The owner is the sweetest person I've ever seen. He took his time to explain to me what was the issue with my car. When I told him that this was my 1st car and I didn't know anything about cars, he was even more patient. Other pros: the service is fast.I've been there 3 times already, I was satisfied all those 3 times.

Mr. James is AWESOME!!! I just LOVE him!! For the 3 years that I have known him, he's been dependable, on point and you can rest assured that when he works on your vehicle that it will be done correctly (this man knows his stuff). My car kept running hot and I took it to several places including a few shade tree mechanics and NO ONE could tell me why. However they were giving me prices to look deeper which were $1,500-$2,800..they had to take off the front end and go under the motor is one of the many excuses for the high prices. I then asked my tire guy if he knew of anyone and that's when I was introduced to Mr. James..I called him he told me to bring it to him and leave it and he will get back with me..well before my ride got there he told me what the problem was in less than 15 minutes..I had a hole in the hose. He had to order the part for it so I went home thinking it was going to take a long time to repair and as soon as I got home 30 minutes later he was calling me to come pickup my car..got there and he only charged me under $250 and that was including parts and labor. (Way off from what I was told it would cost) Thank God for Mr. James!!! And if he's not able to repair he will let you know upfront..unlike most people who will say they can, mess up your vehicle and take your money, then act like it's not their fault! I TRUST Mr. James at Snellville Garage with my vehicle and you should too(you won't be disappointed)!!!!

My family has been with Snellville Garage for almost 40 years, and they've always been helpful, knowledgeable, and a good value. I've never felt ripped off or swindled, and they do an excellent job of communicating the issues they are dealing with on your auto. Last year they diagnosed a serious transmission problem for me in 10 minutes that took the dealership 4 days to figure out. You can always trust Troy, James & the other folks at Snellville Garage.

These guys do very good work and are trustworthy. Had some major engine work done on my Toyota and they did it right the first time at the right price. Snellville garage is going to be my first choice for auto repair!

Took my Jeep in because it was pulling to one side when I stop. They told me that I needed $600 worth of brake work done - new pads, rotors, calipers, etc. I knew this didn't seem right since I had just had my pads and rotors replaced about a month prior. Took it down the road to another local shop, spent $150 to fix a sticking brake caliper and I'm still riding fine three months later. I can at least say that the folks were friendly, but now I know why they are never busy.

Change battery charged me $130 I brought my own new battery. He charged me for 6 terminals when I only needed 2.
