The exhaust anchor came off , and the muffler was hanging below the body. It was extra noisy because it would vibrate and bang loudly against the body while I was driving. I was referred to Custom Care by Chauncey at Teds Garage. Chauncey said they do amazing work and specialize in exhaust systems. I didn t have an appointment but when I arrived Ron greeted me with a warm welcome. Together, Ron and his team member John quickly made a custom anchor, cut and welded everything half an hour. Friendly, fast and affordable! I highly recommend custom care!Service: Exhaust

I just had got an exhaust leak on the way to check a car. You wouldn't believe I made friends and got fixed and on the road. I can't believe how good they treat me. The weld is like artwork. This is a good shop.

Waited and waited to get exhaust repaired and still never have time and only 1 person that does exhaust in that shop and he is never on time or is accountable for repairs. Never seen a shop that opens and no work is performed with the same vehicles still sitting inside and outside the shop for months at a time!! Always busy with nothing being done! After the 4th appointment in a month it was just time to find another shop willing to do the work. This place doesnt mind giving you the run around and the waste of your time and money!

I dropped my car off & explained my issue. I asked for a follow up call. Got none. I followed up the next day. I was told he would have my car in today. I was not given any info about service & was called with a total. The gentleman told me he had to pick up his daughter & was rushing. He did work to my vehicle without telling me what was being done, the cost or anything associated with the work. When asked for clarity he hung up in my face twice & told me to come get my car. I should have never taken my car here. Taking my car here was a mistake. I was warned by my uber driver not to leave my car with them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

0 stars!! My husband went to this shop for over 30 years. We took my truck in to get a new transmission and engine. They said it would be 7-10 days. They had my truck for 7 weeks. Excuse after excuse. The owner is very rude. No customer service. Paid over $10,000 for a new Jasper engine and transmission. Found out it's a salvage engine. My truck still runs horrible. What a crook.

After months of my vehicle being down I finally found a great mechanic to tell me that my cats were wielded in a way that causes them to overheat. That as it was explained to me was done on purpose not a mistake. After towing my vehicle for a third time he refused to look at it unless I committed to spending 1600 for the repair after spending almost 800. The owner is not a stand up guy. Very dishonest.Service: Exhaust

I have used this auto shop for over 12 years. The owner and his mechanics are the most honest people in the repair business that I have ever came into contact with. The prices are fair, and there are absolutely NO hidden charges. They do more than fix mufflers and brakes. It has been my experience that they can fix just about anything on an automobile and every thing they fixed for me stays fixed. It is their honesty and way the treat their customers that first impressed me.

Denver and his crew have helped me out on my 1968 Mustang several times now. They finished up a problematic DIY exhaust system installation for me very quickly for a modest charge. Since then I've had tires installed and had them replace the clutch. They've done good work for me and the price was extremely reasonable in every case.

He does great work and has great recommendations for the sound your looking for. Very knowledgeable. And prices are great too. Fast turn around on work too. Definitely recommend to my friends. Bringing my other car to get work done as well.

I have returned to Custom Care Muffflers and Brake Shop, time and time again. They are extremely honest and good at listening and understanding as to what the problem(s) are and fixing those problem. I was quoted repairs from other repair shops that were in the thousands, for a car that wasn't worth the amount quoted for the labor and parts. Custom Care fixed the problems and got me back on the road for a tenth of what I had been quoted. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. You will not find a more honest repair shop.

Crooks and thieves, wish I could give them negative stars. I brought them my Nissan Titan to have them change the catalytic converters. My husband works in the automotive repair industry and even knows the owners son in law. He decided to send it over there because he could not find the time to get to it before I had to have my emissions done. My husband can get up 35% discount from all dealers and parts stores. He chose not to bring his own parts because parts sales is how shops generate profit. A factory cat and manifold is about $850 list price. When the truck was dropped off, my husband specifically asked for a factory Nissan, or a high quality aftermarket part. When the truck was delivered, everything was fine for about 2 months. It developed an exhaust leak. My husband took it back by and together they guessed it was a simple gasket, mind you these people were friends, so my husband said he would take care of it. We that was not the case, the manifold had cracked. Upon inspection of the manifold, and the part numbers researched we concluded that these were very very poor replacement parts, no where near factory quality. As a consumer, with no busy mess discount you can order them through summit racing for $400 for the pair. They charged me $1900 for the pair. Initially the $1900 didn't seem that bad because of the fact my husband asked for a factory or high quality aftermarket. Although technical not illegal, that kind of markup is completely unethical and completely disgusting. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If these crooks will do this to a friend, that has an extremely plentiful knowledge of cars, can you imagine what they will do to you???

Worst customer service in time of need. My mom caught a flat at Summits tonight (right next door). I asked for a pair of channel locks so that I could remove a nipple out of her front tire she ran over when parking. The guy was reluctant to loan them to me but did. When I promptly brought them back and asked if I could use his air to inflate her tire he said no we re closed. I explained to him we caught a flat and he couldn t care less. The other guy I asked for help said he didn t even work there. Then what are you doing under a car in the bay if you don t work there? Based on this experience I highly suggest everyone avoid this place like the plague. If they can t even help someone when they clearly have the tools during an emergency, they why would they go out of their way to help you when fixing your car? PASS ON THIS PLACE!

Have John do all your work. He is fantastic and through. He always checks tire pressure and fluids. And gives advice worth listening to.

This guy is the most dishonest technician ever. He will always find some more issues than you complained so he can charge you more. He keeps you vehicle longer than expected in pretense of a harder task. He is full of pranks.
