Holden's Automotive exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service and in-depth skills and knowledge. I had a persistent issue with my Jeep that another shop couldn't resolve, but Holden's went the extra mile. Their diligence and frequent updates kept me informed at every step. Highly recommend for reliable and thorough service.

1st time getting our car serviced. Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable and performed needed repairs without any issues. They were courteous and listened to my concerns. Will definitely be going there for future car issues.

I just had my car diagnosed and fixed this week at Holdens. I had a check engine light on and needed to get my emissions check. I took my car to John and he pretty much knew what the problem probably was. They fixed it and I passed my emissions test. The cost was reasonable and the attitude there is wonderful. This would be 5-star but it took 3 days. They have a lot of customers and I understand I'm not the only one. Thanks to Holdens for helping me.

John and Mike are awesome guys who will always take care of their customers. Repairs are reasonably priced, they'll turn work around quickly, and actually call or text you to let you know when the work is done.

My mom has been going to Holden Automotive for years and she loves it so I decided to bring our cars. Mike is super nice and efficient. Our three cars were done quickly and done at a reasonably price. I would definitely continue to go there for service.

I went by for the first time yesterday because my AC stopped working and I desperately needed to get it checked out. They were able to find the problem and fix my car without any issues!! They have the best customer service as well!

I live 20 miles from Holden's but it was recommended by a friend so I took my car there. I had spent 2 months trying to track down some electrical problems with no success. Mike "solved the mystery" in one day. He truly takes care of you and your car. You will like this place. You no longer need to fear going to a mechanic. Friends won't let friends use anyone but Holden's.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Great experience at Holden's. Mike Holden did great work and was a very honest mechanic. I was told by another mechanic that both of my front wheel bearings were most likely bad, but they couldn't be sure until it got worse. He checked both and said that only one was going bad - he could have easily scammed me and told me I needed both so my price was doubled. I was very impressed with this and the quality of his work. I called around before choosing a mechanic for quotes, and he wasn't the lowest but he wasn't the highest either; and hey, the price was fair.On another note, I had an alignment done at Pep Boys a year ago. My car still pulled to the right after the alignment so I took it to another Pep Boys location to have it redone. This did not resolve the problem. Holden Automotive did an alignment and magically, my car drives straight again!!I'd rather pay a few dollars more to know I'm really being taken care of - my family will continue to use Holden's for all of our car repairs going forward.

Mike Holden is sooo good. Knows what he and his chief tech, David, are doing.Bad news is so many people know this and take their cars there, takes time to get a car repaired. Better that than crummy work for two prices.

Holden is very professional, they did only the work that was needed and gave me as much advice as I needed before doing the work, and did it in a timely manner. Everyone seemed friendly. I would definitely bring my car, my wife's car. and suggest to other people that this is a good place for their work as well for their car.

Mike Holden is amazing. I've had some horrible experiences in the past with mechanics and I can tell you as a woman I never felt mislead taking my vehicle to Mike to be serviced. Very trustworthy and honest. My vehicle had some major issues from a previous mechanic and Mike and his crew fixed my car and it feels brand new again. Very highly recommended! Thank you Mike & your amazing staff.

I hope Holden s is around as long as I m in the snellville area! I've taken 3 different trucks to Mike starting in 2015. He is honest about what needs to be done and when, charges much less than most other shops, and gives a quick turnaround on repairs. Have taken 3 different vehicles to Holden's. Each time they did only the work necessary and at a reasonable price. Was told by a dealer that my 11-year-old car would need $2,200 in repairs immediately. Holden's was able to break the job down into four sections and made the two largest repairs for less than 1/2 that amount, which allowed me to make the other repairs at a later date as they were not a threat to the car continuing to operate effectively. Friendly, fair and honest with their customers. I will continue to take all my vehicles to them.

I haven't been back to this business for many years and won't be back. Initially, it was recommended to me and I had my brakes done there. But, when I had a temperature/thermostat problem, the owner wanted me to agree to have my entire dashboard removed just to see what the problem was for a minimum of $1,500. I walked out, went to another shop and had it repaired, and never returned to this shop. Beware.Services: Auto brake repair, Auto brake replacement

A++ for customer service and mechanical knowledge.I just moved here from Upstate NY.I am a femaleI am also mechanically inclined.I cannot thank john enough for putting my mind at ease knowing he was willing to jump through hoops and test every little thing on my car to try to find what was causing my problems with power steering.One of them things ford abused the "female" over the phone kinda situation. after spending 100's on towing it (for no reason) John let me leave with my car in confidence knowing he's got my back.Please support this place!! Ive never felt more comfortable! Anywhere .... and i mean it.John, you are the best !Service: Electrical repair

I took my car to be repaired on May 20. Mike had it repaired very quickly and professionally. I had taken my car to them in 2016 for an alignment. They did a wonderful job. My car is still driving straight as a needle. I highly recommend this business. Great people.

Brought my car to Holden's for some repairs that were not done right by someone else . Mike was the easiest going mechanic I have ever the pleasure of working with. I would recommend his garage over all others he even sent my car back to Jasper for me. Go see him

Brought my Fit in to have the noise check (my diagnosis was the belts) I was wrong-it was the alternator . She's 17 yrs old (2006, 190,000+ miles) guess it was overdue. In and back out within 24 hours and she's no longer humming. Thank you John, Mike and crew.

Holdens Checked all the boxes!I had power steering hose replaced and belt + tuneup. It was my first time using their service.My car was a nightmare on wheels hesitant and barely moving. But after Holdens fixed it it drives like a dream even my ac chilled me out . I'll be back excellent service

I can't speak highly enough about the customer service that we received! My daughter was traveling home from college and noticed that her brakes were not working efficiently. I told her to go straight to Holden's Automotive where we have had her car worked on previously. She explained to Mike what was going on with her car and he knew exactly what was wrong and said that he could fix the problem. She proceeded to tell him that she had class the next day and needed to be back at college on time if possible. I told her that she might have to miss class, but safety came first. Not only did Holden's Automotive fix her car the next morning first thing, they did not charge us a penny. Mike continues to explain to us that the brakes were under warranty. Then I asked him if we owed him for labor cost. He proceeded to tell me that that was also covered. Honesty is huge and rare these days. I was so appreciative as a mom that he first treated my daughter with urgency and respect. Then fixed her car on time and no charge! He cared about her schedule and made it work. He did not have to take any of those considerations into account, but he did! That is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am so appreciative that my daughter is driving safely to and from college now and that there is still an honest place to take our cars for service. If I could give this place no stars I would!! I had a horrible experience so my ac was blowing hot on the passenger side. I took it them and initially they claimed to have fixed it I paid. The next day back blowing hot, irritated cause I my vacay was in a few days. I go back it takes several days to get a update. So they find and fix the problem it takes so long I miss a day of vacation then on the way home from vacation the ac quit and began blowing hot everywhere. I bring it back he says they must take off the entire dashboard to fix it. Now mind you I had already paid these people then they want me to pay 3k. I m mad but I do it and I finally get my car back why does my automatic start not work?? I m like wth I am so angry cause he tried to tell me it wasn t working when I brought it to him I said sir my entire key fob isn t working!! How do you think a mom of 5 was opening the door?? So now occasionally I smell a burning smell my key fob is out of commission and my viper automatic start no longer works I truly am disappointed I went thinking he was very professional goodness he is across from a church I thought it was a good sign and now I m gonna have to shell out more money!! Do not go to this place!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!Service: Air conditioning
