Sometimes you have to wait because even with both lanes open if there are 15 cars in line wrapping around the building it takes time. But they're always as fast as possible while remaining courteous and professional. I've been coming here for years and intend to keep coming unless I move.

I ve been going here for years. They do the job and get the job done quickly. I did visit today and they did give me an extra 60 miles on my emissions report that I don t appreciate, so I m going to knock that off a star. Also, they needed me to help them find the odometer.

Says they close at 6pm got there at 5:43pm only to wait in line to get the garage door shut and closed down at 5:57pm. If I was the owner of this company I would be highly upset, doors closing early here with at least 5 customers patiently waiting all who arrived b4 6pm. Need to change advertised closing hours if you re going to be closing before 6 PM drove 30min for an emissions only to get doors shut in my face. Highly frustrating.

There was no wait when I came to get my emissions done. Great price, great customer service, and great eye candy! Rob was so fast and knowledgeable! The only complaint that I have is how speedy the service was because I would ve loved to make more small talk with him! I definitely will be back next year!

They are quick and professional. This is the only emissions shop I go to in gwinnett. The shop building is not a looker, but I come for a quick emissions test and not beauty show. 20 minutes wait at 11am on Saturday.

Amazing experience wait time was around 5 mins with 4 cars in front of me. Very friendly staff as well quick and easy as always !!!! Been here 10 times already since GA is yearly test required

Inspection took 4 times as long as it should because inspector Robert kept going and talking for long periods of time to the lady in the office. I literally saw 4 cars get processed in the other lane while I was waiting for him to finish my car. Very unprofessional and time consuming of the customer.

For $13...!!! Only takes a cpl min.Most times when I drive by there is a huge line.I live close, so I keep driving by till I see a smaller line of cars.

The line was long but I was okay with that, and I'm pretty sure that was due in part to the amazing price for emissions at this location! The price for emissions was not to be beat anywhere in the immediate area! 10 out of 10!

Waited forty minutes in line only to get to the front and they say the card machine is down and they only accept cash. You would think they would post a sign so people aren t waiting in long lines for no reason

Been going here for years. They are always pleasant and it costs $13. If you go, just loop around to the back of the building. The last two openings are the emission place entrance.
