back to finish very expensive very insensitive comes with a non mechanic wife who controls all the business and money and rips you off please go elsewhere this couple will take your money and never come back with no explanation and no communication

Jackson Mobile Mechanic is my one stop shop for any of my vehicle needs. If I need a new tire, he gets me the best tire for the best price. When my car stopped on the side of the highway, he arrived in a timely manner and had my car back up and running in no time. Frank, the Master Mechanic, has many years of experience and it shows in his work. I will never go to another mechanic... not even for an oil change. Thanks for the years of being a dedicated mechanic!

I first utilized Jackson Mobile when I bought a 2001 Dodge Ram. This truck did not run nor could I figure out what the problem was. I contacted Frank, the Master Mechanic. He came to my location that day, and diagnosed my truck s issue which was the transmission. Within 24 hours Frank replaced the old transmission with a new one, and my truck was running like new! Thanks for being so efficient and affordable.

One of the best thing about having the number one Mechanic on speed dial, is that you can call him anytime of the day! Frank is responsible, dedicated, and good at what he does. He s been fixing our cars, an advising my husband and our kids for over 20 years! Frank is the mechanic you want to call when your car breaks down on Main Street, he s the mechanic you want to call when your car breaks down in your driveway, he s the mechanic you want to call when your car breaks down in the middle of traffic! Frank s the number one mechanic in this area. He s affordable and responsive!

When my motor went out in my vehicle, I didn t know what to do. My brother called around to different individuals and found Jackson Mobile Service. This was one of the best things that could have happened. Frank, the tech is AWESOME. He is very equipped and knowledgeable about automobiles. I give him a thumbs UP. Give him a call, and get some of the best mobile service in the ATL metro area.

I love the convenience of a mobile mechanic. Him and his wife are very nice people. I recieved top service and will definitely use them in the future if needed. He diagnosed my car, ordered and picked up the part, returned and fixed the stalling my car was doing. Thank you!

My experience today was truly disappointing. I set an appointment 2 days ago to have my car looked at. Today's time came and went and I heard nothing at all - no call, voicemail, or text. I had to follow up to see where the mechanic was. He said he was behind on another job, and would text me when on the way. Another hour went by and l didn't hear back. I reached out again by text, asking about any other different time he could meet, and still didn't hear back. How hard is it to send a text, call, or leave a voicemail? If needed, the least he could have done is ask to reschedule.I had taken off work today to get everything looked at. Now, in addition to losing that time, I'll have to locate another mechanic. This isn't the way to treat new potential customers.

Won t regret using this mechanic . Diagnostics and fixtures all in one day. No hassles. Str8 to the point. Treats your vehicle like it s his own. Can truly say I m FULLY SATISFIED with my van . I have 2000 Ford Expedition that was just sitting in my yard for about 3years. Frank Jackson one of the best mechanics around if you listen to the rumors! He showed up talked like we knew each other for years right on time he told me I needed a new transmission an a few other things replaced. Well just like a wizard he did magic he had my transmission out an replaced same day with no hiccups this GUY IS AMAZING! HE WILL AN FOREVER BE THE ONLY MECHANIC I TRUST! JACKSON MOBLE

I have nothing but good things to say about Frank. I was stuck at work with the intention of getting my car towed to a mechanic and found that he TRAVELS TO YOU! What a LIFESAVER.....he got me up and running in time for me to pick up my kids from daycare. From that point on I've recommended him to anyone that needs a mechanic

Frank Jackson of Jackson auto mobile mechanic did amazing work on my car and SUV. Mr. Jackson is very reliable and affordable whenever I have a problem or have any questions he have no problem of answering them, so if you need a good mechanic you give him a call

My male partner called first. When I ( a female ) called and ask to speak to Mr Frank like my partner Directed me to doHis wife answered the phone and told me that I had the wrong number who is she speaking with so I Apologized and hung up told my partner he called them and told them the situation again and they called me back she was on the phone and said oh you wanted to talk to the mechanic and I said yes Mr. Frank she put me on the line with him I proceeded to tell him that the person answering the phone is telling people that this is the wrong number that s bad business she snatches the phone back and starts yelling at me I don t know what kind of problems they have in their marriage but I was just trying to pay the man to fix my car like it says here on Google too much drama for me!!!

They came early which was wonderful nice attitude very professional I'm so happy with the work they did I definitely will be contacting them again and it looks like I will not be taking my vehicle to any other mechanic. I just want to say thank you and I love your service.

Great. Came out and fixed the issue with my vehicle in a timely manner. Saved me a lot of money. Dealership would have walked me over the head with repair cost. Would recommend to anyone seeking to avoid auto mechanic shop/ dealership.

Very suspicious mechanic i brought my car in for an ac compressor swap and after i realized it wasn t working properly i tried contacting him and now he ignores all my calls. Makes me wonder if he even really changed out my ac compressor. I wouldn t recommend this mechanic to anyone.
